• Yullia (7/5): - Уютная квартира оснащена всем необходимым, имеется парковочное место, все инструкции были предоставлены чётко и ясно. при заезде на полу были волосы от предыдущих жильцов, стекло в душевой кабине покрыто старыми каплями воды, зеркала в спальне не протёрты, морозильная камера сильно обледенела, из-за чего ни один ящик не открывался, посуда оказалась чрезмерно жирной, пришлось её перемывать, а туалет был грязным.

• Nicolae (7/5): Per total, totul a fost în regulă. Singurele lucruri neplăcute au fost țânțarii, construcția și locația. Stația de autob - A fost curat, apartamentul era bine întreținut. Erau mulți țânțari pentru că nu erau instalate plase de țânțari. A fost foarte inconfortabil. Chiar vizavi de apartament era un șantier. Priveliștea construcției și zgomotul erau insuportabile.
• nikolic (10/5): - The apartment is clean and comfortable, It has everything you need for a short stay. We managed to arrive easily. The location is quiet. If you traveling with car this is the right thing, the parking is priceless.

• Gold87 (8/5): HOST NOT BOTHERED TO FIX PROBLEMS. - Nice and secure new apartment . The downside on our stay was that the fridge had a nasty smell, and the shower was partially blocked . Informed the host in the morning, which answered promptly and said that he would come by when I'm available at the property.. After i informed him about my availability on that day ,he replied that he's out of town. Secondl day, message him again ,he said that he will sort the problem later tgat evening BUT HE NEVER BOTHERED.MY WIFE HAD TO CLEAN THE FRIDGE AND THE SHOWER WASTE WAS GETTING WORSE DAY BY DAY.. HOST NOT EVEN BOTHERD.

• Ira (9/5): - Простота в заселении, близость к метро. В квартире есть все, что нужно. Паркоместо прямо под балконом. Квартира чистая. В целом, пребывание было комфортным. Огромный плюс - то, что можно с животными Диван другой, чем на фото, был слегка расшатаный. Сетка от комаров есть только на балконе. Не было мыла, чтобы помыть руки. Об этом было сказано в отзывах, достаточно давних. А это значит, что хозяин не слишком реагирует на замечания гостей :( окна выходят на стройку, на которой начинается работа в 8:00. Из за пыли от стройки и комаров невозможно оставлять открытыми окна.

Unfortunately cleaning of this apartment was on the lowest level, but after deep cleaning by myself staying in flat was great.
