- Steve (10/5): Charming old village in the beautiful hills of Chianti. Wonderful host (Chiara) and lovely apt. - We chose this location as it was close to Castello di Albola winery where we visited for lunch. This was a hidden gem. The entire apartment was fitted out with everything you need for a stay. Nothing was missing! The charm of the old architecture in the entire village was amazing. So lovely. Would return again. Luckily we had a very small car (Fiat 500) and could fit in the small lanes of the village. Once we knew our way it was easy.

- Ben (10/5): Spacious, peaceful base in the heart of Tuscany - We only spent one night at Casa Badia but certainly could have stayed longer! The host was extremely kind and welcoming. She met us to provide keys and show us around. We don't speak much Italian, but it was not a problem. :) The apartment is very spacious and well-appointed! All details are thought out and there were even some packaged breakfast snacks provided. The small village is quite lovely and the neighbors were kind and welcoming. We did not get to try the restaurant in the village but it looked nice. Would highly recommend as a quiet, local base in the heart of Tuscany!

Gorgeous wee village and a restaurant 1min walk up the road which was super authentic, make sure you call in and book with Leonardo while you're there. The hosts of Casia Badia are fantastic and the apartment is roomy and gorgeous Nothing!
