La comunicazione tramite whatsapp per il check in e check out é stata eccellente e mi ha concesso un late check out graditissimo. Lo studio é molto carino, su due livelli, tutto funzionante e localizzato a Madonnelle tra le zone migliori di Bari. No complaints - all perfect 🙂

Apartament jest przestronny, wygodny i świetnie przygotowany — spokojnie może pomieścić więcej osób. Na duży plus zasługują 2 przestronne łazienki, salon, 3 telewizory, klimatyzacja oraz duża, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Było wszystko, czego potrzeba, aby komfortowo spędzić czas: kawa, herbata, ciasteczka, croissanty, ręczniki, szampon, odżywka, żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka i wiele praktycznych udogodnień. Bardzo miłym akcentem było powitanie — wino, woda i napoje. Apartament ma przyjemny, włoski klimat, jest czysty, zadbany i widać, że właścicielom naprawdę zależy na komforcie turystów. Kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry — była pomocna, uprzejma i dostępna w razie potrzeby. Cały pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecamy ten apartament osobom, które szukają wygodnego, czystego i dobrze wyposażonego miejsca w Bari. Chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

• Tony (10/5): The perfect host? - This was without doubt one of the best holiday accommodations ever. Why? Mainly the warmth and generosity of the host. Although she couldn't be there, she regularly checked in and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was 5 minutes walk from the sea front and 15 minutes to the old town. We enjoyed going out, but enjoyed coming 'home' just as much. There was a really generous welcome pack, including wine, nibbles and milk. What a pleasant surprise! Beds, comfy. Shower? Worked perfectly with soap and towels on hand. Will we be back? 100% yes! Thank you for giving us a super holiday, Stefi ❤️❤️❤️ Absolutely NOTHING

Lokalizacja okazała się idealna z łatwym dostępem do komunikacji, restauracji i atrakcji turystycznych i plaży (ok. 10-15 min. spacerem) a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, co zapewniało ciszę i komfort wypoczynku. Sam apartament bardzo przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony i świetnie wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Wygodne łóżka, czystość na najwyższym poziomie oraz udogodnienia w postaci pełnego wyposażenia kuchni, zestawu do prasowania i pralki, sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. To miejsce zdecydowanie godne polecenia zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.Wynajmowaliśmy również studio, które znajduje się tuż obok apartamentu i jest ono doskonałe dla dwóch osób. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje gospodyni, która była bardzo uprzejma, pomocna I kontaktowa. Ód pierwszej chwili bardzo dbała o nasz komfort i o to aby nasz pobyt przebiegał bezproblemowo. To miejsce jest naprawdę warte polecenia!

Bardzo słychać ulicę co nie pozwala na spokojny sen. Słychać każdą przechodzącą osobę, parkowany motor czy samochód, nie mówiąc o rozmowach na ulicy. W nocy te dźwięki przeszkadzają spać. W łazience pod prysznicem słabo leci woda (niskie ciśnienie wody). Mycie długich włosów to wyzwanie.

• Elena (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Bari with lemon trees view - Perfect place. We stayed 3 nights. Very good apartments. Amazing hosts (speak mostly Italian but very understandable). We had everything in advance - water, tea, coffee, a nice welcome bottle of Prosecco, shampoo, soap, etc. Wish we have such service all the time we rent apartments. Wonderful view to the garden with lemon trees with lemons. Stay there next time. Hidden gem. We heard neighbours a bit some time, but not affecting our stay. In general, nothings, great place to stay.

The host was very nice and prepared some snacks for us to have when we arrived. We recommend this place. It is close to the beach, train station and city center.
• Anna (10/5): Excellently equipped apt in quiet neighborhood - Had everything we could ask for. Host left us a bottle of wine, packaged snacks, water in the fridge. Every bathroom had soap. Towels were nice quality as were the sheets. Extra blankets in the mud room. Comfortable beds and sofas. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Air conditioning was both quiet and powerful and was in every room. Very quiet neighborhood, 10 min walk to public beach, 12 min walk to old city. Hosts graciously gave us an extra 2 hours to leave on last day, no questions asked. We loved it and would absolutely stay again!! Nothing we didn’t like. Bari has a real lack of public transit and it’s expensive to uber or taxi anywhere so be prepared to spend $ or walk everywhere but that has nothing to do with the apartment which we LOVED!

The shower room is pretty small with low ceiling. Would be great if it’s a little bit bigger. The AC is facing the bed so the wind might affect sleep quality. There is no window by design. But it’s ok since I spent most of the time outside the loft.

