• Ligęza (10/5): - Dom jest widać po remoncie bardzo fajny dwu poziomowy domek z bardzo dużym tarasem i garażem na samochód, w garażu pralka deska do prasowania żelazko i odkurzacz no i oczywiście miejsce na auto jest to bardzo dużym plusem ponieważ uliczki sa bardzo wąskie i auta są porysowane obtarte od innych samochódow a w garażu auto jest bezpieczne, ogólnie byłem tylko z małżonka ale domek byl przygotowany i tak na 4 osoby w tej cenie, do centrum miasta około 600 metrów pieszo, soacerm przyjemnie sie przejść spowrotem sie wraca tylko pod górkę ake to jest Madeira i na to trzeba być gotowym, dom bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony, u góry na pierwszym piętrze brak tv ale widać ze pewnie w przyszłości będzie bo są kable wypuszczone anteny, pobyt był od 05-12.05.2026, oceniam na 10/10!!!:) Dobrze wyposażony czysty i z garażem
• Enrique (8/5): Sitio tranquilo desde donde conocer Funchal - Una casa amplia, de dos alturas recién reformada, donde no falta de nada. Está uno de Los barrios altos de Funchal. Lugar tranquilo a unos 20 min andando al centro. Muy recomendable si esto último no es un problema para ti. Por último quería agradecer la inestimable ayuda que nos proporcionó Dilaila. Sin ella, aún estaríamos a oscuras. Tal vez la ubicación si no te gusta mucho andar. Por lo demás, genial!
• SARA (10/5): Excelente relação qualidade/preço - Conforto e limpeza Não houve nada que não gostasse. Descansamos muito bem.
• Sara (7/5): - La vista dalla casa era fantastica e bello il.terrazzo. la casa è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ma le ripide strade rendono difficile non usare l'auto. Comodo avere il box in casa. Dalle foto si vedevano dei letti a castello invece c'era un divano letto quasi sfondato in sala. . La cucina è dotata di tutto ma l'odore di umido dentro gli armadietti non rendeva invitante. La strada è molto ripida e per entrare nel box bisogna essere abili a fare la manovre in salita.
• Daniel (8/5): Nice stay in Funchal - The location is good. It has kitchen to cook. Maybe it is not so comfortable for a family.
• Domenico (10/5): pulita e ottima posizione - casa molto accogliente, ma il punto a favore è il box interno ( COMODISSIMO ) vista dal letto in camera sull'oceano magnifica poteva esserci un ombrellone o tettoia con tavolo per far pranzo / cena fuori

• Matej (9/5): Not so tiny house - A lot of space considering we were only 2 people, parking garage (but suitable only for a small car!) and washing machine. Big terrace, and large fridge, microwave and all utensils are there. Close to some main sights of Funchal. Too much furniture in the main room (13 chairs), main bed is very narrow

• Inesa (10/5): - Labai fainas tvarkingas namukas.Visko ko reikėjo viskas buvo.Virtuve pilna įvairiausių reikalingų įrankių.Lova labai patogi,kad privaloma ilsintis..Labai siauras įvažiavimas ,bet galima rasti siaurose gatvelėse kur palikti mašina.Seimininkas leido naudotis namelio garažų.Tik reikia atkreipti dėmesį,kad labai labai jau siauras keliukas.Nuo tiny House iki miesto centro pėsčiomis ėjome apie 10 min.Viena kartą pabandeme pareiti namo,tai jau sunkoka buvo parkopti I viršų,tai daugiau net nebandem.Tax.is miesto parveža už 8-10 €.Seip viskas super.Rekomenduoju

• Zoltán (1/5): Bad - view from the terrace I do not recommend the accommodation, the owner has no tendency to cooperate, he is only interested in money and nothing else. Problems with the accommodation: Parking is almost impossible if you park in front of the neighbor, he will send you to the Bús, directly in front of the house, of course with the neighbor's shuttle. Approaching the accommodation on foot is equivalent to climbing Montevereszt. The neighbors are teeming with neurotic patients who are constantly barking + there is a canary bird that is constantly chirping. The view from the terrace is good, but the neighbors are constantly shouting, it is not private. Cockroaches crawl into your bed. All the food in the fridge has gone bad, only the freezer does not cool, we can throw everything away. The stairwell is for dwarfs. Every morning I hit my head, the bathroom is small, the door keeps hitting the toilet bowl. In the smaller room, the bunk bed is approx. It can be used up to a 10-year-old child + the door closes badly. We didn't have the accommodation any longer after 3 days, we paid for 5 days in advance and I wanted to ask for a refund for the other two days, he said he won't give it back and I still have to pay him 30 euro tourist tax. A real sóher man.

• David (9/5): Good value for money and sufficient for a family of up to four - As it says in its name, it is a tiny house but enough for staying there on holiday. The location was fine, not far from the centre.It was clean and neat with modern facilities.

• Adriana (9/5): perfect stay - Loved that we had our own traditional tiny house; 2 individual bedroom at the first floor and a terrase from where you could see the ocean; at the ground floor there was a living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen; it's perfect for 4 people. The location was super nice, not in the turistic areas, with hotels and opulence - you had a homey feeling; in the same time it's super close to downtown
• Rachel (4/5): Ok base for short stay - Nice outside seating area with a sea view. Good utensils in the kitchen for cooking. Good Wi-Fi Very nice shower and bathroom House was boiling hot (a fan would be a good addition) and not able to keep windows open due to cockroach’s. Even with windows closed we managed to find 6 cockroaches in the house. Loud dogs next door, disrupts the peace. A bit low stocked in toilet roll for length of stay. Beds rock solid as well as pillows.
• Magdalena (10/5): We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. - A nice and cosy place, 4 people stayed comfortably. The house was very clean. All house utensils were provided, including washing mashine and an iron. Kitchen was sufficient for cooking for 4 people. The location is very convenient, walking distance from the harbour and city centre. The terrace added additional comfortable social space, with a great sea view. Internet worked perfectly, The street is steep and narrow, difficult to drive and park. But parking places were available near the house, and we used them after some practice.
• Anna (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious withe separate kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. Good conditions for family with childreen. Small bathroom lack of space to keep personal belongings
• Gara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very nice and well-equiped, it has a wonderful balcony and a view of the port area. The rooms were large and cozy, and we we easily found parking space near the venue (which is quite important in Madeira). The master bedroom bed was a bit unconfortable on the right side (you kind of slide down from it) and it would be a good addition if the place had more coat hanging oportunities. Otherwise it was the perfect place to go home, and we will recommend all our friends to sleep here if they visit the island.
