• Esra (10/5): Cozy spacious, and clean. Comfortable bed with a good comforter, and a great host. Would happily stay again! - Spacious room with very high ceilings. Super clean, and an excellent bed with a proper comforter and pillows that made sleeping really great. The place has a nice homey vibe and the host was very friendly and helpful.

• JUAN (9/5): Great value, friendly host - The location is excellent, close to everything, train, food, and walking distance to all sites of interest. The room was clean and the shared areas like bathroom and kitchen too. Nothing, just make sure to check in within the listed time, I arrived later and was charged an extra fee but it’s completely understandable since they don’t have front desk, the host had to drive in the AM which i really appreciated it.

• Ibolya (6/5): It’s okay if you have no more needs but sleeping somewhere and basic needs. - Perfect location in a very nice area, the building itself was also clean and safe. Kitchen also good for cooking. Easy access. Our first booking was cancelled, because “bad pricing”, but they offered us to keep the booking paying almost double for the original prices. We denied, so they cancelled it. We rebooked it way cheaper than what they offered during our cancellation , a bit more expensive compared to the original prices. This left us a bad taste. You definitely need an eye-cover for sleeping, because a lot of lights come in from the kitchen. The bed was very loud.. it definitely needs to be replaced.

Shared apartment with 5 apartments 2. Really thing walls (if they other guests are speaking loud or are arguing, it will disturb your sleep) 3. Shared BATHROOMS

• Andres (4/5): Only recommended for very heavy sleepers - The room is clean and the location is convenient. There’s a lot of street noise till late hours. The walls and doors are extremely thin, so you can hear everything happening on the other side. The cleaning staff also make a lot of noise in the mornings, as do the washing machines, since they wash the sheets on-site. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re a very heavy sleeper.

И ещё не понравилось что не указана дополнительная плата за заезд после 22:00 Хотя я задал вопрос до бронирования, ответа не было. После бронирования мне ответили что есть. Пришлось снимать деньги с банкомата с бешеной конвертацие и процентами так за ранее не предупредили!!!!

• Baltazar (8/5): A repetir quando voltar a Budapeste. - Cozinha totalmente equipada. Duas casas de banho para 5 quartos. Cama confortável. O nosso quarto tinha uma transparência que deixava entrar luz do corredor e o cortinado da janela podia ser menos transparente.

V koupelně vypadávaly pojistky, tudíž jeden večer nešla ani teplá voda, ani topení. Byla nám hrozná zima a na dvoulůžku jsme dostaly pouze jednu peřinu. Po prosbě o druhou nám majitel napsal, že nemá. Na dvě noci dostačující, avšak vymrzlé jsme byly až na kost.

• Jason (8/5): Cute room in an shared apartment within walking distance of the old town in Pest - The location was very central, and everything is within walking distance of the old town, which was ideal for my trip. Initially, it was difficult to find as it is part of an apartment within a building block as it wasn't obviously where it was. We had a very noisy neighbour, but I'm not sure if they were renting a room or were working at the facility.

• Joanne (3/5): No standards! - Nothing I didn’t like this place one bit. I had been to Budapest four times in 12 months and this simply didn’t live up to standard regardless of price. Firstly, it wasn’t clean, the bathroom had what was like pee stains and hair on the floor that wasn’t clean for my two days. There was no toilet paper on my last day, there was no shower gel. The flush button was broken on toilet. The toilet seat wasn’t sitting right on the other toilet. The Kitchen wasn’t clean either. I left a drink in the fridge and that’s about all, it wasn’t clean. I tried to get a clean glass/cup to drink from but that didn’t happen. There was a dripping sound outside my window on the first night, it rained on the second and that drip got faster and loader, one reason I couldn’t sleep, the bed was so uncomfortable my back was sore. There was a gap under the door so light and sound got in, not good if you’re a light sleeper. I spilled a bit of water on the bedroom floor when I cleaned it the dirt that came off wasn’t good at all. The “sofa” in my room was stained. This landlord has no standards whatsoever, he obviously doesn’t care about his clients comfort. Lesson learned read the comments fully before booking.

• Victoria (7/5): Bien - Cerca Opera Budapest. A pocos minutos del centro. La cocina muy bien. Tenia todo lo necesario. Habitación bien. Colchón algo incomodo. Calefacción bien. Baño con bañera bien pero el lavamanos perdía agua En baño no había una toalla para el suelo para cada usuario, y la alfombra era usada por 5 habitaciones... No muy higiénico.

