- Sanela (7/5): - Vlakbij het centrum, grote ruimte, genoeg slaapkamers, mooie grote badkamer Geen ventilatie in badkamer dus een muffe lucht, ook na douchen gecondenseerd. Stoelen doorgezakt bij eettafel, bank hetzelfde...voor ons was dit te doen voor 1 nachtje, maar anders...en niet echt parkeerplekken, je moet op straat ergens staan

- Sandrine (10/5): Séjour paisible et reposant à Zagreb. - Tout était génial, à côté du tram, rangé et propre, permettant d’accueillir 9 personnes, l’espace extérieur est agréable pour s’y reposer. Il était un peu loin de la gare routière et il ne dispose que d’un seul toilette / salle de bain, un peu faible pour 8…

- KPN Infra-mont (10/5): Spacious, clean apartment at a great location and super friendly hosts - highly recommended! - Whenever we look for accommodation in Zagreb, we first check if this place is available. The apartment is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and has everything a guest could need. There is a parking place in front of the gate, a fenced terrace at the entrance, and a washing machine. The location is perfect - just a few minutes’ walk to the tram station, yet the apartment itself is on a quiet street, so there’s basically no noise. The hosts are extremely kind and friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. Highly recommended from the heart, and we’ll definitely be back! -

- Hilkovsky (8/5): Неплохое место переночевать одну-две ночи в хорошем районе - Удобное месторасположение. Пяти минутах ходьбы от трамвайной остановки и в 15 минутах от центра города. В доступности продуктовые магазины, кафе и рестораны. Очень приятный район. Хорошее постельное бельё. В квартире чисто. В таких апартаментах можно переночевать 1-2 ночи не больше! Очень сыро. Апартаменты полуподвальные. В санузле нет вытяжки я представляю себе что там постепенно будет собираться плесень. Одно окно в начале апартаментов - оно не только не проветривает помещение, но и не добавляет свежести. Кондиционера нет есть вентилятор. Выключить его ночью нельзя иначе будет очень душно, а спать с ним очень шумно. Стоит очиститель воздуха который не особо работает. Ночью открывать окна не вариант - в районе очень много мошки, а москитных сеток нет. Утром уже очень душно и нечем дышать. Уходя из апартаментов мы включили вытяжку. Однако она не помогла ей Когда мы вернулись ближе к вечеру в квартире пахло канализацией. Уважаемая хозяева, настоятельно рекомендую вам подумать о решении этой проблемы.

- Guest (3/5): Decepcionante y mala calidad precio - El alojamiento se ubicaba relativamente cerca del centro en transporte público, lo cual es un punto positivo. Además la zona no es excesivamente ruidosa. Tiene bares, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El alojamiento que se ofrece como "studio standar" en mi caso seleccionado para tres adultos no ofrece unas prestaciones que se acomoden a lo solicitado. La cama doble era la única que servía para el descanso adecuado de un adulto, puesto que el sofá cama era tan minúsculo que no proporcionaba confort. Ese studio standar tiene humedades, lo cual se nota por el olor que hay al entrar. Ello se traduce en dificultades para que la ropa se mantenga sin humedades (incluyendo esto sábanas, almohadas, cojines y la propia ropa que tu lleves), así como dificultades para secar el pelo después de la ducha. El wc dejaba bastante que desear (sucio y roto). Las fotografías sobre todo se centran en el "apartamento" generando una falsa impresión de lo que se contrata. A todo ello he de añadir que no se proporcionaron facilidades ni en el check-in ni en el check-out. Especialmente en el check-out sugerimos poder salir unas horas más tarde, ante la falta de contrataciones para ese mismo día (pues de haberlas habido habrían dicho que no directamente) y en lugar de actuar de forma comprensiva y empática ofrecieron un precio adicional abusivo para las escasas 4 horas que pedíamos.

- Nicole (5/5): Passable - The host was amazing, she was very helpful and she always replied immediately at any time of the day. The tram was also very close to the apartment, 4 minutes away. We also had a small supermarket close by. The area was a very quiet one. The apartment was much smaller than we thought, not very lit, and was not very equipped. The apartment did not have an AC but only a dehumidifer. We felt very hot in the evening. There was only 1 window with transparent curtains.

- Buğra (1/5): Totally bad studio and Cheater Host! - Nothing. Wc has not got a ventilation, smells very bad with bad air coming from every holes of bathroom. Kitchen tool were not clean and they were bad condition, kitchen aspirator was full of oil when you open it, room totally smells like burned oil. Beddings are also smells like cigarette and moisture. Inside of the beddings were so dirty. At the the end when we talk with Apartment host for just to change bedding, she has only one solution to “find different hotel if you don’t like it”. Not at all, after we check out from the house, she canceled our bookings to stop my comments. Now, l understand that why she didn’t accept credit card for pre-booking. So, it is not first for her. she work with cash to take an opportunity to cancel booking and only show filtered comments for high booking points. l don’t recommend it!!! Be careful.
