Kelly (6/5): Overall good location within walking distance to town and plenty of space. - Great location and massive space in the living/dining area. Nice little outdoor balcony too with lovely secluded view. Beds were also very comfortable. Unfortunately the bathrooms were very damp and leaking water - so it didn't smell great and it the whole apartment just felt damp. There was also minimal cooking options although there was a kitchen (no stove top).

Viviane (1/5): Can’t recommend due to extreme moldy smell - Looks good on the first sight, very nice style and furniture. Easy check in and check out. Friendly communication and possibility to get a refund as we only stayed one instead of three nights. Unfortunately, there was mold literally everywhere. The whole apartment smelled like mold and humid, so that we both got a serious cough after just one night. The apartments seems heavily polluted. Water was not drying out of bathrooms / toilets and just stayed on the floor although we didn’t even use the shower during our stay. Very noisy in the morning from 6am on, upper neighbor was playing loud music and you can hear footsteps as well as any water used in the building. We left after just 1 night.

Gs (6/5): good location, washroom facilities needs to be improved - location easy to find, near to shops, gated car park the centralised water heater is not good, hot water will stops suddenly during shower, imagine u have to shower cold water in cameron! owner said problem is due to high usage in which is already known problem and it is not acceptable, should install split water heater for all washroom, only 1 washroom has the split unit, why it was not installed together with that room in the first place?? toilet paper not enough, have to call for extra rolls.

We where with 5 only 4 towels available. No towels in the kitchen if you would like to cook yourself not really possible. Limited furniture available to make it cosy

Jm3740 (4/5): Disappointing - Verry big appartement with beautiful furniture. The interior design is very well done. Nice balcony with a nature view. Verry sad that the maintenance was poorly done. Especially in the bathrooms around the windows and doors. The laminate flooring was broken nearby every bathroom due to the humidity of the shower and climate in de Cameron Highlands. There was a lack of forced ventilation by extracting fans in the bathroom and kitchen.

Hosts were extremely welcoming and went an extra mile to give us extra blankets even at late night. The bathroom doors were slightly screeching, can be fixed. Maybe provide an induction for cooking breakfast or heating stuffs

Sheny (6/5): Pleasant - The only thing I enjoyed is the rattan swing chair Only one bathroom got heater, behind curtain was not clean, mosquito net is full of spider web and dusty, bathroom was not clean as well, before guest check in din't hav proper instruction on the tap water and water dispenser as well, so confusing, thn ask for management for servicing but need to drag until next day. When it come to second day the management keep asking when we will be available for the servicing, why can't you do the service before / after for the stay? It was an unpleasant stay.

Barend (8/5): Nice unit (but needs welcome message) - The unit looks brand new and has a big space. The furniture is nice and cozy. The TV is new and has many channels. There is a big living room with double sofa, table, 6 chairs, a kitchen with fridge, multi cooker and water filter. There are 3 bedrooms all with a queen size mattress and 3 bathrooms. You can stay here with 6 people. There is a nice cool mountain breeze, don't forget your sweaters! Great value for money: paid 150 per night. No deposit. No extra charges. The location is perfect: walking distance to Tanah Rata. The problem is there was NO WELCOME MESSAGE WITH INSTRUCTIONS. The exact unit nr was not given. There are two units: A3A-3.2 and A3A-3.3. The owner didn't respond so the guard gave us the WRONG KEY which resulted in an big group of people loudly knocking our door several times in the middle of the night which really disturbed our sleep. The CAR PARK nr was not given. (it's 128) so we were told to park the car outside the gate and walk 300m with our baby and luggage in the rain. There is no mobile phone reception in the building. Calling or mobile data won't work. A wifi password was given later but there was no nearby 'Laroze' hotspot any time. The whole night you will hear the SLAMMING of the fire doors that everyone has to pass after the elevator and you can hear talking neighbours at night.
