• Jim (3/5): Very poor introduction to Australia for 3 American friends I had with me. Not recommended. - No breakfast provided - self catering. Location and price of room Finding the key locker and getting the key was like something out of Pokemon. Locked box was difficult to.open.Terrible. *Staff at Mantra on Hay had no idea how to get keys nor anything to do with the Room. It might be a good idea to clue them.up because Im sure Im not the only one who is going to struggle to find keys and check in. * Room had NOT been cleaned when we checked in. Lots of rubbish, bottles and cans left around kitchen. All beds had been trashed. Bathroom was messy. Too late to get sorted. We slept in soiled trashed beds that night. Dreadful experience. * Phone contact was less than helpful.Asian. difficult to understand.

• Bridget (8/5): Easy and liveable. Secure and quiet. - Location, quiet, clean, washing machine, spacious, access to gym and pool Lighting was not good. Lamps not working. No centre lights in bedrooms. No AC in bedrooms.
• Omar (6/5): Linen smell not good - Location is central Lack of ventilation in the apartment resulting in mouldy smell and feeling. Linen in the bedrooms were smelly due to lack of ventilation in the apartment at the time of check-in. We had to wash all the linen in order to use them. Clothes dryer requires repairs. Balcony sliding glass door does not shut smoothly. Dishwasher is small for the size of the apartment.
