• Mona (1/5): Stay away, be warned - Updated unit, located in a not well kept back yard. Check in process was horrible! I spoke with someone over the phone who advised me to park 1 of my vehicles in the back drive way and 1 in the front drive way. They also had a very hard time providing me the keyless entry code and were not available at listed check in time. I arrived at approximately 3:10pm, called several times with no response. Finally a women arrived that spoke very little English, and could not provide keyless entry instructions. After speaking with someone on her cell phone, the person claimed they were out of the country and I had to suggest a way for them to verify my identity to secure the keyless code. My son who later arrived was told he was not authorized to park in the front drive way as directed. I then received a rude message via Booking.com advising my son parking in the front drive way better not happen again. My son is a fireman, and due to the locations unavailability at listed check in time, he was not present to our late check in. He wasn't clear on the location of the unit as he had to report to his role at the local fire department. The place had terrible gate access that would not easily open, you pretty much had to push in the entire gate to open. The gate lead you to a filthy not well kept walking path that could easily lead to an ankle injury and back yard in disarray. I would not recommend this ghetto location, poor communication experience to anyone. Take a look at the hosts response to my review, you can see they are unable to compose themselves and suggesting my review is fueled by racism and lies. I trust Booking.com ratings as I am an avid customer, and want to make sure you are informed before choosing this location.
