• Mary (10/5): Excellence in older/higher Grottamarre - Thoughtful unexpected directions from Fabiana with a video detailing how to find the hotel in the ancient part of Grottamarre prempted any problems on arrival. A warm welcome to a beautifully designed hotel that is a perfect escape from the busy pace of impersonal alternatives on the shoreline.. Fabiana is a gracious hostess who enjoys making guest comfort her priority. Brilliant quiet location with incredible vistas and more challenging walking than the newer Grottamarre. I liked everything.

Ci ha inviato tutte le istruzioni dettagliate su come raggiungere la struttura, dove mangiare e altri utili consigli sul posto. Sebbene il soggiorno sia stato breve, abbiamo davvero apprezzato la sua disponibilità e la sua gentilezza disarmante. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era pulitissima, ben arredata e con una finestra affacciata sui suggestivi vicoli del borgo, da cui si intravedeva anche uno scorcio di mare Abbiamo trovato i cuscini e il letto un po’ scomodi, ma probabilmente si tratta solo di una questione di abitudine personale. Niente di negativo.

Süsse Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung, liebevoll, mitten in der Altstadt. Kostenloser Parkplatz 4 Minuten zufuss weg. Wir hatten das Glück ein Food Festival „Golosevie“ an dem Abend unserer Anreise mitmachen zu können. Unser kleiner Dackel wurde wärmstens begrüßt. 10 Minuten runterlaufen zum Meer. Alles too!

• Luciano (9/5): Eleganza e comodità. - Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa splendida struttura nella suite “Oltre il giardino”. Sistemazione elegante, confortevole, nuovissima. Letto king size con materasso eccellente, bagno moderno e pulitissimo, zona cucina spaziosa, funzionale, piena di comodità (come ad esempio acqua,birra, crodini nel frigo a nostra disposizione). Colazione la mattina oltre che completa e di qualità (torte freschissime, frutta, angolo dedicato al salato, ecc…), in una sala vista mare. E poi la collocazione all’interno del caratteristico borgo antico, pieno di locali e ristoranti, e con il lungomare raggiungibile in dieci minuti a piedi. Menzione speciale per la manager che ci ha accolto con il calore e la professionalità che ci si aspetta per una dimora di questo livello. Complimenti. Per trovare difetti a questo paradiso ho rilevato solo la mancanza di una cassettiera in camera, utile forse per un soggiorno più lungo.

Accoglienza ottima, proprietaria molto disponibile, camere moderne ed estremamente curate, e colazione fantastica (con una splendida vista sul mare). • FraC80 (10/5): Spettacolo a Grottammare - Tutto stupendo! Intanto, la posizione nel centro di Grottammare, tra le sue pittoresche viuzze. Appena si varca la porta si è inebriati da un profumo buonissimo, indice di cura dei dettagli e pulizia. E infatti non sono stata smentita nel visitare l'area colazione e la camera. Sono arrivata di sera, quindi non sono stata accolta da Fabiana, ma mi ha seguita e consigliata a partire dal momento della prenotazione. Pur se in pieno centro, la camera era silenziosissima, arredata con molto gusto e pulitissima. Letto comodissimo. La mattina ho avuto il piacere di conoscere di persona Fabiana, che ha confermato la sua professionalità, attenzione al cliente, premura e simpatia. Colazione vista mare impagabile! Pasticceria ottima che viene direttamente da un panificio storico di Grottammare! Mi è dispiaciuto restare solo una notte perché di passaggio, ma spero di ritornare per fermarmi qualche giorno in più.

Spiagge libere molto grandi, intervallate da stabilimenti, raggiungibili in auto (i parcheggi non sono a pagamento) o in navetta.
• Dora (9/5): Spotless little charming hotel right in the centre of Grottammare old town - Spot clean and well positioned in the cute little borgo. Fabiana who manages the facility was incredibly nice and made our stay perfect. The views from the breakfast room is incredible. The room is very nicely decorated and comfortable. I liked that I could have double pillows and the second pillow was kept fresh in a closed bag. Everything was prefect! I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

The walls and door are paper thin and I had to hear the people next to me being intimate all night. I got no sleep. It was not enjoyable.

Great restaurant literally downstairs and in the square about 2 mins walk away. Easy to access and parking not far away. This was a quick stop over for us and ended up being one of our fav travel memories. There was nothing to not like …maybe towel hooks in bathroom required …
