• Mihaela Raluca (10/5): Nice location and accommodation - The apartment was new and clean. The living room is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is clean and well organized. The area is quiet. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. The mattress was a little bit too soft for our preference. And maybe take into consideration to add a mirror in the living room.

• Frederick (10/5): - As world travelers we have stayed in bad to good places, This place was exceptional, everything you would want, well thought out, but not for those that want to stay in the busy sector of town. Bus service ok but you do have to plan around it, this is not a problem Uber is very good and very cheap, never had a problem, bus drivers attitude somewhat strange. It's in a village that was totally distoyed in the war but rebuilt itself, you can catch a gondola up from Dubrovnik and also walk down if your game to do so. The owner supplied milk, bread, butter, jam, was good for late arrivals so you had breakfast, We arrived on a 8.30am flight and was given access to the unit that morning so did not have to wait till 3 pm. There was nothing we bid not like if you drink wine take a cork screw, lol

• Neus (7/5): Apartamento nuevo pero precio un poco elevado para lo que ofrece - El apartamento es nuevo y amplio y el wc también es nuevo y se puede aparcar gratis enfrente de la puerta de entrada.Tiene detalles de bienvenida y la cama es cómoda. El dueño es amable y ayuda con las dudas. El bus está incluido en el Dubrovnik Pass y si es entre semana los horarios son mejores. En la habitación no hay ninguna mesita ni banco donde apoyar la maleta y tiene pocos enchufes en la habitación. En el baño no se sabe donde colgar la toalla. Desde el apartamento no hay ninguna vista de Dubrovnik aunque pueda parecerlo por el anuncio. Es un barrio muy rural y mal comunicado con el bus el fin de semana y si hay que ir caminando hay muchísimas escaleras y hace subida. Lo encontramos caro para lo que ofrece el conjunto del alojamiento.

• Katrin (9/5): Sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung - Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Für die Aussichtspunkte oberhalb der Stadt sehr gute Lage. Man muss aber mit dem Bus oder einem Uber in die Altstadt fahren.

• Bobby (10/5): Perfectly located, comfortable, clean, and wonderful host. - The apartment had everything necessary. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of space for luggage. Kitchen and living area combined with plenty of room for short and long stays. The bathroom was excellent having a very good shower. A washing machine was available and worked well, which was very helpful during my stay. Location was perfect. Sitting well above the city, it made the walk down picturesque. It also is tucked away in a very quiet little town, well away from the noises of Dubrovnik. Parking was also free and right next to the apartment. Last, the host was very nice, always available, and willing to help with any questions or issues. I would choose this apartment every time.

• Fabio (8/5): Super Apartment am Berg über der Altstadt - Top Apartment, uns hat es hier an nichts gefällt! Leider ist die Location aber nur etwas für Wanderer - Die Stiegen hinunter zur Altstadt sind wirklich körperlich anstregend und nichts für schwache Knie ;)

• AGUSTIN (10/5): Alejado del bullicio y vistas espectaculares - Los propietarios son de 10 muy amables y se preocuparon en todo momento de que todo estuviera bien. La ubicación para mí es perfecta, alejada del bullicio, con unas vistas maravillosas. Tienes la opción de ir alejada centro dando un paseo de unos 25mi o usando Uber son 9€. El apartamento es muy bonito, equipado de todo y cama bastante cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado muy silencioso. La verdad es que en las tres noches que nos alojamos estuvimos muy cómodos. Nada

• roger (10/5): Great place to stay for seeing the area! - Far away enough from Dubrovnik to avoid the chaos and close enough you can take a short drive into or catch a taxi/Uber. There is so much to see outside the Old City that this is a good place to use as a base. All the towns along the coast are easily accessible and you get to avoid the high condensed tourists that are in Dubrovnik. The bus stop is very close by along with taxis, that frequent the nearby road. Apartment amenities were nice and was a great stay! Very nice restaurant nearby, for that special night too!

