• Mitchell (3/5): It was disgraceful to have found three used condoms behind the bed and the expected facilities for the advertised “kitch - Big bed and free parking with large Tver Key lock box got stuck and wouldn’t release the cover Three condoms ,used behind bed Dirty pants No toiletries No smoking or vaping anywhere on the grounds which wasn’t clear in the list of amenities Two kettles No microwave No welcome basics I.e tea,coffee essentials No cutlery to eat anything Price Kitchenette was advertised and feedback from owner was “we don’t want people cooking” Whole kitchen area and nowhere to make food No microwave The adverts for all facilities were filled out by listing the same items more than once Parking, private parking,free parking Private bathroom,bath/shower,shower,toilet Towels and sheets,towels Flat screen tv/tv THE RESPONSE FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER

• Russell (8/5): Practical for Overnight stays - The concept is really good. A residential apartment ‘converted’ to cater for overnight stays. It was clean, shower was great, and parking good. Overall we were happy with the accommodation. Accommodation was basic, ideally it could have done with a small microwave (though appreciate cost/cleaning). It served its purpose.

• Debbie (9/5): Superb - Good quiet location, easy to find and walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs. It was clean and a good size.

• Amit (2/5): Very poor - Suitable for one night Smelt of weed, there wasn't any hot water on the last night/morning. Checkout was supposed to be 11 but received a message at 6am requesting to checkout earlier. Not an issue for us, might be for others. Location can be confusing for delivery drivers as they go behind the flats. Overall a meh experience

• Danielle (5/5): Pleasant stay, however change of check out time on the day was not ideal! - Pleasant, quiet area, plenty of free parking. Room was clean with modern decor Easy check in Property says it comes with cutlery from take away purposes however upon arrival there was 1 fork, 3 spoons and 3 knives? There was only one drinking glass available. Not ideal when a couple is staying. Also receiving a message at 6am to change the check out time to 10am even though stated on the advert & on the information board inside the room that check out time was 11am. The room took quite a long time to heat up even with 2 radiators.

• Kirsty (8/5): Great place to relax with walks nearby - The style of the finish was to a high standard Could do with electric bed heater and neighbours continously smoking weed which did permeate into property despite air fresheners.

• Anonymous (10/5): A pleasure to stay there and super responsive hosts - It was a stylish, clean, well arranged and equipped studio flat. Nothing to fault it Not a dislike, just a suggestion, there was no hairdryer. I realise that isn't standard for such lets, but would be a bonus.

• Latoya (9/5): Clean, modern and tidy apartment - Very modern and clean, comfortable bed. Very odd to have a see through toilet door although it is around corner so has some privacy but would be better if not glass door. On arrival main block was not very appealing however the apartment once inside was immaculate and a lovely stay so wouldn’t let the outside appearance concern you! Went to Nonna’s for breakfast it was beautiful so highly recommend here.

• Carla (5/5): Okay for one night but wouldn’t use again - The location had parking and was a quiet area. Room had a big bathroom and modern facilities. very pleasant interior but missing a throw on the bed as owner said had been damaged. Bed in an appalling and unwelcoming state that it had to be re made as it was an eyesore… nothing like the picture, which was the main reason for choosing the property as it’s the first thing that’s noticed when entering the flat. One of the wine glasses was very dirty that made me then wash all crockery and cutlery as I didn’t trust the cleanliness but the room and bathroom were clean. Owner contacted who was willing to come out but damage done in feeling let down. Also walking into area, other flat owners were clearly smoking weed as it stunk.

• Ellie (7/5): Very trendy and clean apartment! - Lovely styled apartment, clean and everything you could need. Easy to find and great parking! TV was a little temperamental and randomly turned on and off but not a major problem!
