• azri (8/5): Great chalet with great view - The location of the chalet is near the town, and other attraction. There are platform near the pool and can do fishing. The view is stunning. Kitchen is open area, free flow of coffee and tea. Check in process is a little bit hassle and annoying. Need to call a few number. But no one pick up or go to voice mail. Then one number reply with whatsap to call another number. Need to review the check in procedure

• Thong (1/5): Bad - Dont like everything....if wanna stay here, pls think properly..... I reported to the staff about water heater broken, he told us will send technician come to repair. After around half an hour, the technician only whatsapp us how to fix it, but the water heater still cannot function well, we informed back but they do not reply at all..... Just because we stay 1 night, they tot they can lie everyone who stay at there, they will told "yes, we will do it tomorrow..." but do u think that tomorrow we checked out ady..... speechless at this hostel.....bad experience

• Bakri (9/5): Fantastic! - The hotel is strategically located near to the centre, make it it easy to access to facilities. It is quite, so suitable for individual activities like reading and writing while enjoy the scene, especially the Kuala Ibai river. Nothing. Its worth the price.

Building was well lit at night since the surrouding area was dark It was really a motel. The surrounding area was uninviting...no face to face contact with staff, only via texting...keys were already places in the assigned room. The pictures in the ad relating to the hotel and rooms may be outdated. The hotel is rather rundown.

• Robert (3/5): Poor - Not a lot. Bit of a clean up outside and in would vastly improve it. The manager insisted he gave me a lift to bus terminal but never turned up. The bathroom is so small you couldn't turn without bumping into the sink. Seems very remote with limited food outlets. Had to let myself in on arrival and just left without anyone to check me out.
