• Gene (9/5): - First off, the outlook is impressive - direct beachfront, the sound of crashing waves, local fisherman wandering by, and surfers enjoying the break. The villa itself is very well appointed and the floor to ceiling glass means there are views from everywhere. The staff were really helpful, Eny going into town to source us a bottle of wine was very much appreciated. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms and showers were all really good quality. As a family group with kids aged 9 and 11 not being able to easily walk to Balian Beach was a little bit disappointing. I think the river was probably able to be crossed at low tide by brave adults but the water would be about chest height and flowing so a difficult task with kids and trying not to get important stuff wet (money, phones). The villa have a connection with Casa Balian who were able to deliver pretty decent food for reasonable price so that made our stay easy. The local Warung you can walk to (Alam) was actually pretty good too for a Indo feed.

• Lizt (10/5): Un lugar de paz y encanto 💚 - La mejor villa que pudimos estar 🌊 este lugar es fantástico la locación remota es impresiónate para relajase y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. La villa es un sueño realidad entre las vistas y el sonido de las olas, la piscina cálida para disfrutar a cualquier hora del día los amaneceres y aparecerse son una maravilla verlos desde cualquier lugar de la villa, puedes ver el mar desde la cama y si te gusta el surf pues tienes la opción de hacerlo a solo metros esta la escuela de surf, el desayuno a la villa un 10/10 más que hay todos para prepararte el tuyo propio y supermercados muy cercanos tienes fruta fresca en la mesa y también matas de papaya si te gusta al rededor De la Villa disfrutamos de algunas, puedes tener una moto si lo quieres y explorar todo los alrededores lo hicimos y encontramos lugares fascinantes, nos quedaríamos aquí todo un mes porque realmente es todo lo que necesitamos para disfrutar de la tranquilidad, la limpieza diaria y lo más encantador y especial de todo fue Eny la empleada ella es un angel para todo lo que necesites esta hay siempre ayudándonos ¡necesitamos más personas con este gran corazón ! Gracias Eny y Putu por el increíble servicio y hacer que tuviéramos el mejor recuerdo de Bali, definitivamente volveremos aquí por más tiempo porque tres noches no fueron suficiente 💚 Todo es increíble ! Esta villa es un encanto definitivamente podría vivir aquí 😂

• JUNG (10/5): - 한적한 나만의 숙소에서 휴식을 취하고 싶은 분께 적극 추천합니다 숙소 앞에 바다가 있어 서핑이 가능하고 테라스에 풀장이 넓어서 종일 수영가능해요. 낙조가 아름답고 집안에서 보이는 모든 풍경이 마음을 편안하게합니다. 조식도 배달해주고 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절합니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 근처에 음식점이 없어요. 배달은 가능. 숙소 가기전에 음식을 사갖고 가시는걸 추천드립니다

• Jerome (10/5): Traumhaft - Einmalige Villa - Es kann man nicht beschreiben, wenn man nicht selbst Vorort gewesen ist. Traumhafter Ausblick ringsum. Der Strand vor der Tür, toller Lieferservice seitens Eigentümer. man hat sich mit der Villa ein ruhiges Plätzchen ausgesucht, das heißt aber es konnte kein Restaurant und Supermarket auf die Schnelle fußläufig erreicht werden.

• Amanda (10/5): Shhhhhhhh.......dont tell anyone - The location is amazing. Ketut x 4 has a Warung close buy, the food is really really good and costs the smallest amount. Just walk there from the Villa, you can get massages there too. Also the views from every angle while indoors. the main living area/kitchen needs block out blinds. In the afternoon when the sun is beating down on this glass box that is the Villa, the aircon really struggles.to keep up. Just a heavier set of drapes, easy peasy 😃

• Bryan (9/5): Sensational property - Beautiful villa. Facilities, staff exceptional. A little remote so taxi everywhere. If full time staff had a car instead of bike life would have been easier
• dean (6/5): Nice location, but needs some work - The location being right on the beach, however the river flooded so the only way into the main area was by scooter/main road. Eni was a delight and always super helpful - without her it would have been ordinary. There was a persistent smell in the bathrooms that wasn’t very pleasant after 4 days. The power went out multiple times. The doors were hard to lock / unlock. For the price, the kitchen wasn’t very equipped, No coffee machine or toaster. The fridge wasn’t that cold and had a weird smell in the freezer. We bought groceries in Canggu thinking the kitchen would be better equipped.

Хозяин отвечал очень быстро на все наши вопросы, помог вызвать такси в аэропорт. Рядом нет обменника, нет нормального супермаркета. До аэропорта ехали почти 3 часа.
• Wen lan (10/5): Pure verwennerij - Ruim, 3 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers. De ligging aan zee met zicht op de golven is fantastisch. Heerlijke ontbijtjes. Mr Rista is echt de vraagbaak aan wie je veel kunt overlaten Jammer dat je de wasmachine niet mag gebruiken. Je hebt echt vervoer nodig om het dorp in te gaan.

• Fairuz (10/5): Breathtaking - The aesthetics and architecture of this villa is superbly designed. The stunning panoramic views of the black sand beach and its crushing waves will take your breath away. Both kids and adults had an amazing experience and will definitely return! It's about 2 hours drive away from airport. Also the road that leads to the accommodation is an ATV worthy path and hard to locate especially at night, although fun it could be quite concerning should travellers order in.

Watching surfing from you bed in the morning is the next level of waking up - cleaning. Dust is in every surface you touch, the floor looks like no one ever washed it, especially in the corners of the room :) - ants, there are thousands of them But it’s all minor and easy fixable
• Daniil (10/5): Perfect setup to enjoy surfbeachfront villa - Doing surf check from the bed is priceless! Having breakfast while doing surf check is awesome! Breakfast was good and healthy and they set the table at the villa. Sunsets from pool, good mattress and 270* view are worth to mention. Villa is perfect to surf and relax, quite beach. Staff is there to help and very friendly.

I will definetly come again, the family loved villa cascade
• Nick (10/5): Highly recommend this place if you are looking for calm place with serf spot access, good view and high service level of - This place is really a first line beachfront villa with a great view to the ocean and it takes literally less then 1 minute to the serf spot. Very calm and peaceful place. Villa is pretty big, nicely designed and it’s best part - infinite swimming pool, we spent most of the time on the terrace. Breakfasts provided by local cafe Casa Balian - everything was delicious and served with good taste.
• Megan (10/5): Exceptional - The villa is stunningly positioned with sweeping views of Balian beach, so close you can smell the ocean air and hear the waves. We loved the close proximity to the beach but it was even easier to sit on the pool while soaking the view in. I loved the house design and cool modern retro furniture. The location is far away from the craziness of other areas such as Canggu or Seminyak, and reminds more of how Bali was like 15 years ago. There were a decent amount of local restaurants. Pizza from Balian cafe was excellent. It was the perfect place to simply chill and let life slow down a little. The road into the villa was a little bumpy (less than 1 km) but roadworks were occurring while we were there, so should improve. We loved the peaceful location but may be not so convenient for those who like shopping trips.
