• Mar (2/5): - Las vistas a la playa, mi habitación estaba de frente. La atención del personal muy atentos y amables. Estaba todo muy sucio y viejo, solo limpieza superficial El agua de la ducha sin presión ninguna, ducharse era misión imposible. Era ruidoso ya que son contenedores de metal y las escaleras de acceso igual de chapa de metal, por lo que el ajetreo de la gente subiendo y bajando no te dejaba descansar.

• Barrie (2/5): Avoid at all costs - The location is on the beach and the lady on the desk let us borrow a charger The whole place is totally neglected & needs a refurb After a tiring journey we were greeted by 4 staff, incessantly asking if we'd paid the tourist tax, No information on the hotel or surrounding area given, not shown to the room, The breakfast is unbelievably sparse, the coffee, undrinkable unless you have it when they start at 7am The shipping container rooms are in desperate need of scrapping, we had an ant infestation, which they did sort by ant spray and leaving the dead ants for us to sweep up They have no insulation or soundproofing There are no facilities, No lamp, 1 chair, no table, no toilet paper! The WiFi doesn't work This place is on its last legs,They offer the bare minimum which is expected for a holiday! Oh and when you're hosting a huge party with late fireworks you could at least let your guests know Don't spoil your holiday, Avoid!

Мы доплатили 40% и переехали в семейный люкс. Вот он оказался классным, твердые 4*. Свежий ремонт, новая мебель, чисто, аккуратно. есть кухня. Просто из параллельной вселенной по сравнению с предыдущим. Уборка хорошая. Месторасположение - супер, прямо на пляже, 1 линия. Рядом кафе, магазины, вся инфрастрктура. Персонал чудесный и доброжелательный. В самом отеле вкусный ресторан, обедали пару раз. Завтраки очень скромные, но что-то поесть можно было всегда: суп, фрукты, хлопья. семейный номер делюкс - надо делать ремонт. Вид из окна - отсутствует как класс, его нет. Нет своих шезлонгов на пляже. Надо арендовать за 50 рингит. не хватает сушилок для мокрых вещей. 1 маленькая на 4х недостаточно. нет бассейна.

Why do we keep choosing this place? ▪︎ Accesible to the beach! ▪︎ if you hand wash your clothes or let it dry, you may do so by just hanging it outside (why i don't choose hotels cz usually no balcony) ▪︎ Everything is nearby and not really at the centre of busy Cenang but close enough and walkable Try keeping it tidy and clean always yea! Especially focus on the taik cicak/dust on places where people use to hang clothes and put stuff (outside or inside) . Also I think drainage system got problem cz toilet always have foul smell everything we get back from somewhere. Thanks!

• Aleksandrа (3/5): - Отель на самом берегу пляжа Ченанг. Через дорогу Океанариум. При заселении берут MYR 30 депозит (возвращают при выселении). Наш номер 10 находился на 2 из 2 этаже в комплексе, где ресепшен. Внешне эта часть комплекса состоит из больших металлических контейнеров, которые переплетены между собой и соединены лестницами и проходами. Есть вокруг своя небольшая территория и номера другого типа. Видно, что хозяева стараются навести уют, повсюду фонарики и всякие няшности. Сам номер просторный - 27м2. В номере кровать, 1 тумба, кресло, стул, ТВ на стене, небольшой открытый шкаф. Есть чайник, чашки, кофе, сахар, чай, вода в бутылках. Есть небольшой холодильник. Вид из окна на море. Есть балкон (ржавый немного, муж опасался выходить на него). Есть кондиционер. Плюсы: - Вид из окна на море. - Расположение удобное, все, что нужно есть рядом. - Очень милая лохматая метелка висит при выходе из номера (на второй день поняли зачем - песок повсюду, пляж же!) Санузел - отдельная песня. Смежный. На каждого по 1 полотенцу. Размер площадью метр на метр, в котором размещен унитаз, раковина на ноге и полка для полотенец над унитазом. Все. Душ = туалет. На стене висит нагревательный элемент и душевая лейка. То есть вы когда моетесь - мокрое вокруг все, в том числе унитаз. В первый день заселения мы к вечеру обнаружили, что в наш номер протоптали тропу микро-муравьи (пол-миллиметра размером). Паломничество шло от двери до кровати, обогнуло кровать и на тумбочку к стакану мужа. Мы не слабонервные и не брезгливые, поэтому спокойно сообщили о проблеме администратору через букинг. Нам шустро ответили, что порешают вопрос и через 10 минут постучались в номер с огромным баллоном средства от насекомых. Так мы за один раз победили мурашей. Поэтому персоналу респект за решение вопроса и в целом, вежливые и приятные девушки, стараются и хорошо делают свою работу. Завтраки очень плохие: тосты, соленое масло, пара разных джемов, молоко, хлопья, рис и вареная лапша (острая), чай и вареный кофе. В целом отелю и номеру - 2 звезды максимум. Но если не портить себе отпуск и забить на все это, то жить вполне себе можно.

• Michael (8/5): Günstiges Hotel in bester Lage - Die Lage ist extrem gut, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem alles zu Fuẞ erreichbar. Vielleicht die beste Lage in Cenang am Strand, die es geben kann. Sehr nette Hotelsngestellte, vor allem an der Reception. Insgesamt ist einiges abgewohnt, etwas Renovierung würde der ganzen Anlage gut tun. Aber es funktioniert alles.

There should be a tap outside the chalet to clean ourselves after returning from the beach (at least to wash our feet before entering the chalet.) 2. The tap at the bathroom sink was loose. 3. The cover of the ceiling fan was very dusty.

Competitive price 6. Location (close proximity to everything in Pantai Chenang strip) 7. Calm, quiet & peaceful little resort 8. Lots of parking space shall you have a car. 9. Next door to Underwater World 1. Water pressure a bit low 2. Dark driveway from main street (a little uncomfortable to walk at night for ladies especially) 3. Very limited breakfast (but then, that's in parallel with the price you paid)

Very short walk to eateries. Bed is comfy. Breakfast was good. If the hotel could repair the peeling wallpaper.. it would be great.

I initially booked for a triple room but the one they gave us is too old, the floor is creaking and not comfortable to stay so we asked for a room change. They gave us the cabin room which is really nearby the beach. Shower in cabin room is too slow. Breakfast is not really good. We stayed 4 days and 3nights and we only ate once for the breakfast. They should do better on the breakfast since visitors are lazy to go out in the morning to eat. Otherwise, don't book here with breakfast inclusion, it will go to waste.

• Husain (5/5): My stay at delta chenang - I like it because near beach.. And the food for breakfast is nice especially Meehoon Soup. The staff at the reception is friendly. The room I think quite pricey compared to other hotel same standard (or better) . It says sea view but actually from the side.. Not directly. The room only have 1 power point for charging. Only one pillow given for one bed. At least give 2 shud be okay. Iron will be given upon request but no ironing board available in the room. The water heater also not functioning and towel provided quite small and have some bad odour. (smell like cockroach)
