Guest Reviews
- Alain (10/5): Superbe - L’endroit juste magnifique Rien
- Jaqueline (10/5): Excelent place to stay in the Exumas!!! - We just LOVED the hotel!!! Beautiful beach, Nice atmosphere, delicious restaurant, very good People working there!!! Good vibes! Thank you for our pleasant stay!!! Nothing to deslike
Estremamente godibile, ben tenuta e molto comoda.
Ambiente rilassato e colori caraibici.
Personale gentile e disponibile.

- Bethel (9/5): Loved it! - Staff was awesome! Room was great… Restaurant very very good but spendy… A microwave would have been great…

- Brillux (9/5): Top Unterkunft! PS. Die Insel ist wunderschön. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto! Gegenüber vom Flughafen einfach zu mieten. Achtung Linksverkehr. Frühstück, Laaaaangsame Bedingungen

- Mara Cristina (10/5): Can I please live here? - This hotel was absolutely charming. Everything felt easy and relaxed, and everyone was incredibly helpful and chill from the moment I arrived. I loved my room, the beach, the food… honestly, everything.
A special mention to Rudi at the breakfast restaurant — she was truly lovely and made my morning better with the delicious mimosa she prepared for me. I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and the team helped me move everything seamlessly to my new room. Since it was raining and I was leaving that day, they even proactively offered to put some of my clothes in the dryer because they had been hanging outside, which was such a thoughtful touch.
I can’t wait to go back. Waking up to those views is something I’ll never forget — everything was just perfect.
- Tricia (10/5): Amazing Place! - A little piece of paradise! We loved this place. It's not fancy - don't expect five-star amenities; however, it is simply perfect. Our cottage sat right on the beach and we felt we had the entire place to ourselves. The beach is simply stunning and there's loungers and huts on the beach for the residents. Wifi worked great while we were there. Even though there's no cable, we were able to stream from some apps. Beach bar was closed because of slow season, so I can't speak to it, but it's in a very convenient location. Staff were SO nice!! We can't wait to return to this amazing gem of a place!

- Stephane (10/5): -
- Uwe (10/5): A splendid time it was. - A really splendid experience, a fantastic beach, just 20 metres away from the bungalow, perfect assistance when it came to arrange excursions, the whole staff inmeasurably friendly, cannot wait to be back next year.
- Roman (10/5): The most beautiful place I’ve ever been - Localization, beautiful view, beach, warm water in sea, bungalows, delicious meals in bistro Only one thing are dogs on the beach - they’re friendly, they have an owner but it looks that they spend all day on the beach and look for company for fun… but hotel doesn’t have impact on this issue
- Adolfo (7/5): Great view at a price - Location
Sea View Price
- Brandye (10/5): Perfect place to stay and will stay here again. - Loved the spacious room, the location, the beach was awesome, beach chairs and shade, the restaurant on site was excellent. Great coffee at breakfast. Daily room cleans. Beach towels provided. Free use of kayaks, SUP and snorkel gear. Staff are awesome. Zero complaints. What’s not to like? Your on vacay in a stunning location at a great place. No complaints.
- Simone (10/5): Exceptional - The place is a real paradise
- Benjamin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elliot (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (10/5): We highly recommend this place for the both the hospitality and the beach location/view! - Location was absolutely perfect with an amazing beach and gorgeous water. This was the perfect place to have our friends to meet us there and enjoy the beautiful island. I wish the hotel staff were also the serving staff at the restaurant (with a couple of exceptions). The hotel staff were extremely warm and grateful to have us there!
- Sharilyn (10/5): Just what we needed - Quiet and beautiful Beach bar
- Juan (10/5): Awesome!!! - Everything, people, location, it is literally a paradise Probably more options on the menu
- Myriam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Arel (10/5): It definitely felt like Paradise! - We enjoyed everything about Paradise Bay! Great location, the staff were friendly and always helpful.
- Jennifer (9/5): Amazing location right on the beach and the individual casitas provided much peace and relaxation. - The breakfast was quite underwhelming, and the lunch/dinner options were a bit limited and got tired after eating there several days. We did love location, with being SO close to the water and with the individual casitas, it was very quiet. The intimate feel of the accommodations allowed for a peaceful vacation. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Food options on the island are limited. We opted to eat at the nearby Grand Isle Resort (Palapa) to help provide some variety outside of the on-site restaurant (Co-Co Plum). It would be better to rotate the menu as we tired of the options. Also, the beds are very hard, so would have appreciated a more comfy bed. However, we are picky travelers and we definitely felt like we got a great value for what we paid. Would recommend to others.
- Allison (8/5): Exceeded our expectations and we would stay again. - The property was very clean and well maintained. At night it was quiet, almost like we had our own private island.
- Stabenow (10/5): Fabulous place, super nice staff, best beach! - Have their own beach Restaurant and Beach bar close so early
- Brandy (9/5): Charming - Was quiet and charming. One of the best beaches. Charge for kayak and paddle board
- Gioia (10/5): Perfect place to celebrate my doughter’s birthday. We will definitely be back! - The location was amazing, bungalow large, very comfortable and clean. Staff very kind and helpful. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Restaurant was very good as well. Actually there was nothing we didn’t like.
