• Jeffsteed (2/5): Mauvais choix! - La vue magnifique sur la côte Appartement vaste Mauvaise communication : aucune information précise sur la localisation de l'appartement (les 4 appartements n'ont pas de numéros!). Heureusement un locataire m'a indiqué celui qui lui semblait inoccupé) Le ménage n'avais pas été fait : des poussières en tous genres par terre! Très mauvaise qualité de literie : matelas beaucoup trop ferme avec des "noyaux" de pêche, j'aai eu mal au dos le matin en me levant, d'autre part c'est un lit à 2 places mais les couettes sont individuelles et trop petites, je fais 1m82, j'avais les pieds en dehors! Mauvaise insonorisation : j'entendais les voisins dans leurs moments très intimes! Quasiment aucune pression dans la douche, difficile de se réveiller! Pas de torchon ni éponge dans la cuisine. Couteaux qui ne coupent pas. Abattant des toilettes branlant. Le seul point positif de cet appartement c'est la vue! Mais franchement, je ne recommande pas du tout cet appartement!

• Roksana (8/5): - Widok z balkonu jest przepiękny, w apartamencie czysto, kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Miasteczko jest malutkie i polecam tą lokalizację tylko jeśli zwiedzacie wyspę samochodem. Pierwszego dnia pomylono nasz pokój i dostaliśmy inny niż rezerwowałam i nieposprzątany apartament po poprzednich gościach, ale sprawa została w miarę sprawnie rozwiązana i myślę że była to jednorazowa sytuacja :)

• Raimondas (8/5): Good but should be improved. - Nice view quiet location. Mattress to firm, cleaning has to be improved too much dust, sand on floor and hairs on carpet .
• Carolina (8/5): - Ubicación, vista, tamaño del lugar. El contacto fue amable y respondieron rápido. El lugar estaba muy limpio a excepción de la cortina del baño. El lugar es realmente hermoso. Lo recomiendo. Tener en cuenta que hay escaleras para el acceso. El colchón tenía un fierro que se clavó mi esposo en la espalda. Fue remplazado al día siguiente, gracias . Las flores artificiales las quitaría todas. Agregaría un ventilador porque de tarde pega fuerte el sol y se siente muy calurosa la habitación.
• Caroline (8/5): The beauty of this view will never fade. - That view!!!!!!!!! The whole reason to stay there. Stunning, ever-changing, opposite a banana plantation. Beautiful light. Fabulous large desk to work and paint on. Plus, San Marcos Bay is quiet and well served by 2 x restaurants (visited in March) and 2 x bars and 1 small supermarket that sells all you need. Big Lidl 10 mins drive away. We requested 6 pillows - glad we did as there is no headboard #rough wall. The balcony is shared by the 3 apartments and it would not take much effort, or planting, to give some privacy between them. Awkward to be outside at the same time as ones neighbours... free parking on the road outside THAT gate. Remember to use the TOP keypads, not the old ones below on both front gate and apartment door. No information book. Both TV's (?!) did not work. Wi-fi router needed restarting to work. Again no instructions. Wi-fi code on back of door - found eventually. Front gate keypad stopped working and LOCKED US IN and we discovered there IS NO WAY OUT of the grounds except through that gate. It was a Sunday (isn't it always) and Ocean Rentals took many calls to answer. Gate lock taped open for 5 days before being sorted.
• Nerijus (7/5): Good - The apartment definitely offers an exceptional view and the opportunity to stay in a villa rather than an apartment building, but the lack of hospitality reduces a comfortable stay – washed-out towels, faded and ill-fitting bed linens (the duvet hangs out by at least 20 cm and is and is half a meter narrower than the cover), 3 in sizes and quality different pillows for 2 persons, one pillow is simply half-tied and crammed into a narrow pillowcase; non-working kitchen lighting, damaged sun blinders, a sun umbrella on the terrace held together with newspaper pages, etc. Vila saw a better life, that’s for sure. By the way, the villa's address on booking.com is incorrect (it should be 10, not 12), which also caused more trouble during check-in than desired.
• Lee (7/5): Should be a 10 but lacks investment and clear check in instructions - The coastal views from the balcony is fantastic, the jewel in the crown. Whiling the hours away on the balcony in the sunshine was perfecto. San marco is a sleepy place, a couple of bars and restaurants. A short 20 minute but hilly walk to icod is worth it, hourly bus too, three euros for 2. Recommend the malvaise winery. The property not getting a higher score due to simple issues not being resolved, needs some TLC by the owner. Check in instructions were very poor.This has already been picked up several times by previous visitors, see reviews. I don't know why booking .com have not resolved this yet. The address is wrong, it's 10 not 12. There are many confusing code boxes to enter the property. Again, clear instructions not sent and separate incorrect codes sent. We stayed in apartment 3 and the entry code box was located inside, through putting my hand through the gate. It took us longer than it should to enter the property, back and fro with messages to staff. The TV does not work properly, reported. The fuse box trips when all three appliances are operating. Problem with water supply which was resolved eventually. The sofa bed is firm and a tight squeeze for 2. A better comfier sofa bed is needed. 5 days sleeping on this was enough. Again, a bit of investment and clearer check in instructions would render a higher score.

