Guest Reviews
- Heather (8/5): A comfortable, stylish apartment with everything you’d need. - Stylish, cool (in terms of temperature!), very well equipped. The bed was too low.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good for a short stay - Great location - 10 mins from Gt Malvern station and the same into the town centre. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The apartment was pleasantly cool over a hot weekend. The kitchen and bathroom were functional but not very attractive to look at - both could do with a refresh.
- Janet (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay and would rent the flat again if I return to malvern. - Great Location, clean, tidy & well equiped. Everything that you could imagine that you might need was there & some that you didn't know that you needed! The bed was comfortable with lovely crisp linen & the towels soft & fluffy. there was a nice big sofa to relax on and a good TV that was easy to use! The shower wasn't very good - poor water flow.
- Ripal (9/5): Lovely flat, with a fantastic location. - Brilliant location to attend Malvern Theatres for a work conference- just a short walk from property.
All the amenities needed for a short stay.
Comfortable bed, good heating, well equipped kitchen although we didn’t cook and ate out. Lots of lovely little local restaurants- all within walking distance.
Early check in was accommodated (thank you) and off street secure parking. Low shower pressure (but adequate for a quick shower)
- Frank (8/5): - Great location, handy for train station and Great Malvern town centre.
Well appointed apartment. Low pressure shower.
Door lock could not be deadlocked so lacking extra security overnight.

- Michael (8/5): Comfortable and pleasant over night stay - Its was good size apartment for us Its only personly my opinion that shower pressure was very low which is being picky
- Ornela (10/5): -
- Lynn (8/5): Thank you we would stay here again - Great location.
Nice size and kitchen All good
- Reuben (5/5): somewhat disappointing this visit - the host was doing her best to try an alleviate the problems but - I have stayed in this bright light warm flat before and I have had good stays there was no wifi, the EE paid wifi was not working either, the washing machine was broken and the drains in the bathroom were exeptionally slow 45mins to empty the bath, also the carbon monoxide detectr when off in the night
- LORRAINE (9/5): Lovely modern apartment in beautiful Malvern property - The apartment was bright and airy with lovely high ceilings. Snazzy gadgets made for a very comfortable stay. The guest information and all the contact details were excellent. Nothing
- Leanne (10/5): -
- Rose (8/5): Great base for exploring the beautiful area - Great location, easy parking and access. Comfortable and warm Shower was not great although all looked new..? Maybe needs looking into
- Patricia (9/5): A comfortable stay in a great location. - The apartment was fresh and very well equipped in a great location, close to the town centre and the hills. The bed was really comfortable.
- James (8/5): - Very clean, very close to where I was working, nice and quiet. Clear instructions on how to gain access, and the area is a lovely village. The shower could be more powerful, and more importantly, a blind could be put on the bathroom window as you could see in from outside, with people walking past at night
- Samantha (9/5): Lovely weekend stay in a fantastic apartment - The location of the apartment is fantastic. Very easy to get into town. It's a beautiful place to visit for a weekend. The apartment itself was well decorated and had everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
- Elaine (10/5): -
- Tiffany (5/5): It was fine. - It was nice and spacious. Easy to access. A nice neighbourhood. Great nespresso machine and motion nightlights. The shower needs repair. It never got very hot.
- Karen (10/5): Fab - Location and spacious and homely. nothing

- Judith (8/5): Overall a well located and comfortable apartment .I would be wonderful in the warmer months. - Spacious and clean . Very central location Problems with managing heating which made part of the stay uncomfortable until it was sorted.
- Elliot (9/5): Relaxing and convenient. - It was comfortable, well equipped and was located only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and train station. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a sofa bed.
- Jamie (9/5): Quiet, well furnished and comfortable. A very good location and very accessible. - Very well described apartment. Clean, comfortable and all you need for a short stay. When I arrived, a local road had a burst water pipe - meaning no water in the apartment. The host replied immediately to my messages. Thankfully the water was back in a couple of hours. Overall, I would recommend staying here as a solo business traveler. It was very quiet, close to a supermarket (Waitrose) and well located. It was very easy to park outside the property, off the road, and plenty of space to turn around etc. Key collection very simple. Bed was very comfortable, shower good, hot. Kitchen very well kitted out and clean. Bedroom also had a Nespresso coffee machine and lots of capsules. I would stay here again without question. Nothing - everything was fine with this property and I would stay again without hesitation.