Rosie était disponible et super réactive à chacune de nos demandes Il manquait une cafetière et un book pour les infos concernant les transports pour se rendre en ville et les activités à proximité du logement (vue exceptionnelle pour le coucher de soleil, accès au funiculaire…)
• Marieta Creanga (9/5): Relaxare - Mi-a placut faptul ca a fost curat, liniste, spatios. Apreciez ca Rosie ne-a lasat in frigider lapte, paine, gem si suc de fructe. Ne-am simtit ca in confortul de acasa. Plus ca foarte aproape de cazare exista un restaurant cu preparate traditionale, foarte bune. Sunt 2 lucruri pe care nu le-am apreciat: 1. Este nevoie de masina ca sa ajungi la plaje sau in centrul vechi, pentru ca locatia este undeva pe foarte sus. Exista scari dar este foarte mult de urcat. 2. Pentru a ajunge la cazare trebuie urcata o panta foarte abrupta. Aceste lucruri nu tin de cazare in sine, insa poate conta.

The location was quiet and serene, was around a 30 minute walk to the old town but there is a bus the comes ever hour or an Uber is around €7-10. Would highly recommend.

Host was amazing and provided everything needed. - Really lovely apartment, provided all facilities even down to washing machine tablets. Host responded quickly with any questions we asked. Beautiful location at the top of the mountain. Had everything you need. A lot of Ubers do not go up there as they kept cancelling as it’s up the hill. The bus doesn’t run on weekends.

• Yunjie (9/5): Superb - This was the best place we've had in this trip to Italy and Crotia. The washing machine comes with detergent pods. The room is quite newly renovated with modern kitchen and bathroom. Rosie was really helpful and responsive to our queries. There was a heavy rain the first night we arrived and the rain water came through the door. Rosie came with towels to wipe it for us the next morning.

Bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked really well. Nice and clean and the location suited me because it came with a parking spot right outside. The apartment had a breakfast bar but maybe a breakfast table would have been better. Anyway thats a minor point.

• Robyn (7/5): Clean modern room, bit remote - Modern decorated studio, with plenty of facilities (washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen). Most of all very clean! We overall had a pleasant stay. It is a bit remote (quiet area on top of the hill), but around the corner you have an amazing view on the old town of Dubrovnik (nice hike down, we did it once for the view). The other days we went by uber (sometimes needs a couple of tries as not every driver wants to come up or down, but never became a problem and was just 7euros). Communication with the host was perfect (direct contact via whatsapp). The studio is quite dark (only 2 windows). The lamps inside were a bit too bright white (tip: perhaps add a small bedside lamp). And there is a green exit light in the same room as you sleep in, which you can't switch off.

Overall the place was great, just not super easy to get to town! AC felt wonderful. Wasted time sitting at the bus stop when it would have been easier to just take an Uber. Nothing bad to say about the property itself!
• Tereza (8/5): Very welcoming host, amazingly equipped super clean apartment. The only thing is the location - one needs to be ready to - Lovely apartment, everything is new and in great taste. The landlady was extremely nice and helpful, many things were provided including washing machine tablets, drying rack as well as coffee, tea, jam and so much more. The place has three ac units so it’s pleasant to be in. The property was amazing however you have to be ready to climb a tall hill everyday. Therefore, it’s necessary to pack basically everything you need for the whole day because the idea of running to the beach with just towels, then changing at home land heading back to the town for dinner is basically out of question. We still loved our stay though!
• Rajagopalan (9/5): Superb - The Hostess was very hospitable , she lives close by and was extremely helpful with loads of details on our way around in Dubrovnik. The stay is on top of the mountain, at first we thought we were staying really far from the city then we discovered the very interesting trek down and absolute beautiful scenic path that took you right into the gates of the palace in 20 mins. Its very close of to sunset view point. Since we were driving it was easy, we did see a bus stand but unfortunately both days were public holidays the busses were not plying but the trek down is totally worth it. The host also shared some lovely goodies at breakfast time. Will totally recommend it for any travellers who love trekking and mountain views.

Really comfortable place with great appliances such as an oven and washing machine. 3x AC units. Really nice place. The only problem people may have is with the location. If you buy a Dubrovnik Pass the bus 17 is free, acting as a shuttle up and down the hill. Last bus back is 8:30!

• Zhimeng (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is beautifully decorated, everything is brand new and clean, and the landlord is very helpful, and you don't have to worry about the distance there is a bus stop nearby!

Located around local homes and has a good sense of community The location was a little bit of a distance from the center. There are however hourly buses to the center Ubers usually don’t want to go there as it’s uphill.
