- Agostinho (1/5): Scammers - Nothing At arrival no room available..no help nothing . Had to find another room on the spot We phoned the owner and after 6 phone calls and text she answered the phone and blamed booking.com that this was a fraud and happened all the time . It was bank holidays in Poland so 100 percent they gave our room away to someone else . So I would definitely not recommend this property
- Jessica (6/5): Good apartment bad hosting - Location was amazing and apartment was beautiful. Really happy with the apartment. Communication with the host was shocking. She messaged us the night before our stay to say our booking was invalid and then stopped replying when we were trying to sort it out. We arrived not knowing if we had a place to stay which caused much panic. Check in instructions were then sent to us very late and were complicated and host did not reply to any messages during our stay.

- Betty (5/5): The location was where I needed to be. It was fine for a few nights stay. - The neighborhood was good. The TV did not work. When I inquired about how to get channels to appear around 10pm, I was told that it was too late to contact them about it.
- Kc (1/5): Information should be shared in beforehand not few hours before your guest is supposed to arrive. - The owner informed us that there was cancellation 2 hours before check in. And I couldn’t communicate properly with the owner so I had to contact booking’s service portal and the refund was never received.

- Jukka (8/5): Kazimiersz magic - The apartment itself was very nice.Clean,kithchenware all what you needed,big balcony,good toilet,silent etc.About 30 min. walk to Old Town,Stare Miasto,but if you like Kazimiersz,like me,its perfect!except..... TheBED!Big pillows were really dead!!Mattrass was from the last century and believe or not...NO BED SHEET at all,only a froteeing mattrass cover!!You have to go in with all 6 doors when you are inside the room,it made a little difficulties in the beginning before you get use to it.I would even come again there,but Joanna please,buy a new bed and stuff!!
- Borys (7/5): Good - The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the city center, and even closer to the embankment. The apartment is modern with a good design, there is a comfortable bed, bathroom, kitchen and a large balcony with table and chairs. The administrator does not use English, the instructions were sent at the last moment in Polish, which required additional time for translation. He ignored the question about parking twice. And when we were already got to the building he did not answer the phone, but continued to write in the chat in Polish. So keep in mind that in case of difficulties, you should not count on quick support. If you don't know the code from both buildings (A, B) main doors, it needs an additional 5 minutes to walk.
- Andrea (1/5): Very Disappointed - Poor CoVery Disappointed - I recently booked accommodation through Booking.com, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. First and foremost, the property failed to contact us about the check-in process. We arrived expecting a seamless check-in, but instead, we were left in the dark with no instructions and no way to reach the management. What’s worse is that when I tried to get assistance from Booking.com, they were completely unhelpful. They did nothing to resolve the situation, leaving me feeling like I was just wasting my money on a service they don’t actually stand behind. It’s disappointing to see Booking.com allowing such places to remain on their platform, enabling them to take advantage of customers. I would NOT recommend booking this place. I feel cheated and let down by both the property and Booking.com. Save yourself the trouble!
- Gray (1/5): Ignorant con artist - Location I was sold a room with a double bed and arrived to find two single (child) beds pushed together....when I asked about this my question was ignored and all they Cared about was charing me for late check out....apart from that the instructions are confusing and it's built like a maze/ luxury prison

- Stephen (2/5): Absolutely dreadful for a non-Polish visitor. - Lose to the centre of town Location is very good Hopeless - non-existence reception! Was impossible to find the address even with local help. Phoned the Tel No given, but it did not answer for a long while. When it did, the voice could only speak Polish. Local restaurant's manager helped me out, with the phone. Even for him, the instructions on where to find the key PLUS a code, and yet another key, were not easy to follow! The organiser was not prepared to come to meet me at the property. So with the local restaurant's manager helping me out, I eventually got into the room! Took over an hour - a dreadful experience. Without local Polish help, I could not have managed it. Also, if I had a larger than average car, it would not have been possible to enter the garage, which I paid for in advance.
