• Krste Shupev (10/5): - Our 5-night stay at Zum Studio in Kallithea was fantastic. The studio is spotless, modern, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable seaside holiday. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay. The host was very friendly, responsive, and made check-in extremely easy. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, comfortable bed, and the overall cleanliness of the place. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Halkidiki. Highly recommended — we would happily return.

• Zahariya (9/5): - The place is the same as in the pictures. It was clean, had a nice location and the access was really easy.
• Marios (1/5): Not a recommended apartment for booking. - New apartment with kitchen and shared swimming pool. Unprofessional and completely dishonest owner. Even though we spoke before our arrival, he hid from us that the apartment does not have active WI FI internet and TV connection with the antenna. Also, the signal on our mobile phones was very poor and our mobile phone internet did not receive a signal either. When I spoke to the owner and mentioned the above problems, he justified himself by saying that he pays the internet company and that from there on it is not his problem. Also, regarding the fact that the TV does not receive a single digital channel, he told us that not all the owners agreed to install a shared antenna and that is why it does not receive any channels.and the tv cable is missing. These specific services are given on the booking site for this specific apartment and we paid for them. Also, during our 5 nights in the apartment, they didn't change our sheets, towels and pillowcases even once, while in the exact same apartments next door of another owner (Flaneur) they changed them every 3 days.. (in the apartment they only had one toilet paper and a couple of towels, sheets and pillowcases for each of us) Also, the location of the apartment is quite far from the shops of Kallithea and you will have to go with your car every time you want to buy something. The kitchen only includes the essentials and you will need extra equipment to cook anything. e.g. there is no colander for pasta, a kettle to heat milk, etc. I do not recommend it for family holidays in Kallithea and I would certainly never book it in the future.
• Arben (4/5): I am surprised by the price and the issues mentioned above. - The location was good No sign in the building indicating that it belongs to Zum Studio! only on the door of the room? No information about garbage disposal! For seven days the towels and sheets were never changed The internet almost did not work at all No one was in the premises to help only via whatsap

• Dorothea (8/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Im Pool konnte man sich gut abkühlen. Der nächste größere Supermarkt war in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand waren es ca. 7 Minuten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Das W-Lan hat meistens nicht funktioniert. In der heutigen Zeit ein NoGo. Wenn man empfindlich ist, sollte man sich Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Man hört jedes Wort, auch wenn es leise gesprochen wird, vom Nachbarn, als wenn er direkt neben einem stehen würde.

• Sakavos (3/5): Poor - The WiFi didn't work, the stove didn't work and there was no soundproofing.
• Titziana (6/5): Pleasant - We had everything we needed in studio flat for our 6 day stay. The apartment is also 5 mins walk from the centre and the sea. Paper thin walls. We were given a room in between 2 rooms of teenagers. We were woken up every night and kept up through the night until early morning because of the loud noises, slamming of the doors, and doorbells. If you are coming as a family and to relax, we do not suggest this accomodation.
• Iuliia (7/5): Good - Freshly build apartment building, very clean and spacious rooms, extremely friendly host who helped us when we needed, kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. As Kalithea is very small, everything was nearby, including beach (10 min by foot) WiFi quality was very bad, no mobile network avaliable inside the property as well No mosquito screens, so all kind of insects were inside the apartments No shower holder in the bathroom

The pool was very nice and also The location very good The walls were really thin so we could hear even talking in the next room. The balcony’s didn’t really have any privacy and bathroom shower was little bit uncomfortable and spilled water easily. Also the WiFi didn’t work at all

• Vahida (3/5): The place has potential but owners need to complete all the flaws.. - The whole apartment was new and clean Many things missing in the apartment, it looked like it’s unfinished.. Not enough bed sheets, kitchen didn’t have enough needed equipment, no shower curtain(resulting in a constantly flooded bathroom + no equipment or towels to clean it),only one piece of toilet paper(no refills for 4 days stay), very bad soundproofing, no privacy at all, especially on the balcony where there was no separation between the guests and we could literally look into other people’s food plates… wifi not available throughout the whole property(only in the apartment/no wifi by the pool)
