• Federico (9/5): Riad molto bello ed accogliente nel cuore della Medina - Posizione eccellente, atrio bellissimo. Personale disponibile e attento ad ogni esigenza. Mariam e Mohamed molto cortesi e proattivi su ogni richiesta. Camere piuttosto piccole. Alloggiavamo in alto ed era molto caldo. Fortunatamente dotate di aria condizionata. Abbiamo segnalato alcune imperfezioni nella pulizia in generale.

• Amandine (9/5): Coup de cœur à Fès - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Moucharabieh. L’accueil a été très chaleureux avec du thé et de délicieux petits gâteaux à notre arrivée. Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une magnifique chambre, très spacieuse et lumineuse. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, généreux et parfait pour bien commencer une journée de visite dans la médina. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce riad pour un séjour à Fès. L’emplacement du riad est idéal pour découvrir la médina de Fès, même s’il n’est pas forcément facile à trouver la première fois. Quelques indications supplémentaires avant l’arrivée auraient été appréciées, car nous nous sommes un peu perdus dans la médina et Google Maps n’est pas toujours très efficace dans ce quartier.

Grazie anche al tassista di "luxury travel agency" che ci ha portato fino a Chefchaouen e ci ha aspettato per tutto il tempo: molto discreto e gentile. Ci siamo sentite come a casa, mai in pericolo. Posizione molto valida vicino alla porta blu. Direi nulla da segnalare

First night she made a reservation for us in a beautiful rooftop restaurant and also arranged our taxi for our check out. The room in itself was stunning. Every corner was made with so much care, detail and color. Really recommend when staying in Fez.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Mariam hat uns sehr geholfen, als wir an einem Sonntag einen Arzt brauchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Lage ist super zentral und nah am blauen Tor, wo man jederzeit Taxis findet, wenn man außerhalb der Medina unterwegs sein möchte. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon ist sehr klein und eng, den Balkon haben wir aber genossen, der gleicht den Platzmangel etwas aus.,

• Orysia (9/5): Lively local riad in the Medina - Great location in the heart of the souk, lovely staff and excellent food. Felt very authentic and locally owned. Rooms were much smaller than they looked in photos and the bed was lumpy (not a problem, still slept well). My room looked out to the rooftop area where unfortunately other guests went to smoke early in the morning and late at night.

• Ramzi (9/5): Great small Riad in the middle of the Medina. - The location and everything were fantastic. We arrived very late, and they were very kind and prepared some snacks and welcome drinks. The staff is very friendly, and the Riad was super authentic. The rooftop could have been cleaner and better accommodated, but it could be that the season hadn't started yet and the roof was in winter mode.

She was kind, attentive, always smiling, and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Her positive energy and genuine care made a huge difference and added a personal touch that we will always remember. The riad itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Moroccan charm with comfort and elegance. Our room was spotless, शांत, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after exploring the vibrant city of Fes. The breakfast was delicious and generous, offering authentic local flavors. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the medina, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. Overall, everything was perfect. Avevamo una suite di livello regale, Vasta camera con letti comodi arredata con molto gusto e mobilio tradizionale, che creava una atmosfera speciale. La colazione con i piatti tipici preparati al momento. Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato molto le cene preparate su ordinazione, con gli ottimi piatti tipici, nettamente superiori alla media. La gentilissima proprietaria Cristelle ha fornito delle ottime guide ed informazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno, con estrema simpatia e disponibilità.

Questo era particolarmente buio, non c’era un armadio dove poter sistemare le cose, ad essere precisa c’era un mobile, con dei scaffali, ma non c’era una stampella. Ventilatore e non aria condizionata. Per i miei gusti troppi tappeti, che ovviamente non puoi sapere se e quanto sono puliti. Lenzuola non bianche. Specchio del bagno piccolo, come il lavandino.

• Patel (8/5): Beautiful Riad and lovely hosts - We felt like guests at someone's home- freshly cooked breakfast, moroccon tea upon arrival, help finding the riad when we arrived. The staff was also helpful in finding a good bank to exchange USD for MAD, and connected us with a great tour guide. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable for my family. Wish the bathroom was a little cleaner and had more lighting. I also did not realize the payment was not made online, and I wish I had a heads up to bring extra MAD for the bill b/c I was scrambling to get more cash before checkout.