- Logan (9/5): Great location - Right on the beach, spacious Pool was a little small
- Diane (9/5): Beautiful peaceful simple resort. Food amenities are expensive. - The beach. The quiet friendly vibe. Food was very expensive in the only restaurant that was on property or walkable.
- Judy (10/5): We can’t wait to return. - Everything. Breathtaking beach and view. Charming cottage. Wonderful staff. Regina went above and beyond. Adjacent restaurant is excellent and Eva’s across the street is an experience with good food as well. The beach is quiet and there is a palapa and loungers for each cabin. This is the place to relax and chill. This is an excellently managed property. We left having made good friends. On Exuma if you don’t have a car taxis are expensive . Excursions are also expensive. Sand flies are abundant in Bahamas so come prepared if you are susceptible. These concerns are not specific to this property.
- Anne (10/5): Paradise on earth - Location, the beach is pristine
- Cami (7/5): Peaceful. - Quiet, nice staff. Really loved the all day Swimming with Pigs Tour, visiting many cays..Coco Plum Beach was lovely as was Exuma Point. Definitely needed to rent a car. Odd room configuration with no sink where the toilet is. You have to walk around the bed to the opposite side of the bungalow where the shower is to wash hands. You are not in walking distance of anything on the island.
- Pietro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thibaut (10/5): Awesome stay in paradise, literally - Awesome location. The small houses have everything you need
- Katherine (10/5): Quaint, clean and very well kept place. Beautiful ocean front property with friendly staff. - Perfect location to the beautiful water. What is shown online is exactly what you get. Quaint little villas perfect size with short walk to water and beautiful views. Clean and very well kept. The staff is superb, extremely friendly, and very helpful! Water pressure in the showers is very low, but tolerable.
- Vickie (10/5): Wonderful, peaceful, blissfull. - The property is like your own paradise! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is amazing and genuinely care about your comfort!
Cocoplum Bistro which is on the property is fabulous! Give Rudi and Tonya a hello from Vickie and Stoney!! Loved them. On your taxi ride in, get them to stop at a local store to grab snacks and such, it will save you a trip… because you really don’t want to leave. Nothing lol.
- Shiati (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matteo (7/5): Good -
- Elodie (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay, highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The manager was absolutely fantastic—always smiling, attentive, and ready to help us at any time. It’s rare to meet someone so professional and welcoming!
The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. And the best part: the beach is just steps away, making the location ideal for a great vacation.
We’ll definitely be back!
- Andreas (9/5): Superb - The location is really in paradise! -
- Tia (9/5): Wonderful! Definitely recommend and would stay again. - Had a fabulous 4 night stay at Paradise Bay. The staff were all very friendly. The on-site restaurant was very good. Quiet and relaxing. The bed was more firm than I am used to, but I slept well every night regardless.
- Karydakis (10/5): Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean apartments! - Perfect location!
Friendly staff, clean apartments , the bungalows are just right in front of a beautiful beach!
The staff was friendly and very helpful, answered all of our questions and helped us above and beyond our expectations!
We definitely recommend!!! I wish the restaurants in the Bahamas could stay open a little later than nine o’clock. After nine pretty much everything is closed. But that’s everywhere around here.
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Egor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yonghua (10/5): It's a real paradise! - Individually built beautiful, roomy huts, colorfully painted! The beach infront of the property is beautiful and has small area coral reefs. The property provides snokling masks that one can see beautiful tropic fish! One can see sunset and sunrise in addition to stars! The people there are so nice and helpful! It's close to airport and the port for boats. The restaurant on site is exellent! We loved the food there and the service! None
- Laura (10/5): When we visit the Bahama's again we are definitely going to plan to stay at this place!! FANTASTIC! - We at lunch and dinner at the restaurant and it was OUTSTANDING. The food was excellent and the staff was fun and fantastic!!! There was not really anything that we did not like about our stay at Paradise Bay Resort. I do wish the pool was in better shape but with the beach so close it was not an issue.
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Gonzalez (9/5): Superb - It was a very beautiful stay that exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property, plenty of space, clean, not overcrowded, friendly staff. It was very easy to check in and out , all the taxi requests were handled by the main office , and the tour follow ups( when ours was running a bit late ). I definately would recommend to stay at Paradise Bay ! None
- Kylie (10/5): Incredible experience! - Hotel was amazing and unique. Very comfortable. The only thing was that it would have been nice to have a drinkable water tap accessible. We asked if there was any kind of water jug or something like that and were told no. We purchased and used a ton of water bottles which is bad for the environment and wasteful.
- Murren (1/5): Very disappointing - the ocean view was amazing We paid 65$ for a cab to take us 1 mile to get some food and drinks at the only store around.
The only local restaurant Was closed during business hours.
This is a one star hotel.
We were stuck having to eat at the on site restaurant.
It is over priced and the food is NOT good unless you like powdered eggs.