- Phil (8/5): Lovely. -
- Mike (10/5): This place was perfect for my stay in Great Malvern and very convenient for my activities - The location was perfect for my stay. It was obvious that care and attention had been used when designing and fitting out the apartment. Everything was in good condition and worked as expected. There was nothing to dislike
- Ruth (9/5): -
- Adrian (8/5): Great Location -
- Barbara (9/5): Great place to stay - Lovely apartment in a lovely town. We only stayed 1 night while visiting the nearby Morgan experience but would love to come back again for a longer stay. All good. We did have one small problem but the property manager was there within minutes to sort it out.
- Beth (8/5): Great apartment - Clean and well equipped. Main bed very comfy! Everything we needed for our 2 young children as well. Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest to sleep on (but they often aren’t, not so much a criticism just a note for anyone planning to use it!)
- Caron (7/5): Smart apartment in great location - Light, bright apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of hot water!
Superb location for visiting the Town on foot and the surroundings by car. After a lovely summer, we hit a cooler spell and were unable to warm the apartment effectively, possibly we didn't do something, but we tried turning the dial, so not sure!
- Mari (7/5): Overall, a modern, well-equipped apartment in a great location for a relaxed stay. - I stayed in an apartment in Malvern and found it clean and well-presented, with modern furnishings throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking at home easy, which was a real plus. A lovely quiet location. A couple of small improvements would make it even better — the bathroom could do with an update (a walk-in shower would be ideal), and a mattress topper would make the sofa bed more comfortable.

- LisaTravels (8/5): Excellent location - The flat has a student accommodation vibe but it was spacious and very convenient for the town. I was glad to have a parking space so I could get around without having to drive. It was also very quiet.
Despite the issue mentioned below, I would stay here again because it otherwise ticked all the boxes. As soon as I opened the door I was hit by a musty smell. I know that this sort of problem is difficult to eliminate in an old building and I soon became accustomed to it. However, I needed to wash all my unworn clothes when I got home to get rid of the lingering odour.
Fortunately the bedding was clean and fresh. I was glad I'd brought my own pillows because the lumpy ones still haven't been replaced.
- Roger (7/5): We enjoyed our week and would certainly stay again - The location was excellent. It was very quiet and calm. Easy walking distance to the town centre. The apartment was very well equipped The person in the next apartment, No. 3, had washing in the joint hallway all week. On the last day she actually put it next to our front door! Not in keeping with a stylish apartment.
Parking was a bit iffy with lots of people taking up spaces who were not residents and the sleeping policemen were absolutely lethal. Quite unnecessary for a private drive?
- Geoffrey (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment - Very clean; sofa and bed very comfortable, kitchen extremely well equipped, the whole place tastefully decorated.
Powerful shower.
Easy access to keys, very straightforward entry instructions, free parking.
Perfect location, away from the town's bustle but not so far as to be a difficult walk. I can't think of a single thing.
- Helen (9/5): Very clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location - It was clean, comfortable with great attention to detail. We had everything we needed - and the location was great as it was on a very quiet road but walkable to the centre of Malvern. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!
- Robert (6/5): An adequate apartment - Excellent location. Spacious apartment for two. The place doesn't feel stylish at all with its basic furniture and numerous plastic plants. It's overpriced for this type of accommodation. The kitchen needs to be modernised and streamlined to create a stylish apartment.
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): The apartment worked really well as a nice space for exploring Malvern and surrounding area - The location was good, Parking was easy which is a real benefit in Malvern and it was a good size. Nice touches were fresh coffee machine, biscuits and fruit juice provided.
- Caroline (10/5): Fab apartment close to Malvern College - Fab location in Malvern close to the station and a short walk to the centre of town. Very very convenient to Malvern College (less than 5 min walk) which is where we were spending our days. Bright and clean. Sarah was great with her quick responses to our questions. Thank you. Nothing.
