À la villa Hamza était le seul au petit soin avec nous, merci à lui Réseau WiFi inexistant dans la chambre, aucun nettoyage, changement de serviette etc fait en 4 jours sur place, à notre départ la poubelle débordée . Chambre annoncée lit king size , ça n'est pas le cas, ce sont deux lits simples collés. Nous savions que la villa était un peu loin de la place , par contre le tarif aller retour avec la villa pour le chauffeur c'est clairement à la tête du client .. on nous a annoncé en 1er prix 40€ aller retour , puis 30€ , quand nos voisins de chambres l'ont eux à 25€ .. vraiment dommage car quand nous leur avons fait remarqué ils n'ont rien voulu savoir ..

• Édith (5/5): Villa Jenny lyn - Bon accueil du personnel. très serviable et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux . Cadre plutôt jolie mais aurais besoin d'un rafraîchissement . Chambre plutôt petite ainsi que la salle de douche. Globalement la chambre mal entretenu et surtout côté douche et toilette sale j'ai nettoyer moi-même les toilettes, Quand à la douche identique aucun ménage de fait ! Ménage fait sur demande sinon rien sur les 5 jours passés à la villa, mais bon vu l'état à l'arrivée ,je n'ai pas la même conception du menage ,donc rien demandé. Une odeur d’ égout dans la chambre. Villa trop éloigné du centre nous obligeant à prendre un taxi à chaque déplacement ,à rajouter en plus les excursions car finalement trop loin pour nous récupérer. Tarifs négocier à 25DH Car autrement 40DH aller et retour. Dommage car ils sont vraiment très gentils.
• Nicole Moniz (1/5): Horrível - Fui com a minha família, os meus filhos tiveram que tomar banho de água fria pois não havia água quente. No primeiro dia mandaram evacuar as pessoas pois tinha escorpiões no riad, em conversa com o funcionário o mesmo disse que podia procurar outro sítio para ficar que iriam proceder ao reembolso. Fui procurar outro sitio para ficar com a minha família, mas quando peço o reembolso o mesmo funcionário diz-me outra coisa completamente diferente, que saí do riad porque quis e que não iam reembolsar porque a decisão foi minha. Não recomendo a ninguém ir para este riad pois as pessoas não são sinceras e não existe conforto nenhum.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur par notre hôte Sebastien, dont l’hospitalité et la disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci également aux membres du personnel — Hassan, Raja et Mustapha — pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur attention constante. Grâce à eux, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La villa est splendide, bien entretenue, et offre un cadre paisible parfait pour se détendre. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Marrakech dans les meilleures conditions.

L’emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui cherchent un peu de calme, loin du bruit, mais avec tout ce qu’il faut à portée de main. Mention spéciale à Sébastien pour son accueil : à la fois présent quand il le faut, mais toujours discret. Juste ce qu’il faut. Les chambres sont vraiment spacieuses, très confortables, et les salles de bain impeccables. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours aux petits soins, sans en faire trop. Le petit déjeuner était incroyable, copieux, varié, vraiment top pour bien démarrer la journée. La piscine aussi a fait l’unanimité. Bref, toutes les cases étaient cochées pour pouvoir se poser, se reposer, profiter… Rien à redire. Merci pour ce beau moment. Franchement, rien que je n’ai pas aimé. Avant de réserver, j’avais lu quelques commentaires qui pointaient l’emplacement comme un point négatif. Alors oui, c’est un peu à l’écart, mais c’est dit clairement dans l’annonce, donc pas de surprise. Et en réalité, c’est justement ce qu’on cherchait : un coin un peu exclu, au calme, loin du bruit. C’est ce qui fait aussi tout le charme du lieu. Donc pour nous, c’était un vrai plus.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the traditional Moroccan mint tea and cookies—a lovely and heartfelt welcome that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hosts are extremely caring and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our time there. The villa itself is stunning—like a hidden oasis. It’s beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan touches and full of charming details that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was cozy, well-appointed, and reflected the local style perfectly. One of the things we loved most was the peacefulness around the pool—it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the tranquility. The breakfast each morning was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of products and flavors that made every day start on a delightful note. We also appreciated the restaurant that prepare small meals in case you need. The entire team at Jenny Lynn was so kind and attentive—we truly felt cared for and appreciated their warm hospitality. A small note for future guests: the access road can be a bit tricky, as the villa is located near a main national road. Also, keep in mind that public transport and supermarkets are not within walking distance, so it’s best to plan ahead, especially if you don’t have a car.

