• Kathy (10/5): A perfect hostess and a perfect stay. - The apartment, my room and the bathroom I used were very clean. I had a 5 night stay and the host offered to change my sheets and towels after 2 days. The host was easy to contact. It was a great location. I have already recommended Casa Genny to friends. I think everything was perfect.

Porządny pokój z możliwością skorzystania z klimatyzacji, internetu, jak ktoś musi zasnąć z włączonym telewizorem - to także. Osobna, indywidualna łazienka, wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo przyjemna i kontaktowa właścicielka. Jak dla mnie bajka. Jeżeli ktokolwiek chciałby narzekać, na to - na tamto to niech wynajmie sobie hotel pięcio gwiazdkowy za cenę pięciu gwiazdek. The instructions in how to access the building and apartment were super clear and easy to follow. Federica responds really fast to messages and is very attentive. The bathroom was really clean too

• Guest (8/5): - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Obiekt blisko centrum- spacerem ok 10-15 minut, do dworca kolejowego trochę dłużej, ok 20-25 minut. Bardzo czysto w mieszkaniu, wyposażona kuchnia, ekspres do kawy z kapsułkami. W pokoju mógłby być maly stoliczek z krzesełkami. Taras w kuchni, na którym można pić kawę i jeść śniadanie. Bardzo fajne przywitanie w postaci przekąsek! Pokój znajduje się od ruchliwej ulicy więc jest dosyć głośno. Pokoje nie mają wewnątrz łazienki, trzeba wychodzić na korytarz (ma sie dodatkowy klyczyk). Wspólna kuchnia i pozostała przestrzeń.

• Marine GIMENEZ (10/5): - L'appartement est calme et très agréable, on peut se garer facilement et gratuitement au pied de l'immeuble. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a la climatisation. Et surtout les échanges avec Federica ont été très fluides et très agréables !!! Merci Par cette canicule, nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller en centre ville plutôt que de marcher une demi-heure.

• Richard (1/5): Worst accommodations in over 250 nights of using Booking.com - This was, without question, the worst experience we’ve had in over 250 nights using Booking.com. The listing was incredibly misleading — we would never have booked it had we known it was a shared accommodation, something we’ve never stayed in before. The word “shared” is casually buried in the description, along with other misleading claims like “free parking,” “spa tub,” “bathtub,” “easy access,” “and “breakfast included.” No hand soap in bathroom provided. Getting into the building was a complete nightmare. It took six keys, a lockbox, and a keypad just to access the bedroom room. The wifi requires a 22-digit WiFi password No clear instructions were sent after booking. Instead, we had to send a photo of our ID and wait for a full page of confusing entry instructions — with no mention of which building to even go to. If it hadn’t been for a kind stranger who helped us contact the owner on his phone and assist us with the language barrier, we would’ve left and lost the reservation. No mirror other than in shared bathroom, in floor heating (or something below) making the bathroom 40C+deg. Charging hotel nightly rate. On the positive, the AC in the bedroom worked good, pillows were comfortable, owner said sorry after voicing my concerns of how difficult getting access to the room was. Booking.com has options for owners to not accept booking before a certain amount of time or to pre-approve before accaptance. We often book minutes before arriving because some days a long rides and final destinations are an unknown. The owner was not prepared for a short notice booking but has a no-refund policy whether you can access the site or not. We travel Europe extensively by motorcycle and are very experienced travelers. This was easily the most frustrating and disappointing stay we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing — it’s not at all what it seems. The pillow and AC in bedroom

• Marija (6/5): The apartment is shared with other people, it is inconvenient when you get dressed to sleep, so you need to brush your t - Clean Separate bathroom from the room.
• Aron (6/5): Maybe, if you are with a car... - The apartment looks very new. The interior is stylish. There are lot of free parking places in front of the house. There is a Spar supermarket at the other side of the street. The city center is just 20 minutes walk. The check-in and the way how you can get in the apartment is overcomplicated. You have to fill out an online check-in form but it does not accept data from foreign citisens so you have to send the photo of your ID card to the owner, but you can't attach a picture in the Booking.com chat application. There is only one (1!!!!) power socket in the room, which was behind the bed. That is nonsense! The bathroom is very nice, but very unpractical. The shower cabin is the smallest what you can get from the market. I am a skinny guy but I could hardly have my shower in it. There is no surface to place your stuff around the washbasin and there is no hanger either in the bathroom to hang your clothes. They have a nice balcony with a table but there is no chairs to sit on. The other guest were slamming the doors very loudly. This is not the fault of the owner but maybe they could place some insulation into the door frame to soften the closure.

• Feti (7/5): A comfortable stay, but overpriced for the limited access to private facilities and amenities. - The apartment was clean, well-organized, and located in a quiet area. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The listing was not clear about the fact that the bathroom and kitchen are shared with others. Additionally, the price was very high for one person, especially considering the lack of amenities like breakfast or private facilities.
