• russo (2/5): - La disponibilità è la buona volontà della proprietaria a cercare soluzioni ai problemi creati da loro. Il letto matrimoniale era costituito da due letti singoli entrambi scomodi. La stanza aveva una seconda porta interna che non si poteva chiudere a chiave. Parliamo di una porta che dava l'accesso alla cucina comune. Lasciano i riscaldamenti accesi tutta la notte, per cui risulta difficile respirare. La foto del balcone non corrisponde alla realtà.

• Elia (9/5): Una bella scoperta - Nonostante le recensioni non fossero del tutto positive, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Fin da subito l'host è stato disponibile a fornirci informazioni in merito alla stanza, e al nostro arrivo ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in alle 8:30 nonostante fosse previsto per il pomeriggio. La stanza era pulita e rispecchiava la descrizione, dotata di televisore e climatizzatore perfettamente funzionanti. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno sono state effettuate delle pulizie in camera e ci sono stati forniti ulteriori asciugamano puliti. È presente anche un balcone che affaccia nell'interno. La posizione è perfetta: uscendo dal portone si vede il palazzo apostolico, e poco più avanti si arriva subito al colonnato di piazza San Pietro. Vicina anche la fermata della metro Ottaviano. Infine, al termine del nostro soggiorno ci è stato permesso di lasciare le valigie nell'ingresso, anche dopo l'orario del check out, per poi prenderle poco prima della partenza. In generale siamo molto soddisfatti. La stanza presenta solo alcuni segni di usura, che comunque sono del tutto trascurabili in rapporto al prezzo pagato.
• Silvia (3/5): La comunicazione con l’host è avvenuta solo attraverso cellulare non ho mai visto nessuno ero già in ritardo per via de - Sinceramente solo la posizione il letto e l’aria condizionata La camera al mio arrivo puzzava di fumo, non si poteva aprire la finestra perché i battenti erano rotti il bagno seppur “pulito” la doccia aveva in certi punti del grigio/nero E non me la sono sentita di fare una doccia sicuramente non è la stanza descritta dall’inserzione su Booking
• Bano (1/5): The biggest scam ever – fake photos - The biggest scam ever – please look at the pictures I’m uploading and don’t fall for the fake photos on Booking.com, avoid this place at all costs. This place was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had — it looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com, the whole house and apartment (even the stairs leading up to it) were filthy, old, and completely neglected with a dirty broken shower, a blocked washbasin, flimsy metal frames instead of real beds that creaked and shifted all night, no covers at all if you needed one, mattresses so hard they were painful to sleep on, and worst of all bed bugs that left me covered in bites, and as if that wasn’t enough, we were harassed with loud knocks on the door, shouting in the hallway, phone calls and text messages just to collect city tax, making what could have been the only redeeming part — the location — feel absolutely worthless because no decent location is worth enduring a nightmare like this.
• Laura (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Das Einzige war die Nähe zum Vatikan. Die Unterkunft war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Das Zimmer war absolut nicht so, wie auf den Fotos hier abgebildet. Der Zustand des Bads/der Dusche war mieserabel. Schimmel überall. Der Balkon hatte weder Stuhl noch Tisch und einen grässlichen Ausblick in einen Hinterhof. Die Schlüssel zu bekommen war aufwendig. Es ist kein Personal vor Ort, man muss mit einer zuständigen Frau über WhatsApp kommunizieren, die nur italienisch spricht. Es handelt sich nicht um ein richtiges Hotel, sondern um ein kleines Gästeappartment in einem größeren Gebäude. Die Lage zum Vatikan war gut, der Rest ist weiter weg. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

