• Michał (10/5): Świetne widoki i dobre śniadanie - Pokoje przestronne, czyste, widoki ładne, śniadanie świetne. Parking przy samym obiekcie, wygodne łóżka, świetny kontakt z właścicielem który był bardzo pomocny. Śniadania do wyboru, bardzo smaczne.

• Nicole (1/5): Maison en rénovation extérieur et accès difficile - Nous sommes arrivés le 4 septembre 2025 dans cet établissement. Nous avons découvert qu'il s'agit d'une maison d'agritourisme avec un échafaudage. De plus, elle est presque inaccessible en voiture vu le chemin escarpé avec une pente assez ardue. L'extérieur n'est pas entretenu. Nous avons décidé de ne pas y rester et nous avons logé dans un autre établissement moins cher et bcp mieux.

• Giangrazi (10/5): Una bellissima scoperta - L'accoglienza ed il calore di Emanuele sono stati davvero sorprendenti. La tenuta è meravigliosa e curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nel verde è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi ed apprezzare la natura. 10 e lode anche alla colazione!
• Jill (9/5): Fantastische plek, erg van genoten! - Genoten van ons verblijf hier! Emanuelle is een geweldige gastheer: heel vriendelijk en vrolijk, we mochten eerder komen omdat onze dochter ziek was. Hij kookt 4 gangen, ook vegan op verzoek. Het ontbijt is ook fantastisch. Hij maakt zijn eigen wijn en verbouwt zijn eigen groente. Het hotel ligt prachtig met uitzicht op de wijngaard en de bergen. De kamers zijn mooi en de bedden zijn echt heerlijk! Het was nog niet helemaal af toen wij er waren, een deel van het huis stond in de steigers.

• Naturale (9/5): bellissimo il paese di Picinisco, grande ospitalità e cordialità da parte di tutti - Host gentile e premuroso Struttura immersa nella natura, bellissimo panorama un po’ distante dal paese, cosa che può sicuramente essere un vantaggio per chi cerca la quiete
• Vincent (9/5): Beautiful property, nice room, excellent breakfast and on Monday when we found all restaurants closed, Emanuel cooked an - Emanuele is a super host. He helped us on anything and everything that we asked for. As the property is located in Olive orchard there are insects outdoors.
• Ralph (9/5): A nice and easy going stay thanks to the great host. - A very kind host which makes the whole difference for a nice stay; excellent and tasty food (breakfast and dinner) which has the personal touch of the host. The location is excellent to explore the region and very quiet but just 5 min from a beautiful village. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. The forthcoming outdoor space will value the nice view. Nothing.

• Giuseppe (10/5): Accommodation and service was above any expectation. Worth of a visit if you are around - You'll be surrounded by an awesome landscape. The view is speechless and since I was looking for wilderness, silence (or at least nature noises) this place has satisfied all my expectations. Emanuele runs this place entirely on his own and tries as much as he can to let you feel welcomed. I had the opportunity to spend a lunch there and I was impressed by his cooking skills and recipes.
