- Otila (8/5): Brooklyn nice apartment clean with good cooking facilities - Nice clean spacious apartment. Seven minutes from subway and food outlets plus a supermarket. Four rooms in apartment all rooms open to shared living space. Excellent cooking facilities. Full size fridge, utensils etc. Excellent communication with landlord. Met some nice tenants. Cleaning lady Maria is lovely. Subway 2 x changes to get into NY central. Three levels up so don't have heavy bags. At the time one flatmate was talking all night and there were no locks on the doors. Spoke to landlord. He sorted out the other tenant. We would definitely stay again.

- David (10/5): Great place to stay in Bed-Stuy, with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and laundry! - I loved that we had a kitchen and washer/dryer available to us in the apartment. Everything was very neat and clean, and the other guests were very friendly and quiet. The host was very responsive and resolved any issues very quickly. Very close to the train.

Hay solo un baño para 4 habitaciones y cada una de ellas tiene dos personas y solo limpian el espacio común una vez a la semana. Con todo el frío que hace en esa ciudad le quitan la electricidad a la calefacción y te dejan pasar frío. Solo te dan una toalla no importa si vas a estar más de una semana. Las sábanas huelen a polvo. En conclusión a menos que te veas en la calle no corras el riesgo.

The room was light, with a roomy and comfortable bed. As well as being clean and well kept. The shared areas in the property were of an equal standard, and my stay felt easier for the sense of order within the running of the house. The overall area has a great vibe and the hosts were responsive and really pleasant to deal with. As a solo female traveler, the proximity to local stations and the safety of the area were valuable additions. I’d happily stay again. N/A