• Hicham (4/5): Very average - The staff was nice, it’s calm The room had several maintenance issues — a leaky bathroom, pool wasn’t cleaned, and uncomfortable beds can really spoil your stay. While the staff was very friendly, the villa overall needs significant improvements just to meet basic standards. It might be an option if you’re on a tight budget and have your own car, but it’s definitely not deserving of the high rating it has on Booking.
• Charlie-anne (10/5): Exceptional - The staff at the Jenny Lynn were exceptional and went above and beyond for both myself and my mum during our stay. They gave us advise on the best places to go, helped us book taxis, navigate the buses and were so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and the facilities at the hotel were top notch and spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is an oasis, so peaceful and calm compared to Marrakesh which is only 20 minutes away. All of the food was amazing and cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. We could not have come to a better hotel in Morocco and we will certainly be coming back in the future.
• Paul (10/5): A tranquil and peaceful oasis just a short ride from the city - Jenny Lynn is a fantastic villa/hotel. Really well laid out, outer walls with the rooms around the edge. A central area with the (heated!) pool, covered seating, sun loungers and low-level lighting which really set's it off at night. There is a terrace above the rooms which provides a cosy, quiet, spot to relax or to simply enjoy to views (clear view of the Atlas to the south). Sébastien and his team were fantastic, could not have been more helpful, there when you need them, left alone if you so wish. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast each day was great, certainly more than enough to keep you going for your adventures in and around the area. I had dinner on 1 evening (a tagine) which was really nice. There wasn't anything specific about Jenny Lynn that I didn't like. The final piece of road (or track) was a surprise, when arriving I drove past the turn several times, despite the Sat-Nav saying it was right. I finally followed the rough track, and it was right, but I soon found out these tracks are not unusual in many parts of Morocco. I also had some rain during my 4 days in Morocco, but I certainly can't blame the room on the weather ;-)

If you're just looking for a place to relax and you don't want to go explore too much. This is an excellent getaway. Also, i wish there had been a better blanket available. I had to use my sleeping bag as a blanket. But that is really all the negative I have to say.
• Isobel (10/5): Beautiful, peaceful villa with a lovely pool and excellent staff - The villa is really beautiful - green, peaceful and with a stunning view of the mountains. It's located about 25 minutes drive from Marrakech which was perfect for us as we wanted a place to relax outside the city. Communication in advance was excellent. We had lots of questions and replies were super quick and they were really helpful, including organising an airport transfer, restaurant booking and massage for us. The pool is lovely and there are lots of places to sit in and out of the sun to eat or relax. Our room was a good size, air conditioned and the bed was comfy. I had a massage which was wonderful and used the hammam. The staff were beyond helpful and made our stay super enjoyable. We were sad we couldn't stay longer! Nothing, we loved it :)
• Gary (10/5): A lovely oasis in the desert, staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. - Our room had very bad lighting, and I was unable to read without a torch. Some decent bedside lamps would be a vast improvement. It would have been nice to have had the room cleaned and bin emptied while we were there.
• Marc (4/5): Disappointing - Breakfast was lovely and staff were too. Italien restaurant around the corner was a real find. Seb was very accommodating and eager to please I wish him well in the future. Food was not great unfortunately, especially for the prices charged. The cost of a taxi is 25€ one way to Marrakesh town. We had our excursions cancelled due to location. So be prepared to pay a much a higher price to do anything unless you hire a car. We were told about the local bus that goes to town but too late in our stay to utilise. It would have been nice to have a welcome desk with information.
