• Ciara (7/5): - I liked the location of the property and the lovely roof terrace. The staff were nice. The keypad to the apartment ran out of battery and we were stuck outside the property for a bit while trying to get into contact with staff about this issue to get into the apartment, luckily this happened midday instead of at night and can be fixed once they unsure the batteries are charged in the lock system. Also, I made sure to note that we were arriving at midnight and confirmed there was a sofa bed for the third person however we had to make this bed up ourselves at midnight and borrow pillows from the main bed, there was also a small leak coming from the toilet. However I still enjoyed my stay and all these issues could be resolved for future stays. Other than that everything was great

L’appartement est beau, neuf, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à disposition, fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Je n’ai pas été dérangée une seule fois à cause de bruit ou autre. Les hôtes sont également hyper joignable et disponible pour quoi que ce soit, ils répondent vite et sont très gentil. J’ai adoré mon séjour et reviendrai sans aucun doute, tout à été parfait

• Salvatore (5/5): Letto bagnato, e letto per bimbi senza lenzuola - La posizione era ottima e sopratutto funzionale, poteva essere accogliente Siamo arrivati in camera stanchi del viaggio ed abbiamo trovato una stanza preparata per 2 anziché 4. Tra l'altro l'unico letto preparato era bagnato e sporco con residui di capello ed altro testimonianza che non erano state cambiate le lenzuola. Fatto presente ad una domestica lei ci dice che il secondo letto dovevamo prepararcelo noi, ma non c'erano federe per cuscini, né lenzuola. Così ci consegna una coperta, senza lenzuola di copertura, sporca di macchie e ci dice che il letto aveva le lenzuola, ma in realtà c'era solo una copertura ma sporca su cui secondo lei avrebbero dovuto dormire i miei bambini, per il letto palesemente bagnato non ha dato soluzioni. Infastidita ci ha liquidato andando via. Facendo presente la cosa al numero con cui eravamo in contatto non ci garantisce intervento immediato, per cui siamo stati costretti a contattatare 3 volte booking, perdendo circa 2 ore e mezzo dal nostro arrivo. Solo alle 6, quando eravamo stanchi ed affamati, è arrivato un ragazzo molto gentile di nome Pablo, che ha compreso la problematica, ha riscontrato il problema, constatato che effettivamente il letto era bagnato, ed ha rimediato alla cosa in maniera eccellente. Ma nel mentre sono passate 3 ore, nel mentre nessuna soluzione o assistenza efficace né dalla struttura né da booking. Non ci tornerei né lo consiglio

• Nirmalan (9/5): Excellent location, modern apartment and great value for money. - The apartment was very modern, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the self check-in system through the guest app, which provided all necessary access codes for the main entrance and the apartment door and made arrival very easy and flexible. The location was excellent, perfectly situated between Soho and the city center, so everything could easily be reached on foot. There were many shopping options nearby, convenience stores open late, and several great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spotless. We also really liked the enclosed shower. From the fourth floor you can access a small rooftop terrace with a nice view over the rooftops of Málaga. Overall, the price-performance ratio was definitely worth it and we had a great stay. The kitchen did not include basic items such as oil, spices or similar essentials, although this may be intentional. The doors in the stairwell were also quite loud, so you could hear when other guests entered or left the building.

Als wir ankamen empfang uns ein Abwasser/Duftstoff Geruch. Dieser blieb die ganze Zeit. Wir hatten die Türe die ganze Zeit offen Tag und Nacht. Das WC hatte heisses Wasser gespült ( ja es hat richtig gedampft). Küche eher minimalistisch, aber sonst gut. Auch hätten wir gerne im Vorhinein gewusst das es kein persönliches check in gibt. Kommunikation war mässig.

