• BE Allbrass Industrial GmbH (10/5): - Liebes Villa Tropicana Team, nochmals herzlichen Dank für den super Aufenthalt und die tolle Betreuung in Ihrem sehr gepflegten Anwesen mit einer liebevollen tollen Ausstattung. Es ist ein hochwertig eingerichtetes kleines ruhiges Hotel. Gut ist anzufahren und hat kostenlose eigene Parkplätze. Eine Ladestation für Elektrofahrzeug ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die S-Station Teltow ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer hat eine sehr aussagekräftige mündliche aber auch digitale Empfehlung für Ausflüge usw. oder zum Abendessen zu gehen. Sehr gerne komme ich wieder, vielen Dank nochmals.

• kimberly (9/5): We enjoyed having an oasis outside of Berlin Mitte. Unfortunately Berlin weather wasn’t cooperating. Oh well. Thank you - Beautiful garden and pool, decoration magnificent. The host excelled he even drove us to a local restaurant, Only slight criticism we would have. Enjoyed refills on coffee caps or a french press available. That is a very minor criticism.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the hotel’s unique charm—it’s truly a hidden gem with a boutique feel that makes it stand out in the city. The decor is an artful blend of modern elegance with warm, personal touches that make it feel more like a luxurious home than a hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Pierre, the owner, who went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. He was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s clear that Pierre takes great pride in his hotel, and his dedication to his guests’ experience shines through in every detail. He's an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I’m already looking forward to staying in touch for my next booking. Unfortunately, as I was there for business, I didn’t have as much time as I’d have liked to fully enjoy all the fantastic amenities Villa Tropicana has to offer. • Usama (10/5): A delightful stay at Villa Tropicana , thanks to its warm ambiance, thoughtful design, and friendly staff. - Pierre was incredibly friendly and helpful. The lobby, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's design and decor were truly special, with thoughtful touches. One of the things I appreciated most was the ambient lighting throughout the hotel. It created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, the hotel smelled wonderful, which added to the overall sense of comfort and well-being. The swimming pool was a particular highlight of my stay. It was pleasantly warm, and I enjoyed spending time relaxing in the water.
• Rebekka (10/5): Exceptional - Me and my collegue visited Berlin for a weekend in order to visit a medical congress and to enjoy the city. The accomodation was extraordinary. Every detail was thought through. The Manager Pierre was very lovely. He greeted us personally, showed us everything patiently, and was always available for queries und further questions. There was a pool with heated water for us to use and a beautiful garden. We got a free room upgrade upon arrival and a welcome drink ( bottle of wine). The check out was simple as well. There were enough parking spaces available. The location was close to Berlin, around 30min to the city by car. The Train station was only 10 min walk away, and it takes around 20 min to"Potsdammer Platz". In total, everything was perfect. The only thing that supprised us, was that there was no room service regarding the change of towels the next day. Also, we were two visitors but only one bath rope was provided, but it was no inconvinience considering that we only spend two nights there.

• Deirdre (10/5): We loved our stay, only a short journey from the center of Berlin in a lovely quiet safe area. - The property was beautifully decorated with every convenience. The pool was very clean. We travelled with teenagers who enjoyed all the modern lighting and relaxed atmosphere. The host was very welcoming and provided fruit and champagne and treats on arrival and was available for any requests throughout our stay. There were lots of common areas to hang out in if we didn’t want to be in the apartment including a large Projecter Tv and pool.

Shortly after my stay was confirmed I've got a follwoing message from host: Unfortunately, we must cancel your reservation. In our apartment house, it is only possible to book for a minimum of two nights. Regrettably, the Booking system mistakenly accepted the reservation for just one night. This, however, is not feasible. We kindly ask you to either adjust the booking to a minimum of two nights through Booking or cancel it. In this case, we agree to a free cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience and wish you all the best. Of course I dont like the surprises, so I did as the host proposed. Made a request for free cancellation via Booking.com "Manage booking" service. I've been informed the request will be considered in 48 hours. Shortly I got a message, again not in formal request, but in personal messages: Yes, we can cancel the booking by contacting booking.com tomorrow. However, it would be easier for all parties if you cancel the reservation, and we won't make any claims against you. I apologize for the inconvenience and wish you success in finding a suitable hotel. Note that tomorrow was the day of the visit. • Szilard (10/5): Just amazing - Everything. The pictures don't really describe how nice the rooms are - there are around 6 in total, all in different sizes. I got the Flamingo room and honestly it was way better than I expected. I think luxurious is the best way to describe it, everything in the room makes you feel like royalty. I visited in off-season so the breakfast bar was closed for the most part - not an issue for me personally but some people might dislike that. Other than that, I could probably think of a few minor gripes but again, the 5 star treatment you get at this hotel easily makes up for everything.

And take my words for it in real it's 1000 times better than in photos. The garden is like wonderlands, the rooms are amazing . I travel a lot and I stay in many many top hotels and apartments this one by far is my number 1. The cleanest place I have ever seen, the most comfortable, and the best environment to relax and work and spend quality time. The attention to details in this place is extraordinary. I left best for last. The host Pierre and Mohamed are not only the best hosts but one of the nicest people I ever met . They make you feel better than home they are very welcoming and generous , polite , eager to provide their services and make your stay truly remarkable. I will definitely be coming here again and again and again. I think Villa Tropicana should be one of Germanys must to do list. Nothing to dislike

• Treena (10/5): 5 ⭐ stay at Villa Tropicana - When we arrived very late at night, we were met by Sabine who was an absolute angel throughout the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of smiles and help on anything we needed. We made good use of the pool, hot tub and Sauna, thanks Mohammed who served us a cocktail or two! The breakfast was plenty of selection before long days exploring Berlin. the location was only 10 minutes from the local station which was a 20 minute ride into central Berlin. We loved the vibrance of Berlin but really appreciated coming back to Teltow and Villa Tropicana for rest and relaxation. The accommodation was clean, secure and fully equipped. We hardly used the kitchen in our room but the shared washing machine and tumble dryer was a great benefit. We slept well and loved the supply of fresh towels after the amazing shower. Our 7am flight was cancelled at 5am and the amazing Sabine made us feel very comfortable as we rested and waited for our new flights home. I would highly recommend Villa Tropicana. Made to feel very welcome as a family if four with two teenagers. Nothing negative at all!! Thank you Sabine and the whole team at Villa Tropicana. We shall be back xxx Loved every moment!