Stefania answered promptly to all our inquiries and we really appreciated the wine, water and snacks. We rented two flats next to each other which was perfect for our group. It was great to have the air conditioning as very hot weather. Both flats were clean and comfortable. They were easily accessible for the station to visit other sites from the region, also a nice stroll to the old town. We had a lovely stay.

Shane the locals do not pick up their dog mess. - Very spacious for the four of us and plenty of seating too especially to lay out on after site seeing all day. Beds comfy plenty of towels if needed. A nice touch with plenty of coffee tea and milk plus bottle of wine, soaps and shower gel. Would be nice if both salt and pepper were provided not just salt and some oil just the basic essentials would have been great. Washing machine was a blessing as my husband likes to run in the mornings. It’s an old fashion one which was a nice challenge to work out. It’s a 12 minute walk to the main railway station once you know your way which was our main transport to see all the amazing places near by. Train was cheap very clean and on time. Same time for the old town and wonderful shops. Beach too. You have to be aware that the second bedroom is on a mezzanine so the kitchen lounge and dining area is all open so as we were up earlier than our friends so it was ok to sleep there. Plus you have to shut all the shutters on the huge windows in the lounge and kitchen to keep it dark. If your friends need the toilet to the other bedroom you will hear them as they have to go through the lounge again it’s all open planned. However we did know this and it was ok. So nothing we didn’t like about the property. A toaster would be good.

The location of the apartment is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the lungomare, 10 minutes from the central station and the city center, 15 minutes from the old town. It was cosy and spacios. The enterieur was incredible, the furniture was nice and special. We enjoyed to stay there very much. We had some problems with kitchenware, but we managed it. Unfortunately the view from the apartment wasn't good, so if it is very important for you, this apartment is not the best choise.

The host is super nice, gave us some tips regarding where to eat and how to travel to nearby towns. Speaks english fluently and was happy to help us. When we arrived, a bottle of local wine was waiting for us. There was also coffee, shower gels, towels and even polish-italian dictionary provided. If I ever return to Bari, I will be happy to stay here again :)

• Anna (8/5): It was ok, simple things could be improved ie new mattress and better brekky without all the plastic - Host was great very helpful , property very clean host provided two X-Large bottles of water as well as large milk lots of snacks also provided bottle o f local wine, but alas had no time to drink while at property and no room in luggage to take 🥺 The bed I slept on sagged very badly and made sleeping very uncomfortable ! You really want the bed to be very comfortable rather than being provided with snacks and treats ….Breakfast cakes all encased in plastic not very fresh or appealing

For those with a car, there is a 24-hour garage nearby with a decent price. I recommend staying at Loft Tanzi! -

• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - We spent a marvelous vacation in Puglia this summer. This apartament was our perfect "base". It is located in the centre of Bari, not too far away from the airport. We highly recommend spending at least a couple of days in this city — sightseeing at the beach or in the restaurants as well. If you want to see more, it's easy to rent a car or travel by train through the whole of Puglia and find yourself in small old towns or at beautiful beaches that are 1 to 2 hours away, or even less. This apartment is located in an old renovated building and it has everything that a family needs, even a washing machine. It's spacious, comfortable, and clean. Within a few minutes of our arrival, we felt like we were at home. A special thanks to the host — Andrea, who was always ready to help and advise us on something, whether we asked about a larger taxi car, a moka pot or the address for the best local hospital. I wouldn't think twice about booking this place 🙂

Advice for restaurants and help with taxi numbers With my memory, going from one room to another, I forget why I was there, which is fine if all on the same level but the kitchen and lounge area on different levels. I had no dislikes really.

It looked even better live than on photos, it was clean and included all the necessary equipment. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, answered various logistical questions before and during our stay and welcomed us with warm focaccia and wine which was super nice. I'd totally recommend staying at this place!

It is a beautiful property for a family. It was easy for us to move around Bari from the property. There was nothing we did not like.
• Erik (6/5): Bad Price Performance - Situated near station , city center, beach It is noisy, no window with outlook. It is in fact just one room for two small single bed, open stair and kitchen. The noise from the street is clearly heard through the entrance door and two small windows beside this door. The single bed are small (900 × 1900 mm) , not comfort for greater person. The electric is not stable, it was a few times necessary to switch the current fuse. In the kitchen you sit directly in front of je entrance door at a small table. There is no direct look outside possible, because the windows are intransparent. So you are always surprised by the noise, which is produced by the cars, (especially parking traffic) and talking people directly behind the door. You sitting or sleeps in fact more or less installiert front of the street. The electrical Light is more or less alwasy needed. The price is too high for this performance