Gulta trešajai personai faktiski nav lietojama – dīvāns ar plānu porolona matraci nav piemērots gulēšanai. Numurs kopumā nav piemērots trīs personām. Nav arī padomāts par uzglabāšanu – trūkst skapju, pakaramo un pat vietas, kur ērti novietot koferus, kas ir īpaši neērti, uzturoties divas nedēļas. Vannas istabā apgaismojums ir ar dzeltenīgu toni, nepietiek vietas kosmētikai, kā arī pietrūkst normāla spoguļa – esošais ir mazs un atrodas tikai vannas istabā.
• olivier (7/5): Cela aurait pu être mieux ! - Très bon emplacement dans le centre historique de Malaga, appartement au 3ème étage très lumineux, facile d'accès. Idéal pour 2 personnes et non pour 4. Appartement présenté pour 4 personnes (couchage 1 lit double : confortable, et un canapé convertible horrible) mais le couchage sur le canapé convertible est absolument à revoir (matelas de très mauvaise qualité à l'hygiène douteuse, avec un sommier à lattes dont certaines sont cassées et rafistolées avec une cordelette. On y trouve également 3 morceaux de lattes de plancher, misent sur le sommier, je suppose qu'elles sont là pour renforcer ce sommier de piètre qualité). Nous en avons fais part à l'accueil sans réaction de leur part. Quel dommage d'avoir un avis négatif uniquement pour un couchage de mauvaise qualité.

The apartment was cozy and cute, with large windows and views on two sides. Loved the windows and small balconies. The bed was fine, with two pillows per person. We were missing coat hangers and hangers or hooks in the bathroom for towels and personal items.

An Schllsf war nicht zu denken. Die Austtattung in der Küchf ist mangelhaft. Wieso gibt es nur 1 Weinglas? Und kein Schneidebrett? Die große Pfsnne war zerkratz. Wahrscheinlich wegen des Metallschiebers, den es dort nur gab. Ich verstehe es nicht. Ein Invest von nicht mal 50€ in Küchenutensilien und alle wären happy.

• Josephine (7/5): Fijn verblijf in het centrum, basic en schoon. - De ligging is perfect, midden in het centrum. Fijne bedden! Veel leuke eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De keuken moet nagekeken worden. Er waren twee handdoeken aanwezig.
• Veronica (4/5): Dålig städning - When my partner and I arrived at the accommodation, the first thing I noticed was the cleaning or rather, the lack of it. Unfortunately it was not up to standard. There was hair on the bed in several places, sand on the sofa, the refrigerator was not properly cleaned and even the towels had hair on them. I contacted the host to inform her about this, and she assured me that we would receive a refund for the cleaning fee and that the apartment would be properly cleaned the following day. In addition, the apartment was very poorly soundproofed. Noise could easily be heard both through the front door and from the balcony, and we could clearly hear the neighbors even when they were just speaking through the walls. When I reached out to the host again a few days later, she denied ever promising a refund for the poor cleaning. As a result, I ended up paying a considerable amount for accommodation that I only stayed in for a few days and that was not cleaned to a reasonable standard. I find it very disappointing that this issue was not taken seriously, and I strongly believe that at the very least the cleaning fee should be refunded.

There were other persons nails under the bed the day that we arrived, the rug was dirty, on the terrace were broken alcohol bottles. The price that was added as cleaning fee was very unnecessary because it didn’t feel like it was cleaned.
• LEIRE (6/5): BIEN, pero algo descuidado. Sin supervisión. - La ubicación Pequeños detalles que se pueden resolver fácilmente y sin embargo no tienen la atención requerida. Por ejemplo: 1)reserva para 4 personas y sin embargo la vajilla y la cubertería sólo para 2 2) lavadora en el apartamento y no hay donde colgar la ropa. No colgador, no secadora, no balcón 3) no hay escoba, si recogedor. 4) colgadores para toallas en el baño rotos o que faltan 5) puerta de la nevera golpea a la puerta del mueble de la lavadora que está algo descolgada. En definitiva, creo que no se revisa el apartamento con frecuencia

La nostra camera, molto bella, arredata con cura, disponeva di tutti i comfort, l’host molto disponibile e gentile. Per chi arriva in auto si può parcheggiare in un parcheggio convenzionato situato dietro l’angolo! Lo consigliato!