• Maria (9/5): Affordable acommodation near Vatican City - Very spacious room with own bathroom and toilet. You can cook in the shared kitchen and with laundry too. It is walking distance from the Vatican City, food shops, shops, groceries, bus stations and metro. None to mention.
• Davin (4/5): Mixed emotons - The location was great! It smells terrible and the queen is 2 twins pushed together that are different heights.
• Roshanak (1/5): Dirty and unprofessional host - The host was so disturbing she kept calling me through my visit to other places and it totally ruined my day and plans, she wanted to enter my room while i was still staying there and she didn’t allowed to but she did it anyways, the bathroom was dirty and nothing were put in there for washing and cleaning stuff Totally unsatisfied.
• Gerald (8/5): Very good - Location was great The bed was actually two beds pushed together. That made it a constant struggle to keep them pushed together. The building shows signs of settling, cracking, and walls falling apart.
• Tania (2/5): Bed bug bites. Unhinged owner. Choose somewhere else! Unless you’re a masochist. - Cute balcony view. Close to the Vatican. Spacious room. We didn't have hot water for 2 days, but as soon as we told the owner, she brought someone in immediately to fix it. So at least they're very responsive! Almost everything on the three angels vatican overview page is a lie: - falsely advertised TRIPLE room was actually a SINGLE. Had only 1 bed, 1 beside table, and you only get 1 set of keys. - toilet water sprays from tank when you flush the toilet. - shower does not work properly. - best part: we found bed bug bites on our legs the last day. Problems with the owner: - Red flags early on, including the reviews. LISTEN TO YOUR GUT. - Owner accused me of trying to scam her because I booked for 1 person originally, then tried to add my partner. - Owner threatened to cancel the booking, report me, throw me out, or watch me from her cameras because my partner apparently did not fit in my TRIPLE room. (I guess she intended to put me in one of her tiny dorms that the reviews talk about). - Owner's behaviour over text and phone afterwards was more concerning. I tried to communicate with her calmly about my disappointment in the amenities (I asked for a partial refund), and she started accusing me of extortion & breaking a non-existent coffee table, saying she was going to call the police, tell booking.com, etc. CALL THE OWNER. SPEAK WITH HER BEFORE YOU BOOK. You'll see what I mean. Don't just take my word for it!

• Ciaran (1/5): Uncomfortable - The bathroom smelt strongly of smoke, it was impossible to shower in there. It was really difficult to check in as we were not given any information prior on how to get into the building. We were put at dinner when we looked at our phones to see multiple missed calls and messages saying someone was banging on our door for our documents which made us feel really uncomfortable as we were told this could be done at any time.
• Merlyn (2/5): Unfortunately, I won’t be back. - Location Very bad visible mould in shower. Shower floor not clean. Water leak which creates condensation in bathroom as there is no extractor fan. Lift not working, had to walk up three long flights of stairs. Once you’re in the room you don’t even want to contemplate going back out due to having to climb all those stairs. Also, the advert shows a picture of rooms overlooking Rome, the room I was in, overlooked brick buildings.
• Denford (7/5): Very adventurous - There was no breakfast, however there were a variety of restaurants nearby offering different types of food. I really loved the food. The landlord asking me to return the key a day before my departure. She really disturbing me and this affected my concentration during the last day of the workshop. However, I am glad she apologized when she later realized her mistake.

• Martina (1/5): SCAM! DON'T BOOK! - DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE! NON AFFITTARE NO ALQUILES ESTA POCILGA We got a total different room from the one showed on My Reservations once I paid. The place is not AT ALL what is shown on Booking.com The meeting point was at Via Gregoriano (where we thought the accommodation was) but then the receptionist guy guided us to another building. The room was super small, looked AWFUL, the window was broken and it was DISAPOINTING BECAUSE OF SUCH SCAM! We were fooled. I called BETTY (I think she might be the owner) and she said it was Booking.com fault to show pictures which does not correspond with the room. Now I am trying to get a refund and nor her or Booking is giving a resolution. Even though we gave a try, we spend 2 hours there before I made a second reservation. We tried to take a nap but EVEN THE BED was bad! Worst of all? We paid 150 euros per night thinking it was a decent place! You should get a whole private flat for that money!
• Gilbert (5/5): Ok for young people . Bad for elderly or bad knees - Close to Vatican No elevator that worked properly. Didn’t know how to enter and had to wait outside for it to be unlocked. Hot flights of stairs to climb with luggage
• Tamino (5/5): Passable - Excellent location, quiet even when opened windows. Lots of space to store clothes. Deluxe dubble bed offered discomfort. No additional blanket. No additional toilette paper. Bad smell from shower cabin drain. Issues by opening the entrance gate of the appartement.
