• Guest (10/5): The Gem location in Florence - This location is a Gem very close to the Florence SM Novell train station within walking distance . The host was EXCELLENT. This place is located in the heart of everything shopping, restaurants and historical sites. My room was very clean living room area very clean in a quiet and safe location.

• Weiju (10/5): Reasonable price and excellent location, highly recommend! - Everything is perfect, the room which has elegant decorations is so clean and the host is also considerate and friendly.
• Anonymous (8/5): Prime location and comfortable room - The location was great, within minutes of the train station but you would never know it. The place was very clean and quiet, no street noise. Proximity to major attractions was fantastic, longest walk to Ponte Vecchio was 10 minutes. Host met us as we arrived and was very welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our room was called Butterfly and I think it was the only room with a private bath and shower. A bit pricey especially thinking about the amenities or lack of amenities provided. As with most properties in Europe, expect to climb stairs but at least there were only a couple of flights. Because some rooms had shared bathrooms, the lights in the hallway would turn on every time someone would walk by. Property could use better black out curtains.

• Joanne (10/5): Lovely, comfortable room, in the heart of Florence. - Clean , modern and comfortable. Bed was fantastic. The owners were fabulous. The owner carried my bag up the stairs. They gave me a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, and when I was hot, gave me a paper fan, to fan myself. They also gave me a gift of a scented soap when I checked out. Walk to SMN station, chiesa San Lorenzo, Mercato centrale, SMF Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Accademia, great location. Highly recommended. Stairs, but that’s to be expected in central are of Florence, so it’s not a criticism. And the owner carried my bag up the stairs which was lovely.
• Kevin (10/5): Don't book your stay anywhere else!! - Best hidden gem in Florence. Had multiple other friends stay other places around town for a wedding and our stay here was the best by far!! Property owner Danielle was beyond helpful. Very attentive and caring. Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and within eyesight of the train station. Minimal walking distance from the Duomo. Don't stay anywhere else!! Be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs, but its worth it for the view.

The host thoughtfully set up two separate access codes—one for dropping off luggage and one for entering the room—which made everything fully digital and hassle-free. I didn’t have to worry about losing a key. The location was also great, within walking distance to the main attractions. The host was very nice, and I really enjoyed our brief conversation!
• Bell (9/5): Loved! - The location was really nice and close to the train station. The bedroom was roomy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but the facilities were very nice. The man who greeted us was wonderful and helpful and went out of his way for us. They do have early luggage drop off which was really convenient but it is up 3 flights of spiral stairs. Also a beautiful view from our room The stairs.
• Chan (9/5): Very pleasant stay. Love the location and the host. Guessing lady host might be an opera singer - The location, cleanliness and flexibility. Bathroom is down the corridor which is a bit of hassle when you forget to bring things like towels or toiletries to the bathroom. Not suitable for large heavy luggages. Need to climb 2 levels of stairs.

• Ewelina (10/5): great stay - Perfect location in the centre of Florence—just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The host was amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It’s on the second floor with no lift, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Highly recommend! We could definitely stay again.

• Marina (7/5): It was just okay) - Location was good close to the railway station and Santa Maria del Fiore at the same time. Room and bathroom were clean, host was friendly and called me with video to explain how to get there and after he took my suitcase to the 4th floor. I was disappointed when realized that the private bathroom is on a common floor but with your own keys. It was uncomfortable for me to go back to the bedroom through public space

• Maxime (9/5): Superb - The accomodation was really close to the train station which is very convenient if you travel via train with suitcases. The room is clean and confortable with all equipments needed. The shower had a very good pressure. There is working AC/heating which is essential for a city like Firenze (summer or winter). The staff was very kind The only negative comment we could think of is that the rooms are not very sound proof, and therefore, we could hear the other guests coming and going.

• Nicholas (10/5): Great host , clean room and great facilities, easy access to all you need in Florence - The property was in a perfect location and had all the facilities needed , it is in easy reach of the train station, amazing food market and all the restaurants. We had no issues at all with the property, only thing I would say is the steps leading to it inside are quite steep if you are not mobile.

Right near the train which was great for us and right near the cathedral. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Florence. Not a single thing. We loved everything it had to offer.

There was a shared kitchen where you can make tea or coffee. There is AC, the beds are comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend! -
