Accomodation very secure with locked entrance.Locked safe provided. Maybe good number of steps up to apartment and bath under shower may not suit if mobility is compromised.

• John (4/5): It was supposed to be a much needed relaxing break but we had a very sleep deprived stay for that amount of money we wou - Location Bed VERY hard woke up with aches and pains every morning, lack off black out blinds didn’t help, building work going on out the back noise woke us every day.

• Elaine (7/5): - The view was fantastic. Very relaxing. Location was great. This apartment would be suitable for 2 people. I felt 4 adults was not comfortable. One sette suitable for a maximum of 3 people. There was only one bathroom, which I found a bit annoying. I found the bed uncomfortable but may suit others. The kitchen was very small. Suitable for making light meals only. If you want a great view and are a party of 2 this accommodation would be good.
• David (10/5): Apartment clean, hosts very helpful, views exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend. - It was self catering, and the view was wonderful. The apartment was cosy, clean and had all we needed for a quiet relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony was exceptional, always something going on in the marina and the sun rise and sun set were spectacular. The walk to the bars and restaurants in the old town was quite close, all be it the area is quite hilly. We would recommend. We also hired a car and was able to park outside the apartment which was a big bonus. If we had any complaints, it would only be about no air conditioning, which at times would have been nice. But there were 2 air blowing fans available to assist. Note this did not interfere with our holiday experience.

• Andrea Rusconi (9/5): - Posizione ottima, si può fare colazione (o cenare) sul balcone con vista sul porto. Si può raggiungere in pochi minuti la zona più centrale del paese per uscire la sera. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda. Puerto del Carmen è ideale come punto centrale per visitare l’isola. Mantiene l’atmosfera di un paese sul porto, sia con turisti sia con abitanti del luogo. Per i runner vi è un bellissimo percorso lungo la costa. Nei periodi di maggiore turismo a Puerto del Carmen i parcheggi sono un po’ affollati, però si trova. La situazione non è differente dalle altre aree di maggiore concentrazione turistica, come Playa Blanca o costa Teguise.
• Roberto MD (8/5): Genial de día, no tanto por la noche - Me gustó el alojamiento, grande, limpio, con todo el menaje y utensilios para pasar una semana. La terraza mirando al puerto por el día... Aunque no está propiamente en la zona de bares guiris, está lo suficientemente cerca como para que por la noche la música de los bares moleste si cenas en la terraza; y si tienes una fiesta en alguno de los restaurantes del puerto, es como tener la discoteca dentro.

• Carol (8/5): Very good - This property is in a good location, great for bars and restaurants, only a few minutes walk from the apartment. Views also a bonus, very quiet at night too. Apartment was spotless, and the neighbours on the left were very friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay.🙏 We were travelling with an 81 year old with moderate mobility issues, therefore it was hard for him to negotiate a lot of the stairs, (only access to apartment has stairways on both sides). So if you have trouble with stairs it’s definitely a problem, however it did not spoil the holiday and would recommend to friends.
