• Kevin (5/5): Underwhelming for the price paid!! - For staying in Clifton this property was located superbly. The bedding and towels were clean and fresh. From arriving the issues presented. The key-lock barrel was slipping so the mechanism was not reliable. Lists of rules greeting us, felt somewhat oppressive. The shower was hot and hotter nothing else. There was only one tea-spoon and no cafetiere. Being on the ground floor meant you could hear everyone else in the apartments enter and exit, as well as the noise from above apartment throughout the night and into the early hours. The property required further attention for cleanliness. It was dusty. The property was superficially appealing but would benefit from redecoration.
• Bennett (5/5): Not great return for money spent, unless you are a big group looking for an okay stay by the Univ - Easy to get the keys and a big space if you have a group. The hosts didn’t answer my questions, didn’t help when I needed assistance (even when they explicitly asked how they could help make my stay better (i.e gaslighting)), the house itself needed to be further cleaned especially in the bathroom and didn’t have basics like soap or bathroom towels. They also asked to be paid an additional security after I made my payment to booking.com, which I found strange.

• Samantha (8/5): Lovely apartment on the whole…. - Location and facilities were excellent. Netflix and Amazon Prime all supplied with well equipped kitchen and a nice welcome pack. Plenty of towels and linen and very clean and comfortable. Boiler was not working correctly and we had to put the heating on to get any hot water which on a hot weekend wasn’t ideal. The front door lock is VERY fiddly and took some time to open it each time. Doesn’t seem to catch properly. The main and significant issue were the very noisy residents in the flat above (I think they may live there). Shouting and singing at 3am on a Thursday and Sunday morning, dragging furniture and hours of very noisy cleaning 7pm - 11pm. I had two nights with very little sleep due to this. Unfortunate as the property is otherwise very nice.
• Luo (7/5): Good - Location Too many rabish bins out of the gate. The windows can't be closed very well, so the wind blew in all days. There is no dishwasher.

• Prasanna (7/5): Good stay. I’d recommend the property to others. - Place was clean. It’s a central location. Granting us Access to the property was perfectly executed. Heating, lighting, kitchen facilities are all good. Getting the right temperature on The shower mixer is a challenge. It’s a new unit but not user friendly. Consumes time to get it right and wastes water along the way. There must be a simple fix for it.
