- Ain (6/5): - the location - nearby to suria mall, wisma merdeka and kk plaza the hotel door mesti pakai kad baru boleh buka dan masuk. the room was limited and nada ruangan tuk solat, simpan barang dan space for anak main mainan tandas macam tak cuci je, luar dan bawah mangkuk tandas ada kulat hitam² sikit. tisu dah sikit masa check in, selain tu okay. family room yang kami booking sekali tu jendela takde lock lah rasa tak secure pulak tinggal brg dalam tu.
- Nadiah (7/5): Ideal place if you don’t plan to stay a lot in the hotel room since it’s affordable - Location was good, the king bed was comfortable and they provide refill water which is convenient. Overall, value for money. Towels smell bad. It’s ok the towels are old but the smell is as though not cleaned and dried well. The toilet is tight and the shower curtain is super dirty and need to replace. Don’t know what is the function of the shower curtain when it’s not long enough and so the whole toilet still gets wet.

- Nick (6/5): Convenient place for a stay - the staff are very helpful - The staff were very helpful. The location is quite handy and you can walk to a lot of places. The area is a bit tatty but safe. Good for a short stay - very reasonably priced.

- H (7/5): Good, but could be better. - The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were great, even up to the last day when we asked for a super late check-out. The location's great too, easy to access everything with cheap Grab rates. I'm short-sighted so I don't see extreme details when I'm in the room without glasses, but my companion voiced how the bathroom walls could be much cleaner, and the shower curtains could have been changed. The same could be said about the corners of the room, between the window and the bed. We understand that it's an old building and the price we paid for should match what we got, but still, cleanliness should be maintained regardless, right?

- Asyiqin (5/5): Can improve on the toilet cleanliness. - Pros: -very near to the market where you can shop -secured entrance & lift access, need to tap your card -affordable price -comfy beds & cold ac. perfect for good sleep cons: -bathroom very dirty, moldy and the shower drainage is blocked. -room got some hairs on the floor and dust on some area -very poor soundproofing. if you a light sleeper pls avoid the hotel -hotel surrounding was quite scary at night -i stayed at some other budget hotels either, dirty bathroom is something i cannot compromised.

Room was not cleaned daily and had to ask for room to be cleaned after a few nights even though sign was left on door for cleaning.

I had call twice at reception but no action, the staff kept REPEAT SLAMMING door after i call. I book this hotel to sleep NOT to make me headache hearing slamming door!! It make my baby awake !