• Ashley (8/5): Great spot, great welcome and well restored. - Excellent location. Staff were amazing at helping / organising our collection from the train station and taking us back again. Room was clean (we were top floor and had access to the roof terrace just outside our door) but lots of steps to get to the room (not a bad thing but something to be aware of in any Riad). Breakfast good and we were able to book an evening meal also. Steps as mentioned but that’s on us rather than the property - it was hot and we are unfit! As this is common with riads, we can’t really complain but it’s something to be aware of depending on who is in your group.

Late night tile making with tea. So recommend renting out the whole place if you are a large family traveling. Every room was beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect!

We were happy we had breakfast at the riad. It was delicious. de excursions we booked were very nice. We visited everything we wanted to see with a private taxi. This was very convenient and the drivers were helpfull and friendly. loud neigbours. they were no customers from the Riad. the noise came from the building next to our room.

Very warm atmosphere, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful such as Mariam, Mohamed and Salma. Crystel, the owner, is so passionate about this riad, and it was lovely to hear her stories. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and plentiful, and they even packed us a breakfast to go when we had to leave early in the morning. The location within the medina was perfect and within walkable distance to all points of interest. I highly recommend this riad! Nothing
• Thomas (10/5): Beautiful and historic place with exceptional hospitality - I was looking forward to my stay here and it still exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was the biggest stand out. We checked in a bit late and were immediately greeted with water and some food which was great after a long day of travelling. The complementary breakfast was delicious and you could tell it was made with a lot of care. The rooms and the terrace area are gorgeous and very pleasant to relax in amidst the busy medina of Fes. I cannot recommend this place enough Shower head was a bit flimsy, but bathroom is still great.

Wonderful plentiful breakfast included orange juice, choice of hot beverage, pastry, bread, jams, butter, yogurt, fresh sliced apples and white nectarines. Apparently, nectarines are expensive, so this was a special touch. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed on the highest floor which had a lovely view. Nothing negative to note. Everything was wonderful.

Great location on the fringes of the souk - you don't have to walk too far to get to the riad or the Blue Gate to meet all the tours, taxis etc. Terrific restaurant next door. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. No twin room capability - they only cater for double occupancy. Although they very generously added an extra bed in our room, it meant we were totally squashed in. Bedroom and bathroom lacked any shelving.

The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious as well. We would love to stay there again if we have the chance to visit Fes. We originally booked a smaller room but were lucky to spend two of our three nights in the main suite, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The riad itself is beautiful and full of charm. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!

The riad is excellent located inside the Medina so you are near the most interesting things to visit in a weekend. Fantastic breakfast every morning they prepare at the moment. We recommend this riad. The first night (at 1.30 am) there was a man speaking so loud outside the street and didn't let me sleep. Obviously it was not the riad responsibility.

• Issy (7/5): Beautiful place but would have been made better with more friendly staff - Beautiful accommodation, incredible room especially and great location Staff were ok. Women who checked us in was very pleasant but quite quiet and process to check in was slow (which was only an issue as we had a tour booked soon after arriving). Man who checked us out came across slightly rude, had his headphones in, seemed very unbothered. Staff who served breakfast were great.

• Patrick (10/5): The staff and riad made our stay in Fes wonderful and relaxing. - The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and always went out of their way to be of assistance. For example, escorted us to and from the taxi; walked us to the post office when we couldn’t find it; and organised our tour guide. The riad itself is beautiful and very clean. Food was home cooked and delicious. Nothing.

• Dyan (10/5): Wonderful stay in Fes. - The property was in a nice location and full of character. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange a driver for us one day and a most excellent tour guide that took us to the best restaurant, showed us all around the city and gave us so much incite into Fes, Islam, and Morocco. The room could use another mirror. Four people with only one mirror in the entire suite made it more difficult to get ready. Minor detail, but would be a welcome addition.

• Damir (10/5): Exceptional - This place enchanted us! A very secluded riad with nice rooms and an even nicer yard. The breakfast was the tastiest of all the other riads we stayed at. The staff deserves all the praise! Teresa has a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I would definitely recommend this place! Very hard to find when you first come. The location is not well pinned on Google, you may find the riad easier if you type Bab Sahra restaurant which is literally 1 meter from the door of the riad (fantastic restaurant with great food!)

• Piers (7/5): Good but with some issues - Good location. Friendly staff. Very small and cramped room and inconvenient shower. There was also an absurdly loud party or celebration of some kind right next door and I was not able to sleep all night. Apparently it happens once or twice a year, so make sure to ask if it will happen when staying there.