• Madeleine (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es war super ausgestattet und der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Die Lage war Mega!!! Leider hat die Heizung bei uns nicht funktioniert und es war sehr kalt im Zimmer. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da. Der Gastgeber hat sich aber sofort entschuldigt und meinte dass er noch nicht so früh mit so einer Kälte gerechnet hat und die Heizung deshalb noch nicht an war.

• Gréta (3/5): Kiábrándító - A szallasadoval meg tudtunk egyezni kevesebb mint 7%-os kezdvezmenyben. (En ezt meg mindig keveslem) Azzal kezdeném, hogy magyarul nem tudtak hozzám beszélni (ez nem panasz de engem meglepett ill. egyes emberek számára ez kizáró ok lehet a szállás foglaláskor). Személy szerint én nem láttam leírást arról, hogy 30 percel érkezés előtt szólunk kellett volna. A kulcsokat ugyanis nem kulcsboxok-ból kaptuk meg (akármennyire is rengeteg van felakasztva a bejárati ajtónál). 15 perccel a párom érkezése előtt írtam egy üzenetet, hogy időben megkapja a kódot és be tudjon menni minél előbb mivel mínusz fokok voltak odakint. 15 percel később kaptam választ amikor tájékoztattak, hogy 30 perccel előbb kellett volna szólni, igy viszont a kulcsokra még 45 perc-1 órat kell várni. Nekem ez logikailag sem állt össze, hogy miért🤷🏼‍♀️ ill. miért nem kaphatjuk meg a kódot, hogy ne kint kelljen várni. 45 percel utána megérkeztek majd leültették a páromat, hogy igyon egy kávét mert a szobája még nincs kész, fel kell mosni. Mind ezek után a képeken látható szemét fogadta a szobában.

• Denisa (9/5): - Very nice and clean, you have all you need in the kitchen There are 4 or 5 rooms in the flat and if someone is loud, you can hear it everywhere In the small room there is a window above the door leading to kitchen which gives a lot of light inside also during the night when people don’t keep the lights switched off (and they didn’t)

• Beatriz (3/5): Deja que desear... - El precio Es un edificio muy viejo, no hay una recepción, tienes que quedar con el host en la puerta. La ubicación no es demasiado céntrica. Son demasiadas habitaciones para un solo apartamento (4 habitaciones y cada una con varios huéspedes). La calefacción no funcionaba la primera noche y ponía que tenía secador de pelo pero no era así.

• Oleksandra (5/5): - Розташування дуже зручне :) є все з кухонного приладдя :) Дуже брудно! Ванна протікає , підлога в нашій кімнаті була така брудна що шкода було ходити в своїх білих шкарпетках. Для нас було велике здивування коли ми дізнались про те що всі ключі від всіх кімнат такі самі як і наш ключ від наших дверей , тобто до нас могли зайти хто завгодно;) перед бронюванням номеру, зверніть увагу на те, що дуже чути все що відбувається за стіною.

Poziționare perfecta Am avut un vecin care a făcut cartofi prăjiți cu oua la 6 dimineața fără sa pornească hota sau măcar sa deschidă ușa. Am fost treziți din cauza mirosului. Cazarea a fost super, proprietarul nu a greșit cu nimic. Recomand sa respectați regulile bunului simt când va cazați in cazări de genul.

• R u d o l f (7/5): Fuglebur - Lett å finne, flott beliggenhet i bakgården av historisk hus, greit kommunikasjon med verten, som gikk ned,åpnet dørene og introduserte ossef stedet. Kjøkkenet som var full møblert og 2 toiletter med dusje og badet. Trådløs i funksjon Rommet var queen sized seng med liten vindu mot annen bygg. I dette rommet har de plassert skap og stol. Det er vinduet mot taket og lyset kommer fra kjøkkenet slik at du ikke kan sove. Veggene er syltynne og jeg hørte naboen snorke som om han var i min seng. Det var altfor varmt og vi prøvde å åpne vinduet, dog der kom fuglelurt og dårlig lukt utenfra. Senga var for liten til 2 og plassert mellom 3 vegg, godt det var kun en natt og vi måtte fly til China etterpå. Ikke anbefalt
• Gianluca (3/5): Good stay. Bad overall experience - Good location in Budapest city centre, good, renovated and furnished room. The overall sejour has been quite bad for a event occurred on the first day of my stay. A couple, staying in the room next to mine, got stolen of their cameras and other equipment, while they were away. The thiefs got in pretending to be guests; apparently they had the main door and room keys from a previous guest who did not give it back to the owner at the check-out moment. Lack of caring from who was in charge of the check-ins.