• Meriam (10/5): Super séjour - We loved the apartment! It was spotless, in a perfect location, and the host was incredibly nice and quick to respond to anything we needed.
• Roosa (9/5): Comfortable Stay in a Prime Location - What we liked most about the apartment was its location and facilities; it offered everything we needed for a week-long holiday, and everything worked perfectly! The kitchen was functional, and the bathroom was spacious. The bed was also nice and wide, and there was even a full-length mirror in the apartment, which is always a great bonus. The building felt safe, as did the location, and everything went smoothly with the entry codes. There’s a good grocery store right nearby, and the food hall was just a few minutes away, as were Málaga’s main street and shopping area. Communication with the property manager/owner also went really smoothly! All our questions were answered quickly, and support was available if we had needed it. Both check-in and check-out were made wonderfully easy for the guest. Overall, we would definitely come back here and can warmly recommend this place! A few minor downsides—or more like observations—we noted about the apartment: 1. There was renovation work going on in the building during our stay, which caused a bit of noise in the mornings. 2. The apartment’s front door isn’t soundproof at all, and the neighbors’ front door was right next to ours, meaning we could clearly hear when they were coming and going. It didn’t really bother us, but it did startle us a little at first. However, we got used to it over the course of the week. These are just good things to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, but otherwise we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay.

• Jenny (1/5): False advertising - The reception staff and location The hotel description states a separate bedroom, it isn't. It is a studio, as two mature couples travelling, this was not expected. You have to make up an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed (OK for children under 10 but no others) and once the sofa bed is pulled out there is no room for the other adults to pass it to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I'm still waiting for my complaint to be resolved; 200 € for one night in this falsely advertised room is shocking

• Hedvig (10/5): Top location and easy living :)! - The location of this apartment was just perfect for us (two adults and a 13-years old)! The area (old town) is not the cheapest one, but everything (sights, shopping and the beach) was close and within walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean, and very quiet when windows and doors were closed. We stayed for a week and were happy to be able to cook some lighter meals in. The communication with the staff was good - we arrived and left outside the opening hours of the reception, but got all the information we needed.
• Edita (9/5): Great location, comfortable stay. - It had all the amenities, the bed was comfortable, the location was very central and convenient. There was noise coming from outside when trying to sleep, which is kinda expected as the location is in the centre.
• Anne (7/5): Good - Location location No visible management. Door off the latch day and night. Encountered someone on the mezzanine level in the am. Got the feeling he was sleeping there overnight. Made me feel a bit uneasy. We normally came in the door , got the lift up and into our apartment. I did put on one wash , went down to where the notes directed there was a drying rack and encountered this individual putting his things into a carrier bag. I didn’t like to report it until I had left. The apartment was very well located and very clean and well appointed but I feel you can’t have such a hands off approach and charge such a high price. Stayed 3 nights, small towels- 2small bath and2 small hand. I like a change of towels at least every second day. I’m not one to complain. I’ve written this for a second time. Deleted the first. Is someone facilitating a person sleeping there or what’s going on? A bit irregular for bookings . Com I’ve travelled with you for many years. Please check up on this situation. Thank you

• Катя (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is absolutely amazing ! Very nice design, rather big, very comfortable, with everything that we needed for staying 9 nights. The location is perfect, we have a small balcony with a wonderful view on the street of historical centre ! The staff is very helpful and friendly , after check in we received brochure with useful information abt property /interesting places and cafes in Malaga. Definitely recommend this apartment for staying in Malaga ! Nothing ;)

• Chris (8/5): Great location - Great location, comfortable beds, quiet, clean and functional. Basic facilities but fine for the price, and for a couple of day's stay. External door didn't consistently lock so it was sometimes left open to the street - just a maintenance issue but needs sorting.
• Haydee (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Malaga! - Location: in the middle of town close to many restaurants/bars and historic places. Also, very safe. Service: staff readiness to respond to requests regardless of time/day. Can’t think of anything.
