• Marta (6/5): - Wir sind von dieser Unterkunft sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war schlecht erreichbar und wir konnten erst nach 2 Stunden einchecken. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns trotz dieser Umstände kein späterer Check-out ermöglicht. Auf unsere Bitte um eine Preisreduktion wegen des verkürzten Aufenthalts haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten, obschon eine Rückmeldung zugesichert wurde.

• Denis (9/5): - Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne. Duży garaż i można dojechać bez wkraczania w strefę ograniczonego ruchu. Okolica spokojna, już nie turystyczna. Jedyny minus to łazienka: źle działa spłuczka, ciasno, brakowało mydła do rąk.

• Balıkçı (8/5): - Güvenli bir site, araç için kapalı otoparkı var. Temiz ve mutfakta olanaklar yeterliydi. Isıtması iyiydi. Sıcak su vardı. Wifi çok kötüydü hatta evde telefonlar da zor çekiyordu. Ev ztl bölgesi çevresinde eğer ana caddeden gelmezseniz ztl den geçmeden eve gidemiyorsunuz. Navigasyon bizi daha kısa diye ara sokaklara yönlendirdi. Ev sahibi bizi beklediği için acele şekilde ztl yazan 2 sokağa girmek zorunda kaldık. Ev sahibi girdiğimiz yolu bilmediğini söyledi. Site yönetimi ve ev sahibinin olduğu bir wp grubu kurmuşlardı, Ceza yememek için plakamızı bildirmelerini istedik ancak ceza yemeyeceğimizi söyledir. Umarım ceza gelmez. İtalya da kaldığımız diğer evlerde hep kilitli kutu ile kendinden giriş ya da video ile yönlendirme vardı. Bu şekilde giriş yapmalarını tavsiye ediyorum.

• Kristjan (3/5): A nice stay turned bad due to unfortunate mishaps - Spatious 2-foor appartment with kitchen facilities. Location is pretty good - not far from the old town, but on a very quiet street. There's a parking garage in the basement for your car. The staff was very friendly - starting from the lady who welcomed us at the gates to the repairman that let us out of the broken gate the next day. Everything would have been great, but a series of annoying things made it a bad experience in the end. Firstly, the TV did not work - either it's only for paid programming, accessible only to Italian residents, or the regular TV-s remote was missing. We couldn't get it to work. Secondly, the property's electric gate broke down. We had planned to take a car trip our first night, but had to cancel it, as the gate did not open and our car was stuck in the basement garage. Fortunately, the property manager organized a repairman for the next morning who let us out, so we made it to airport. We were a bit worried there. The worst issue of all - there was construction going on right next door. So, two mornings in a row we woke up at loud banging and drilling at 8:00 (probably the official start of the workday?). The location of the property is quite good and peaceful, yet it sits in the middle of a long stretch of a medieval city wall. So, in order to get to the Old Florence you have to take quite a walk around this wall to the nearest gate. If you like to walk, it's a blessing!

Une personne très sympathique nous attendait à notre arrivé pour nous remettre les clès et nous indiquer le garage. appartement confortable avec une très bonne literie. RAS

• Jufsantiago (9/5): - É bem completo e equipado com tudo que poasa precisar fora de casa. Apesar do bairro ser bem legal é uma boa caminhada ate o centro, bom considerar isso. Mas não é algo que não gostei, so talvez tenha outras opções com custo menor
• Tekin (8/5): Nice stay - The location is nice and quiet, but walkable distance to the downtown. Enough space for 4. Garage is spacious enough for european standards despite many comments that state otherwise. The leakage in the bathroom. Come prepared with anti-mosquito sprays. No salt, pepper, oil in the kitchen.
• Tina (6/5): - The location was nice. It seemed to be in a safe and secure location and was about 1+ miles walk from the historic district. Rhd staff was responsive and helpful. The entry instructions provided were helpful. The unit is equipped to fulfill basic needs, including cooking utensils and bathroom shampoo and soap. The unit was small, even for 2 people. There wasn't much space for storage, and the stairs to the loft bedroom discouraged us from trying to bring our luggage upstairs. The stairway has some smaller steps and seems a bit precarious. Use caution if the bathroom needs to be accessed during the night, which is on the first floor. While clean, the apartment looks a little tired and dated and could use to be refreshed.

• Henriette (9/5): - Es ist ein sehr schön gelegenes kleines Reihenhaus. Die Lage war sehr gut und die Größe ausreichend für uns drei. Der Fernseher ging nicht und konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht repariert werden. Das war nicht schlimm, weil wir viel unterwegs waren, aber es hat uns etwas überrascht, dass es nicht geklärt wurde und ich auch nachfragen musste, um den Status zu bekommen. Es gab einzelne Ameisen im Bad und der Küche. Diese haben wir einfach entfernt.
• Natasha (7/5): Bon séjour à Florence - Emplacement à 20 min du centre historique, idéal avec un parking en sous sol. Excellent service client. Nous avons eu un soucis et il a été résolu dans l’heure. Manque des capsules pour laver le linge, cuisine un peu vieillotte avec peu d’équipement. Manque des serviettes pour 4. Lit des enfants n’était pas fait à l’arrivée .

• Oscar (8/5): - Lo mejor el aparcamiento. Dejas tu coche allí y te olvidas . Te mueves a pie. Dos calles que te llevan al centro sin ningún problema . Estás a la afueras pero genial. Apartamento con algún detalle a mejorar, pero es para repetir. Tv no es real. No funciona no tienes canales . Solo una aplicación que si tú no tienes cuenta no funciona. La puerta del baño no funciona correctamente.
• Camille (9/5): Séjour très agréable. - La localisation proche du parc Boboli, plus au calme qu’en plein centre de Florence. Nous avions nos vélos et avons pu nous déplacer facilement jusqu’au centre ville. C’est aussi très facile à pied depuis l’appartement. Le logement dispose d’un parking, ce qui est très pratique. Juste quelques points d’amélioration : le radiateur de la salle de bain fuit et la porte ferme mal. Sinon, tout était très bien.