The surrounding area is the worst country I have ever ben to.
- Florian (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (7/5): Overall, a very good stay. With a few minor improvements, this place would be 10 - It was a great location with one of the best beaches on the island. Bungalows were all remodeled.
And had great air conditioning. Staff was attentive and pleasant, and you had a really great restaurant right on the property. The beds were very hard. There are no adult chairs or couches in the room, It has a coffee Maker, but no coffee and no filters. You have to buy everything. The swimming pool could use some work, And a Microwave in the room would have been a plus.
- Alan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eisenberg (8/5): Perfect place for simple beachside relaxation - The location was perfect. The proximity to the water in unrivaled. Very nice place to just relax. Only having 1 restaurant is a negative. It is quite busy and hard to get a reservation for dinner.
- Breunig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erin (9/5): Superb -
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tabitha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Staci (10/5): Bookings.com misrepresents the location of the room . I booked oceanfront but that’s not what I got - It was so quaint and peaceful. The bungalow was tropical and spacious The location was remote , it would have been nice to have more amenities
- Horacio (8/5): Very good -
- Karena (10/5): Amazing loved it! - Lovely setting on the beach - idyllic! Very comfortable and good facilities. Staff are very friendly and focused on you having a good time - they go out of their way to help. Fantastic holiday and would recommend this highly. Nothing - easy to get out and about as well as the resort will book trips etc for you
- Patricia (10/5): Book early and stay longer than you are thinking because you will not want to leave here if you are lucky enough to get - There is absolutely nothing NOT to love about Paradise Bay. It truly is a hidden gem that is not so hidden anymore.
The cottages are so cute, your feet are literally in the sand. Above and beyond clean.
Sweet little Palapas on a private, gorgeous beach. Awesome beach bar on property and another right down the beach.
Have been going here many years and will definitely continue. It’s a true Bahamian experience If there is anything you don’t like, you need to probably find somewhere else to stay! The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The beach is perfect. The entire place is beautiful
- Nelson (10/5): fantastic - We had an amazing time, everyone here was so kind. Stayed for 1 week, can't wait to get back, special mention goes to Ludi at the restaurant for her happy mood, we loved her! We will be back!
- Saanyes45 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional - The property was constructed well, well maintained, very clean and tidy, and steps to a beautiful beach.
- Jakub (10/5): Perfect - Great restaurant in the object which is a hudge plus in the Bahamas, where there are not so many places near by :)
- Ginger (8/5): Very good - Restaurant on premises, large room, great AC, great value. Lots of seaweed in the water and on this beach when we stayed. Not all staff seemed happy to serve its visitors. Breakfast buffet was the same every single day. The bed was EXTREMELY hard!
- Robert (8/5): justin the manager and cedric the owner were above and beyond in every way! - it was great and very convenient, rudy was especially nice at the restaurant, justin and cedric were above and beyond accommodating! nothing
- Marie (9/5): Stunning & Fabulous is the only way to disrobe this property! - Location on the most fabulous beach ! The rooms & beach
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Kendra (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful time at Paradise Bay Bahamas and enjoyed every minute of it. The beach was beautiful, no crowds and sometimes almost to ourselves. The Cocktail bar and live entertainment (a wonderful jazz singer) added a lively vibe and the restaurant served delicious meals. Only regret is that we didn't manage to book one of the beachfront cottages - the view would have been blissful!
- Estrella (10/5): Absolutely the perfect place to be! - Absolutely the perfect place to be! The room was clean and
comfortable, the beach and ocean in your backyard was spectacular
absolute best! highly recommend everything about Paradise Bay! We will be back!
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional - The bungalo was cozy, the view was amazing. The staff were courteous and attentive to our needs.
- Marta (8/5): Very good -
- Pamela (8/5): We loved our time in Exuma! We can’t wait to visit again. - Paradise Bay was perfectly situated on the most beautiful beach with no crowds. We only saw a handful of people during our stay. Cottages were cute and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on the property was ok. We appreciated the convenience of it and the food was decent. However, service was a bit slow.
Cottages are cute with modest furniture and fixtures. We aren’t sticklers about furnishings and fixtures because our focus was relaxing on the beach; However, some elements of the room were cheap and in need of replacement. Bedding and linens in particular could have been of better quality.
- Jorge (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tatyana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leslie (10/5): Paradise Bay is a real getaway if you are looking to relax. - We love Paradise Bay because it is a real get away. Every day on the beautiful beach was like having your own private beach. Very relaxing. The bar opens most days and is only steps away. The restaurant has everything you need and the entire staff is wonderful. It’s the best place to relax.
- Leslie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sayward (9/5): Superb -
- Sofia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amanda (9/5): Amazing resort! - Everyone at the resort was amazing. The beach was breathtaking. Two very minor suggestions would be to have coffee in the room and upgrade the mattresses.
- Charles (10/5): Great time of gin clear water and white sand - Beach was awesome dropped in deeper than most, no current safe swimming no ocean swells. Manager was great made extra efforts to make sure the resort was working for the guests. Bottled water in refrigerator could be included.
