• Sharon (9/5): Great for short stay - Location is good. Room is big enough for us. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly and accommodating. Great for a short stay. Facilities are dated and some required to be replaced.

• Wong (8/5): Good stay . - Close to bus stations, supermarkets ... Rooms was compact but had everything you need. It's a bit hard to carry large luggage up the stairs.

Lokalizacja jest po prostu świetna – blisko morza (ok. 7 minut spacerem), w otoczeniu kawiarni, restauracji, McDonalda oraz przystanków autobusowych. Sam hotel mieści się w budynku dworca autobusowego, więc do głównego przystanku mieliśmy dosłownie pół minuty na nogach – to ogromny plus, szczególnie jeśli planuje się podróż na lotnisko. Wybraliśmy ten obiekt właśnie ze względu na bliskość transportu i był to najlepszy możliwy wybór. Dzięki temu w dniu wyjazdu mogliśmy wstać zaledwie 15 minut przed autobusem, spokojnie się ogarnąć i bez stresu dotrzeć na czas. Pokój był w porządku – jak na chorwackie standardy naprawdę przyjemny i komfortowy. Może ściany są nieco cienkie i słychać sąsiadów, ale absolutnie nam to nie przeszkadzało – w końcu na wakacjach nie siedzi się w pokoju, tylko korzysta z uroków miasta i plaży. Ogólnie hotel spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania – lokalizacja, wygoda, dostępność komunikacji i bliskość atrakcji sprawiają, że z czystym sumieniem możemy go polecić. To świetna opcja dla osób, które chcą mieć wszystko pod ręką i bezproblemowo dostać się na lotnisko.

• Emma (7/5): - Леглото беше удобно, имаше хладилник, климатик. Намира се в автогарата, ако пътувате с автобуса до парковете е много удобно. В близост има Макдоналдс, супермаркет и Лидл. На 15 мин пеша е от центъра и 5 мин от плажа. Влизането в апартамента беше бързо и лесно, комуникацията беше лесна. Стаята беше чистичка, може да се подменят кърпите с нови и душа също беше леко счупен.

• Frank (5/5): Zentrale Lage, aber sonst nichts Positives - Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, besonders wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt und es eilig hat – direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Es war leider nicht sauber. Ich bin ohne Hausschuhe gelaufen und habe mir dabei an einem Dorn auf dem Boden den Fuß verletzt. Kaffeekapseln gab es keine – die Mitarbeiterin meinte, sie habe vergessen, welche bereitzustellen. Außerdem gab es weder Haartrockner noch Bügeleisen. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ging direkt auf eine Wand, sodass man nichts sehen konnte. Ich weiß nicht, wie die anderen Zimmer sind, aber das, was wir bekommen haben, hatte keinerlei Aussicht. Der Preis lohnt sich in meinen Augen überhaupt nicht. Es ist besser, im Voraus zu buchen – ich hatte leider erst im letzten Moment reserviert.

Muy cerca de la playa, y se llega caminando al casco historico en nos 30 minutos de caminata. El ingreso y la comunicacion fue muy buena para el check in , como check out, siempre por mail, a travez de booking. Me gusto todo para una estancia de dos noches

• Knapp (5/5): ok for 1 night - Host very responsive, thankyou for that. It was a bit smelly and the blanket smelled terrible. While it looked clean, it didn't feel clean. If you're doing a quick overnight because it is near the bus station, fine. But if you are looking for a nice place to stay as a tourist, maybe look farther. It was probably my own mistake for choosing it, but it was sufficient for 1 night.

• YENFEI (7/5): A convenient stopover place for a bus travel - It’s located at the same building of the bus station and the the owner gave the clear instruction for finding the entrance and the key via Booking message. The sound proof is not good. You can hear other guests clearly.

• Chaco (8/5): - バスターミナルの直ぐ側でとても便利でした。 シングルベッドx2で予約していたつもりがqueenベッドになっているのに気付き、前夜にメールいれたところ対応してくれました。 スーパーもパン屋も直ぐ側にあり、とても便利でした。 ドアの横に小さなBOXが有りましたが、それに鍵が入っているとは予想外でした。電話したらすぐに駆けつけてくれました。 使い方など全く知らなかったので、メールで詳細を入れるようにしてくれればスムーズに鍵を受け取れたと思います。

• Wong (8/5): Good location for a stop over - Hotel next to Bus station if you stay for a stop over and want to experience Zadar sea organ. Bus fare 1.60 euro to old town within 10 mins and is very convenient. Ana is very kind to allow us to have a late check-out for our 1pm bus to plitvice Lake. Clear instructions for self check-in. Easy communication. Water pressure is weak and does not provide a kettle. However, there is a coffee machine in the room.

