• Alon (9/5): Quiet Luxury - Two floor villa in a gated complex. (Located in the middle of the complex in a very quiet area) the living room is very spacious and well lit, 2 bathrooms upstairs and even a guest toilets downstairs, every room is equipped with AC and Radiator (and even a net in the balconies against insects). The pool area is well maintenance and big enough for BBQ and more. The house is equipped with almost anything you need to enjoy a long stay (and if you need something there are two supermarkets just outside the complex). Located just in the middle between Protaras and Kapparis. One minute walk from Pernera main street and 6 minutes walk from two quiet beaches. Perfect for family stay in style. Bathrooms are with shower heads with no cord, makes it a bit difficult to wash little kids.

• Garry (5/5): A beautiful villa spoiled by poor cleanliness. - Location wise the villa is close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a LIDL a 10 minute drive away. Close to the beach, easy walking distance and a lovely clean beach, offering sun beds and parasols. The villa is a good size with a main bathroom, ensuite bathroom and downstairs toilet. The living space was big enough for 2 adults and 2 older teenage children. Dirty, blood stained bedding. Urine stained mattress. Broken toilet seat. Old, dirty cleaning equipment, stored outside. Broken parasol so unable to seek shade in the garden area. Broken, filthy BBQ. No private beach or hot tub as advertised on booking.com Cigarette burns in outside furniture fabric, despite being advertised as non smoking throughout.