- Amanda (8/5): Very good - Clean, large apartment in great town. Hairdryer is not working with heat only cool so think element gone. Lumpy pillows
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Graham (8/5): Very good accommodation pretty close to the 3 Counties Showground. Would definitely use again. -
- Christine (9/5): Superb -
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -
- Glover (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Stylist apartment in Great Malvern - A large, immaculate and well furnished and equipped apartment in a grand old building in a beautiful, quiet part of the town. Really enjoyed my stay, I think of all the places I've booked on this site this is one of the best. Will definitely stay here again if I visit again. Nothing worth mentioning, only that I didn't book some extra leave and spend one or two additional nights there.
- Martin (10/5): Stylish apartment - The apartment was clean with all the amenities as described. Lovely quiet area 10 minutes walk to bars & restaurants in town
- Flower (10/5): Wall stocked ,well located and very well maintained. - The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for sitting on .
- Reuben (9/5): A comfortable stay in Malvern whilst visiting friends - The flat is light and bright and has a trendy-retro feel to it. There are all the facilities you need and the washing machine and dish washer made life in the kitchen a breeze. the TV is a bit odd - sometimes it worked and sometimes it just gave the sound - I couldnt work out if it was me or the TV. When you change channels you have to allow it a good 10-30 seconds to put the picture on and some channels is never put the picture up.
- Xxx (8/5): We'd warmly recommend this venue. - It appartement was quiet, spaceous, realxing and comfortable and very well located for exploring Great Malvern. The washing machine didn't work very well.
- Tranter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (9/5): Excellent stay. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Excellent location, and very well equipped. Information about our stay was well communicated. The bed was a little low for my personal preference, but this is more about my own mobility.
- Warren (8/5): Great location for Morgan factory tour and very well equipped. - Very well equipped and good location Strong smell of smoke in entrance to building but realise this beyond your control in shared entrance. Difficult to open windows
- Kelly (8/5): Shame it was only one night! Would gladly return. - The apartment is light, airy and stylish. Lovely place to stay.
- Rachel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Moira (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the owner was very kind to allow us a late check out which was really helpful. The instr - The decor, the location, the facilities Nothing
- Paul (8/5): Great location and nice apartment, good value. - Great location for the town,in a nice area near station.
A lovely comfortable, ground floor apartment No blind on the bathroom window......
- Isobel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (7/5): Basic apartment - There was a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, good location and parking This is a basic apartment that felt like student accommodation. The heating didn't come on until you arrived, so the place was freezing! It took hours to heat up because of the high ceilings. We think it had not been used for a while as there was masonry dust on the window sills. The bed was very low, making it difficult to get out off, the furniture was cheap looking.
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Cameron (8/5): Much appreciated stop over on long journey home with early check in and generous check out of 11am - Big living/dining area, place to put muddy boots, lots of information provided, earlier check in agreed. Small but very well equipped kitchen. Big bath and comfy mattress. Quiet location, close to the hills and town Difficult to find and unclear where to park via initial communication (instructions on parking were inside the flat). The window in the living room was not locked creating a security issue as it is a ground floor flat and access could be gained to the property through the large sash window. The bed is rather low which was an issue for me as I have arthritis in lower spine.
- Eleanor (9/5): Wonderful. - Lovely apartment! All the mod cons ☺️ host was fabulous when I needed anything. Would stay again. Love Malvern!
- Roger (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good - The bed was firmer than we like.
- Steve (8/5): Very good -
- Beverley (9/5): Superb - Lovely, light and comfortable with everything you need for self catering. Close to the hills. Living room windows are covered with privacy screen so not able to see out, understand the reasoning as looks out to the parking area. You can still see the sky and trees through upper part though. Kitchen and bedroom did not have this covering and felt more spacious.
- Manav (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable & quiet
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean, easy to find, accessible, quiet
- David (9/5): Just as it says on the label: a stylish apartment with parking. - Our second time here, and we hope it won't be our last. It's indeed stylish, well-located (walking distance to the Malvern theatres, swimming pool round the corner) and extremely comfortable. The hosts responded promptly when there was a minor plumbing problem, nothing that could have been predicted. All good.
- Katherine (9/5): We will be back for a longer stay - Super spacious and great location
- David (9/5): Top stay for Malvern - Really convenient, spacious and very well-appointed. Nice little extras, and it lived up to its name of Stylish. We'll go back. All was excellent, except that we found the bed rather low and the pillows a bit lumpy (but it sounds like we should have switched them round).
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