• Anastasiia (6/5): not the best accommodation on the island - The location of these apartments is excellent. there are many household appliances it is difficult to find the house because the directions in the message are not enough and there are no signs on the house. the code from the keybox was incorrect in the message, the host did not answer our messages and calls. the apartment is not cozy enough, the drain in the shower was blocked, there were ants in the kitchen
• Deimante (6/5): Lovely view, but old an old that needs refresh and fixing - Great view out of the balcony The mattress was too wide for bed frame, so you might find yourself rolling out on one side. Shower wasn’t draining well and shower curtain needs changing. The toilet seat was broken on one side. One of the window shutters hook was broken, so it was banging in the wind one of the nights..overall spacious property and good communication from managers, but not great facilities

• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - Maybe it was the best view that I ever have. That property is really nice inside and outside. No problem with parking. It looks close to the beach, but you need to spend some time to reach the beach and be in a good heath condition. Easy checking, friendly staff. All needed equipment is present.
• Galyna (10/5): Calm place with fantastic views - The view from the terrace is just amazing! you cannot find better. The studio has spacious room full of light from big windows, full-sized separate kitchen with all necessary appliances including citrus press (important for this season ☺️) and wonderful sea-view terrace. The villa itself and the garden are just gorgeous. I didn't have any problems communicating with the rental team, I've got all information in time and everything ran smooth. Stable wifi. Very nice calm place to relax after exploring the island. Not a typical tourist village and that's exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be back one day. For me personally the bed and pillows were not too comfortable, can easily be solved with topper. But anyway we had a wonderful stay.

• Emmanuel (4/5): Try to find the second code needed to get in ahead of time - The view from the balcony is great. No code provided to enter the flat, only one for the front gate. No staff. Phone number provided works one time out of 3, it s a service desk who doesn t know the flat, and at each call you talk to a different person. They ll tell you anything to get you to get rid of you. It took me 1.5 hours and 8 calls to get the code to get in the flat. There was hot water half of the time. Internet was spotty, OK for video streaming but not for gaming. The bed was not great. The balcony is shared with other flats, it s OK, but worth knowing.

• Aki (4/5): Cannot recommend - Company called Ocean rentals is taking care of the reservations and information. This was the second and last time I will reserve something they take care of. The information they send before is not adequate or is missing important details, like which apartment, how you get into the apartment. The don’t send codes for code locks, they don’t send information which apartment you have rented. You must always call them and ask how to get into apartment and where it exactly is. If they themselves even know !. This takes away all the good feelings when you arrive to a new apartment. Just behind sports club from where you here constant shouting and banging the whole day until late evening. Very small bedroom and bad bed.
• Mandy (9/5): What a view! - What a view! Lovely place in little coastal town. Set in beautiful garden. Lot of steps but well worth the walk to the beach. Very clean and complete. About 2 floors of steps up from streetlevel, so do not book this if you have trouble walking. For anybody else, house is great.
• Roman0007 (10/5): Exquisite apartment with scenic view - Very nice and beautiful flat. Lots of space. Well decorated. Fantastic views from the window. Balcony with sun bed. Well equipped kitchen. Its self checkin, so you can arrive anytime. Host send us all the information over whatsup. Free parking is available on the street. So its fine if you have a car, short drive to Loro parque, Maska, Gigantes, Abama. Soap and shampoo were missing.
