Right on the ground of a former factory! Staying here gives you a unique experience of Rotterdam harbour and industrial life! So we except you to be into this industrial vibe and be ok with being TOO close to nature rather than looking for a luxury hotel room with airconditioning and TV! Please bring your book, pen with your diary, yoga mat, and some wine, to enjoy the cosy evenings next to the water and take a walk along the river in the early morning with seagullls flying around you!