• Paul (8/5): Perfect spot if you're traveling by bus - Great location for bus travelers! Guesthouse Nice is ideal if you have an early bus departure from Zadar, and also if you arrive by bus and don't want to carry your luggage/backpacks to the center of town. It's an easy and safe walk to the tourist areas, and the guesthouse location has lots of shopping options directly out the door (coffee, groceries, restaurants, toiletries, etc.). My room was clean and comfortable; wifi was reliable, and i was happy that it included a mini fridge. Perfect place to sleep after a long day of walking around town. Check-in and check-out, which didn't require meeting with anyone, were smooth and easy. Ana was always available and answered all my messages immediately. The only ventilation in the room is what you get by opening the window. It was adequate (I traveled in early autumn, so outdoor temperatures were pleasant), but the open window exposes you to ambient noise -- there wasn't much, but early-morning voices did wake me up -- and possible mosquitoes/flies (one housefly did get inside, but it didn't bother me). It would have been nice to have a hot water kettle in the room (the Nespresso machine is great, but you need to provide your own coffee capsules).

Very close to a McDonalds for breakfast. The area is not exactly salubrious, but don't be put off by that. There were people talking incessantly outside at 6am and a car alarm went off in the middle of the night, but none of that can be helped.

• Polina (10/5): Awesome and restful 1-night stay on the bus station - The room is in the best location for our needs which were a 1-night stay and shower before taking the bus next morning. It is quiet and located on the bus station with McDonalds and Conzum supermarket for a quick snack right there. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Self check-in/check-out is convenient. The host was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place! The aircon is blowing directly to the bed (headboard), so be aware not to get cold.

• Yatsenko (10/5): - Вітаю. Дуже сподобався номер, було чисто та комфортно. Персонал швидко зреагував, коли винас виключився бойлер, мені підказали, як швидко вирішити питання. В номері було все саме необхідне. Було приємно, що нас ніхто не турбував під час відпочинку. Окремо виділю зручне ліжко та подушки, чисту постільну білизну. У спеку рятувалися кондиціонером. Гарне розташування, до моря хвилин 5. Поряд багато магазинів та різноманітних кафе. До Старого міста хвилин 15-20 пішки. Не вистачало хоча б маленької сушилки для одягу.

• James (10/5): Perfect location for anyone visiting Zadar by bus! - The location of this room couldn't be better when traveling by bus! It is literally attached to the terminal! There were also plenty of food options and a grocery store within steps of the room. We didn't meet the owner in person, but she was quick to respond to messages, and we had no trouble getting into our room. Zadar's Old Town was a short walk away, making this an excellent location for exploring the city!

Blizina ducana, doslovno preko puta ceste(Konzum, Spar, Lidl...), blizina plaze(10min pjeske-plaza Kolovare na kojoj sam se ja kupala) te 20ak min setnje do starog dijela grada. Domacin Ana je vrlo ljubazna i susretljiva :) Tus ima vrlo slab mlaz, no nije velika zamjerka i ne kvari mi cjelokupan dojam boravka koji je bio ugodan.

• Gergely (10/5): Perfect quality/rate ratio and very relaxed stay, thank you! :) - We loved the flexibility of Ana and the easy process of check-in/out! We had everything, A/C, towels, fresh beds :) Max support for all, who wants to be close to the bus station(you cannot be closer, than this place tbh) and also wanna chill at the beach(around 8-10 min walking down). Old town is also around 15 min walking. 20th time of my Zadar visit so far, never get bored!

• Jorgen (8/5): And a really Nice room it was! - Nice and spacious room, impeccably clean. I found the beach ( 7 min walk ) enjoyable , and from there you can follow the Shore to the impressive ( Venetian ) Gate to the old Town . I struggled a bit with the signals for the TV ( in room 1) . Also I think there should be two coffee bags for a two day stay ( and not one bag)

• Fui Fui (7/5): - It's at the same building as the bus station, so if u need to stay near the bus station, this is it. Supermarket and Mcdonald's nearby. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. There's a nespresso machine You will be greeted w 3 fleet of stairs when u arrived at the entrance. Shower holder not working, u will have to hold the shower when showering. Getting to the town centre is a bit of a walk. Nearer if you just want to go to the beach. The heater was locked to prevent usage. If its cold, u have to cover yourself w blankets / wear more clothes.

La chambre était très propre et le lit confortable Le bruit des gens dans la rue le matin qui nous ont réveillé très tôt en attendant leur bus. Ainsi que la lumière le matin, car les rideaux ne sont pas très opaques.

• Jared Warmington (7/5): Would recommend for an overnight stay. Great communication from host. - The Location was perfect. As we needed to get the bad the next morning. Also a short walk to the beach! Water pressure on shower was bad. I’d also say it could have been a little cheaper!
