• Daniela (8/5): Perfekte Lage, alles in Rom zu Fuss besucht. Würde bei meinem Besuch unbedingt wieder dort sein wollen - Lage, Einrichtung, Terrasse Küchenausstattung (Pfannen, Gläser)
• Jelena (4/5): - Location is good except it is very very noisy in the evening. Noisy, noisy, noisy. One night we couldn't even sleep because windows are very old. Also very lack of facilities - no soap, only 2 towels per person, two dishwasher capsule, no coffee machine... for that price very very poor.
• Dominik (6/5): Schönes Wohnzimmer, Lage zentral aber wirklich extremer Lärm die ganze Nacht. - Schönes Wohnzimmer und renovierte Bäder Schlafzimmer müssten renoviert werden, es gab nur sehr dünne Bettlaken anstatt eine Decke, vor dem Haus wurde bis morgens um 5 jede Nacht Party gemacht. Da die Fenster extrem alt sind, hat man überhaupt keinen Lärmschutz und hört alles ungefiltert. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Vermieter uns darüber informiert, da er genau wusste wir reisen mit unserem Baby an. Um 10:01 Uhr klopfte am Abreisetag schon der Putzdienst, ziemlich unverschämt meiner Meinung nach.
• Maximilian (8/5): Comfortable and clean in great location - The location is great, the staff professional and helpful, the apartment is spotlessly clean and despite the lively neighborhood, there's barely any noise noticeable in the apartment, even during the weekend. There's an elevator, which makes it convenient especially when traveling with children or older relatives. Two (very clean) bathrooms are modern and convenient. I would definitely come here again 10am check-out is a bit strange There was only one blanket/linen cloth per bed A capsule coffee-maker would have been nice
• Lili (9/5): A lovely comfortable, spacious apparent in the lively Trastevere area. - Safe area, secure entry. Beautifully appointed interior. The terrace was lovely and private. Modern clean interior. Streaming channels was an added bonus. The windows in bedrooms do not block out the street noise. No sponge provided for washing dishes.

• Sam (6/5): Great location, unbearable noise at night. - Location was great and apartment was big, clean with good facilities. Terrace was great and got lots of sun all day. The noise in the bedrooms was terrible. May as well have just slept inside the bars downstairs. Even on a wednesday the noise was unbearably loud until 3am. Weirdly it was very quiet in the living area, so we ended up having to move our mattress in there. Clearly it's possible to have windows that reduce the noise, but the bedroom windows did nothing. It's an odd choice to sound proof the one room that doesn't really need it.
• Erika (8/5): Short holiday - The Place and the balcony We missed several gadgets, cuttlery, dishes and pans in the kitchen.
• Chris (9/5): Perfect base to explore Rome. - The location was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better. Apartment very modern and spacious.Other than a couple of minor points, it was the perfect base to explore Rome, right in the heart of the best area restaurants and bars but on a reasonably quiet street. Added benefit of a terrace as well, which was nice, even in December. Definitely needs more pillows, a few cushions and a few more cooking utensils and kitchen equipment. Could not get the television to work properly.
• Felix (8/5): great location. Great place structurally like and space. But or a high proce the small details were - It was possible to contact the owner but the person for the key was very stiff and strict on when to met. Luckily no dalys oin our flight but sometimes unpredictable. 1) no shampoo and soap except for the first day in small little sachet like bags. Not ok for the price. 2) the toilet was dirty 3) towels had stains 4) when it rained there was a leak in the ceiling in the living room 5) at the entranc eof the building huge garbage cans and terrible smell all the staircase 6) check out strict at 10 am very early
• Sofia (8/5): Great place to stay and explore the city. Comfortable, big, clean and amazing terrace. Rare find in the area for size an - The location is great (will be a bit loud at night if you’re light sleepers) and the apartment is modern, large and with a great terrace that really makes it. AC in every room. The amenities are very scarce in terms of things like paper towels, kitchen rags, basic cooking needs but if you know ahead of time you can bring/buy what you need.
