• Angel (10/5): - El lugar está en una muy buena ubicación, el precio es justo, el personal muy amable, está muy limpio y sirven un rico desayuno. Recomendado.

• María José (3/5): No lo recomiendo! - El hotel estaba limpio La señorita que nos recibió, de muy mala gana. Ofrecen traslado al aeropuerto pero después dicen que el encargado debe aceptarlo. Con la factura también debíamos solicitarla, a pesar que es su deber brindar factura. El desayuno lo sirven a partir de las 7:30 am. Situación ilógica ya que muchos huéspedes partimos antes de esa hora.

• Avril (8/5): We were very grateful to have Lilliana helping us. - Lilliana is an amazing person to welcome and make anyone feel comfortable. We felt trapped in a gated community! There are no restaurants or stores to obtain food.

Doña Lily siempre estuvo muy atenta de nuestras necesidades, una excelente persona Mi único disgusto fue que en la página aparece el check out es a la 1pm y cuando llegué al alojamiento me indicaron que era a las 11am

• Alexius (10/5): - Villa Nola is a gem and a traveler’s dream. Located close to the airport in a secure, gated community. A beautiful courtyard greets you upon arrival. Fresh & free water is available in the common space. I was even able to do sun salutations in the back courtyard after sleeping peacefully in a nicely cushioned bed. If you close your windows you can barely hear the planes overhead, especially with the fan on. The breakfast was fresh, made with love and five stars!! If you’re able to book this oasis in the city go for it. Boutique yet bountiful in charm and care. As for arriving just tell your driver it’s practically at the end of the street, the entrance is easily identifiable once you arrive. Even at 1am I was promptly let in and well received. Can’t wait to visit again, as it’s a lovely home away from home.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - There were several issues with the property. The tv in my room didn’t work and they lied about why. I was at the hotel for 2 days. I tried to change rooms to get a garden view, since my room looked out onto a concrete block wall. It was obvious they had the availability but wouldn’t. They tried to charge me for the transportation I had paid for to get to the hotel, since I had proof, they couldn’t charge me.
• Carolina (4/5): Lo malo y lo no tan malo - En general es aceptable calificación 3 para la infraestructura como tal porque definitivamente tienen que invertir más en ese locsl. Le desayunador es super pequeño. El desayuno a pesar de que esta "incluido" no es s la carta como ellos lo colocan en la información del local. El señor quien está recibiendo a los clientes es tosco y grosero. Se llama don JULIO y para todo es NO. De viaje se le nota que no tiene ningún conocimiento sobre servicio al cliente. Cero empatia y amabilidad. No tiene tacto para decir las cosas el roco horroroso ese. En cambio la señora cocinera doña LILLY ES ESPECTACULAR Y SU SERVICIO ES GENUINO. TE HACE SENTIR COMO EN LA CASA. COCINA MUY RICO Y ES MUY CARIÑOSA. ESTA AL PENDIENTE DE TODO SIEMPRE. Y HAY OTRO MUCHACHO MORENO QUE RELEVA A JULIO Y ES MUY BUEN ANFITRIÓN. DEBERÍA DE APRENDER JULIO DE ÉSTE MUCHACHO.

Location wise, this hotel is central to everything as my Ubers were short drives and very cheap. I was very pleased with this hotel.

They did provide a fan, but it gets hot there. However, the breakfasts were deliscious, and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.
• Julio (10/5): - Excellent location specially for early outbound flights…traffic is horrible in the city; the property allows for easy access to La Aurora International Airport. Property literally separated by wall/bushes from runaway and a major boulevard which makes it very noisy but nothing a good pair of earplugs can’t handle. Good full breakfast!

• Melinda (4/5): The photos are better than the actual experience. There are more professional places for less money. - The room was clean and the bathroom newly updated. The common space was pleasant looking and the location close to the airport was convenient. The The hotel is new enough that it is not on maps nor do drivers know where it is. There was no name on the building, the doorbell didn't work nor the telephone number on the profile. Standing outside at night, I wasn't sure how to access entrance to the building or if I was even in the right place. The room was fine but small details like lack of hangers on the giant clothing rack or a shower curtain shorter than me were awkward. The lock/key on the door didn't really function to secure the door. The wifi didn't work in the room. Most frustrating was that they couldn't take a credit card for payment. Therefore, I needed a receipt for the cash paid since this was for work; it took three attempts to track down the document which didn't even have the hotel name on it. The lack of professionalism was frustrating for me as a single traveler.

• Maria (10/5): Katherine at the reception is the best! - The staff was great! Specially Katherine who helped who went the extra mile helping us with money exchange, ride to the airport and cooked a delicious breakfast! The property is close to the airport so we did have airplane noise.
