• Julia (9/5): Ambiente acolhedor e confortável. - Instalações novas e modernas. Tudo bem funcional. Gosto de janelas amplas, mas estas do meu quarto me expunha totalmente aos vizinhos. Tive que manter a persiana fechada a maior parte do tempo.

• HUANDA TATIANA (10/5): Extremadamente comodo, práctico y de calidad excelente. - El hotel se encuentra en un sitio central, es realmente comodo, las habt son amplias y más que eso contabamos con todos los servicios que necesitabamos. Teniamos lavadora, secadora, cocina y cafetera. Realmente fué una experiencia maravillosa y atendidos por el dueño. Tienen un café donde desayunabamos y atendido por su dueña Cristina el cual recomedamos por el cariño con el que nos trataron. Lo mejor contabamos con Parqueadero para el carro. Jorge, Ben y cada uno de quienes nos atendío fueron muy atentos a lo que necesitabamos. Volveremos sin duda. Nada que envidiarle a otro hotel. Por el contrario los superan. Gracias equipo de Milan Hotel Aventura.

Możliwość otwarcia okna i mały balkon dają możliwość oddychania świeżym powietrzem co w większości hoteli w USA jest niemożliwe....tam tylko klimatyzacja Wprawdzie śniadanie jest bardzo dobre w stylu europejskim i prawdziwa kawa a nie americano w stylu "dirty water" w knajpce na dole ale niestety trudno ustalić co jest w cenie śniadania jeśli się wykupiła opcję zł wliczonym śniadaniem. Pani w knajpie mówi co innego i każe dopłacać a obsługa hotelu mowi co innego.... każdego dnia bylo z tym zamieszanie. Niezręczna sytuacja.

• Robert (8/5): Modest hotel., peasant staff. Large studio with kitchen and accessories and a bonus free parking. - Spacious studio and adequately stocked. Free parking. friendly staff. Not much of a lobby. No complimentary breakfast but a la cart in adjoining restaurant. Too many other less pricey options in the neighborhood. Could not figure out this type of coffee maker. Price was high, but not for the area. Free parking made for my decision.

There’s nothing five stars about this place - Room was large I don’t know how they categorize themselves as five stars, but this is more like a three star apartment hotel. There are none of the amenities you would associate with a five star hotel and the quality of the furnishings and the towels are not nearly 5 star quality. Smokers, if you expect to be able to book a room with a balcony so that you can smoke on the balcony, forget about it, it’s not allowed here. The location is right above a strip mall and not exactly in a nice part of town. There are virtually no services available, and the front desk was empty every single time I passed by except when checking in. Everything about the way this hotel was characterized was very deceptive on their part and I will not return.

• Daniel (7/5): Prático para ir ao Miami Open - O apartamento é novo e amplo Faltam algumas coisa para ele ficar bom: na nossa unidade não havia máquina de lavar roupas, nem fogão, para preparar uma refeição rápida. A mesa para as refeições era o apoio do microondas, demonstrando um certo improviso. As louças, apesar de novas, não estavam muito limpas.

• Reynalda (9/5): It felt a little like home away from home. - The lobby smelled so good! Secluded, but in a great area, literally minutes from Aventura Mall. The air in the room only went as low as 70, so I was not as comfortable throughout the night. I’m a woman of a certain age and I get hot and sweaty, so I like to keep my air at about 68 to prevent that.

• Khalid (9/5): I thank Ben and Gorge for their kindness and - It is a hotel that doesn’t resemble any other hotel I have ever seen. No big lobby, no reception office with long line, and no noise. It’s like an automated hotel where you enter a small hall just next to its main gate with Ben or Gorge waiting for you to check you in; and once you pay, you receive your room cards for the elevator, for your room and for the main gate. It is highly secure, clean, functional and economical.

I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the convenience of free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would happily return.

The room was clean, decorated nicely, and very comfortable. The attendant who checked us in was very helpful, making himself available to us throughout our stay. I don't think you'll be disappointed with this purchase. The location. I should add though, it's in close proximity to many options!

• SERGIO (3/5): Nao caia nesta cilada. - Limpeza da instalação e parte comum do prédio. Quarto muito grande para uma cama pequena colada na cortina - a pessoa para levantar tem que escorregar para o fundo da cama. Atenção não é hotel, é um studio. Tive um contratempo de doença e pedi para ficar até 18h, ja que nao tava alugado. O proprietário me cobrou quase 50% a mais da diária paga via Booking para ficar mais 6h. Além disso ainda cobrou $5 por um chocolate que no supermercado nao custa $1. Exploração da necessidade humana.
