• Husain (9/5): The position is worth the experience. - We were comfortable in this relaxing place with a very beautiful and luxurious view, so we extended our stay again to be near the sea and also the artificial lake and to stay longer. It has a swimming pool and a small gym, good internet, quiet neighbors, a nearby supermarket, and a private parking lot with three elevators and no crowds.

• Janusz (1/5): NEVER STAYED IN THIS PLACE. BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING. I'M NOT SURE IT EXISTS, - NOTHING We have NEVER got into the room we reserved. The owner disappeared at our arrival. We were homeless for 10 hours after almost 20 hours of travel. We were left in the "middle of nowhere" and had to find a new place. Fortunately we did, but not using booking.com. BTW - I don’t blame booking.com. They were very helpful in this case. They tried their best to clarify the “event” and help us.

• gennari (5/5): Grande potenziale, ma troppo poca attenzione alla pulizia - Posizione molto vicino a una spiaggia, ma in una zona ancora in costruzione. L'host è molto gentile, educato e disponibile. Grandi potenzialità, con un piccolo sforzo potrebbe diventare un ottimo appartamento. Per gli standard dei guest visitati sinora, non posso dire che l'appartamento sia pulito. La cucina ha il forno, il gas e i mobili molto sporchi, praticamente inutilizzabile, la biancheria non è fresca. L' appartamento è comodo per le 2 persone che utilizzano la camera matrimoniale, mentre non è confortevole per chi dorme nei letti singoli in soggiorno. Per questi letti, (molto rigidi e di cui uno non ha le gambe, quindi si dorme a terra) è fornito solo lenzuolo sotto, federa e un plaid. Non è confortevole per noi italiani! Non ci sono armadi o cassettiere per gli ospiti che dormono in salotto,e neanche luci per leggere. Il pozzetto del bagno e il tappeto della sala rivelano la poca attenzione nella pulizia.

• Cell souq (10/5): Very nice flat! - The apartment in beach star was clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, near the beach and shops. Everything I needed was there. The host was very kind and easy to contact. I really enjoyed my stay.

The owner, Mr.Ehsan is an amazing person .In the first evening , when we arrived,he showed us the surroundings and even gave us a mini-touristic tour by his car. Thank you once again, Ehsan ! • ŞAHİN (7/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi. Deniz kenarı olması güzel di. Temizlik konusunda eksikleri vardı. Yastık kılıfları ve çarşaflar temiz degildi. Fakat istediğimizde yeni yastık ve carsaf temin edip getirdi. Ergen giriş yapmak istememiz de temizlik için gerekli vakit olmamasına sebep oldu sanırım. Bu da temizlikte etkili olmuş olabilir

• Mary (7/5): Good - Breakfast not supplied but it would have been nice to have teabags and milk to make a cup of tea. As above - teabags and milk or creamer would have been nice. Clearer instructions on WHERE to get into building to use door code would have been good. Would be good for families or someone bringing food or able to buy food in supermarket downstairs when open.

Great location! - Location close to the beach with a good view was excellent Overall, for a short stay, it was a comfortable and well-placed apartment. While there wasn’t a microwave, the kitchen was otherwise well-equipped, and I was still able to prepare light meals comfortably

He has several apartments of different sizes, cars for rent, and water activities that you can get advice from. I highly recommend this place. The bedroom has a beautiful view.

• Katarina (8/5): We were satisfied with the appartment as well with the owner’s help. - It is good located - near airport. We arrived at 4 a.m. and it was no problem to check in by ourselves. It is also just by the beach, you can swim every morning and evening and enjoy in sunset viewing. The building has also the fitness, swimming pool. A small grocery store is in the building nearby. It has also a washing machine and a very nice view over the city. The owner was very nice and gave us advice on how to spend time in Muscat, he made use reservation for Ad Daymaniat islands tour and proposed nice Omani restaurant. In the morning the curtains in the hallway would be great, so there could be dark also in the livingroom (2 beds are in livingroom).
• Senthil (8/5): Good. But need improvement - all good. Some improvements is necessary in my opinion. The room is not provided with water bottle which is great miss for any guest who are checking - in. There is no house keeping every day. removing trash is not guided properly.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness.
• Suzanne (10/5): Very good. - Great location right on the beach. Very comfortable. Posibility to open the window instead of leaving A/C on during cool nights or days. Very helpful staff. Mr Ehsan replies very fast. No direct view when sitting at the dining table or in the sofa.

The host Ticket booking for dolphin watsching show and snorkeling..that was also amazing. U have a microwave and washing machine. I didnt know how to turn on the hot water heater the first day. How ever i was guided about the switch at the bathroom door. Make it on as u arrive.

Spacious. clean and offered free wifi, clean kitchen with utensils, gas, oven etc. It was easy to locate, good location and keys placed beforehand. Location is beautiful, right next to the ocean. Flat doesnt have a window facing the ocean so the view is of the flats opposite to the floor. Need a microwave.

• Gabriel (9/5): Direct beach access and great for families for long stays. - Location 3 minutes walk to the beach. Just take your swimsuit and go. Next to the beach is a great park for everyone including kids area, public clean toilets, stand with food or icecream... The property is easily accessible. There is a water hose next to the stairs where you can wash your feet from sand, so you don’t bring it inside the building. The building has also a freely accessible swimming pool and gym. There is everything needed in the apartment and what was missing was kindly provided by the host. Communication with the host is quick and easy. Internet speed is terrible. Not good for serious work. Only good for youtube. 3 people on the wifi and it’s stuck. 20 mbits download and only 2 mbits upload. Really bad. After complaining to the host I had to buy a 5G sim card to get some better speed.

Make sure when u booking select the flat mantioned with ***sea view**** 🌊 Another one is cheaper and no veiw, however u can easy go to the beach...
• Hussein (8/5): Good value for stay - Location Originated, simple and light furniture The admin (Mr. Ehsan) was a very helpful and friendly person. The parking basement has narrow edges, difficult for suv cars to go in and out, i scratch my car 😭. Best choice to keep the car outside the building

• Farhan (10/5): Peaceful stay - The apartment was nice, clean and comfy. Location is good. Beautiful beach view from the window. Plenty of amenities like gym and indoor swimming pool. Single beds weren't comfortable. Could not sleep comfortably.
• Ehsan (10/5): Exceptional - Best location, with sea veiw, where you can see the sunrise from the bedroom,wow! amazing scenery 👌 😍 Comforable bed and quiet place, And u can have access freely to the beach ⛱️ Ehsan was a cool guy who took us the city tour and Muttra along with the vosit to Sultan Mosque.