• Karl (9/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment - The location was perfect for us. It was outside the centre of the city on a nice, quiet, tree lined street. There was a great cafe and a restaurant 50 metres down the street. Car parking was free and very secure and it was on the right side of the city to travel south into Tuscany after your stay! The air con was working but leaking. The owner was already on the case trying to fix it.

• Robyn (10/5): Convenient, comfortable apartment with rare reserved and private parking - The location is great. It is out of the main tourist area, but still close enough to everything. There is a bus stop nearby but we walked everywhere. The apartment was clean and well appointed and the use of the underground garage for parking was a huge plus. Communication with the host was good. There is a washing machine and many convenient racks for drying clothes, which was helpful in the middle of a two-week trip. We were informed the day before we arrived that previous renters had damaged the couch so the seating was not as comfortable as it would have been otherwise (certainly not the host's fault as there was no way to repair it before we arrived), but other than that everything was great. The only thing that we didn't like was the TV - it had a streaming service that we couldn't access. We had brought our own Roku stick, but could not get the system to recognize it. Not a huge deal as we had other things to do than watch TV, but perhaps some clearer instructions on using the system would help.
• Tien (3/5): Uncomfortable, terrible management - Good water pressure The AC unit doesn’t blow cold air and keeps pumping hot air, even when turned off. We contacted the property agent the first night, but they were dismissive and told us to just open a door for air. This is unsafe—it’s a large door, not a window, and anyone could walk in. My sister sleeps downstairs, so that suggestion was unreasonable. We also had issues with mosquitoes and spiders coming in. The next morning, we got up early as they said maintenance would arrive at 9–9:30 a.m., but no one showed. When we followed up, they said someone would come at 10:30—again, no apology. Eventually, someone showed up around 5–6 p.m., claiming to reset the system, but the AC still didn’t work. We’ve experienced this type of AC issue before—it’s likely a coolant problem. We’re okay if the AC is broken, but we don’t appreciate being dismissed or misled about it working. The outside weather is cool, but the house somehow retains heat, and opening doors for air is not a safe or reasonable solution. Also, there are no paper towels or napkins provided, and the shower space is very cramped.

• Simon (10/5): Great stay in a calm place in a nice neighbourhood, walking-distance to everywhere - Lots of light, even in Winter. Location is super calm but you can still walk everywhere on foot. Kitchen is well equipped to cook. The area is nice with a more local vibe, worth to explore some of the smaller cafes and restaurants. Walk up the hill behind the house for a nice and off the beaten path view of Florence. There also is a gym just 5 minutes away. Additionally the host was extremely kind and fast at helping us out when we locked ourselves out late at night, thanks again!!
• Nathan (10/5): I fell in love with Florence and this apartment was the best way to experience it! - The apartment was perfectly located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful and I can’t thank Giulia enough for all her suggestions and making my stay memorable. Florence has my heart and I know exactly where I’ll stay when I return ! This is the place to stay when coming to Florence !
• Viktar (9/5): Superb - Excellent, clean, quiet apartment, the kitchen has absolutely everything. As if someone moved out of this apartment and left all the necessary things for comfortable living. Private garage, air conditioners keep the temperature, it was nice to return to the apartment after +37 outside. We were greeted in a friendly manner, showed everything and handed over the keys and were also in touch on WhatsApp The shower seemed narrow to us, but we are tall people, so maybe that’s why it felt that way
• Radoslav (10/5): Exceptional - Private garage, location 10min from the city center. The host was polite and helpful. Air conditioning was perfect. The wifi is very good.
• Cosmin (9/5): Nice and comfortable studio in a quiet area - Really nice studio with terrace in a very quiet neighborhood. It is really enjoyable to sit on the terrace and have a drink in the evening away from the buzzing city center. You have a Carrefour market at about 500 meters so you can buy some groceries. You can also find close by some pastry shop where you can buy sandwiches for breakfast and have a coffee in the morning. Public transport is available just around the corner but don't expect they arrive according to the timetable. In about 20 mins you are at Ponte Vecchio by walking. Noting to mention.

• Varun (5/5): Was a decent stay. Not sure if it was value for money. - The fact that there were 2 beds in the apartment. And the bathroom was clean. A lot of things. Host arrived late to give keys. Mosquitoes in the apartments, no arrangement on first day. Sofa bed didnt go back to being Sofa again because the mechanism was broken. Balcony was unclean completely. And many other things.
• Kaufman (9/5): wonderful views of rose gardens in a quiet neighborhood of Florence - Located in a lovely neighborhood of Florence, away from the crowds of tourists. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for longer stays. Very comfortable. The views from the garden were amazing! It could have been cleaner. There were hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and the trash (although it was empty) still smelled from the previous customer. There were no dish washing tablets for the dishwasher, but there was dish soap! :) It would have been nice to provide a microwave, but not necessary of course.

• Colinyangk (9/5): Florence holiday accommodation - Spacious house, with almost everything you need when travel, especially having washing machine was a bonus. The area is quiet, safe, convenience. With temperature around 25 degrees in celcius, without air conditioning was a bit issue, especially at night. Duvet was too thick under that temperature. Remove duvet may be cold at late night or early morning. Hard to adjust the proper cover when sleep.
