• Pedro (9/5): Nice place to stay in Milano very close to the red metro line station. - The place is ok for the price we paid considering that those days are too busy in Milán. Room sizes, bathroom, kutchen and living room are OK. Comfortable. Air conditioning was not working but fortunately the weather was not too hot. The hallway Leading to the appartment looks too old and needs some refurbish but it is not the most important thing. Using higher quality bed sheets could be great.

Холодильник, чайник, плита, стиральная машинка, посуда, фен, утюг. Очень хорошее расположение, в 5 минутах станция метро, прямо в центр Квартира расположена на последнем этаже, без лифта. Я думаю, что это точно надо указывать в описании и прикреплять фото, потому что это может быть проблемой для посетителей с детьми, багажем или проблемами со здоровьем

Uma pessoa amável, compreensível, deu todas as informações necessárias e foi super solicita em todos os cenários que ocorreram. A localização também é boa. O apartamento também é muito completo e tem tudo o que você precisa. Recomendo! O apartamento fica em um terceiro/quarto andar sem elevador e no quarto há muita exposição de luz que a cortina não fecha totalmente. Isso pode atrapalhar, mas você pode resolver comprando uma venda.

• Ottavia (10/5): I loved the experience, the place has a good vibe and the customer care was amazing. Would definitely go back and recomm - A great little house, with everything needed. It was super clean, clean towels, good soaps, etc. When I walked in, the heating was on and it was super warm (in February). The tube station Gorla is literally 10 footsteps away and there’s no noice from the street, inside the house is quite. The gentleman that does check-in and cleaning, Jose, is amazing and even offered to help me carrying my suitcase. He was already at the property and came downstairs waiting for my arrival. Very good energy and vibe, I loved the experience. From the place to Milano Rho is 45 mins by metro, however it’s one line, no change, so still good. Milano centre is very close, though, 6-8 stops on a single metro journey. One thing to note, there’s no lift, it’s on a 2nd/3rd floor, not so bad if you can walk up the stairs.

• Pasquale (4/5): Da non ripetere - La vicinanza alla metro L’appartamento è colorato e carino ma sporco e ubicato al 4 piano senza ascensore. Bisogna percorrere un lungo corridoio buio. Il soffitto mansardato è molto basso.

Заявленная бесплатная парковка выключенная в стоимость отсутствует, свободных мест рядом очень мало и все они платные в дневные часы, найти автомат для оплаты было большой проблемой, хозяйка квартиры отвечает на сообщения более 1 и даже 2 часов, нам пришлось потерять пару часов ожидая ключи, квартира находится на мансардном этаже - если у вас багаж - это неудобно, квартира старая, отопление регулируется автоматически в режиме экономии. Нам не повезло - мы не могли вообще попасть в квартиру несколько раз т к сломался замок в под’езде. И происходила его замена. Больше всего напрягало, что администрация очень долго не отзывалась на наши сообщения.
• Simon Komi (4/5): Ville de Milan sympa et attrayante mais hébergement pas digne. - Le propriétaire a fait l’effort d’ajouter un ventilateur à la climatisation pour essayer d’atténuer la température élevée de la pièce(comble aménagé). 1- l’adresse était fausse 2- le lit n’était pas fait jusqu’à 15h. Nous avions dû donner un peu de temps à la femme de ménage d’enlever les draps anciens et fait le nettoyage de la chambre avant d’intégrer la chambre. 4- les stores roulants des verrières son tous défectueux laissant entrer la lumière du jour sur le lit et dans la chambre. Tandis que celles(Verieres) des toilettes n’ont même pas de stores et qui vous exposent au vue indiscrète des voisins par leur fenêtres 3- Malgré cela, nous avions payé une taxe de 50€ sans avoir les raisons valables. Comment Booking.com a pu homologuer cette chambre à la location? Désolé de le dire mais c’est aussi la responsabilité du site de location.

I liked the skylight windows through which you could see the stars at night. The radiators were warm only in the evening, between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.; the rest of the time, the apartment was a bit cold. Although we booked the apartment for three people, we were given only one partially used roll of toilet paper, which was insufficient, and due to the holidays we couldn’t buy more. The bed sheets were not white, which did not give the impression that they were clean.

• Oana (3/5): Nu recomand - Singurul mare avantaj a fost că apartamentul se afla foarte aproape de stația de metrou. La aproximativ 10 minute de mers pe jos era un Carrefour deschis non-stop și erau câteva restaurante în jur. Nici nu știu de unde să încep: - curățenia a fost făcută superficial: așternuturile aveau un miros foarte neplăcut și erau pătate, prosoapele miroseau îngrozitor, pe jos nu era spălat - starea apartamentului lasă de dorit: este aflat la mansardă și toți pereții sunt plini de mucegai datorită umidității mari; mobilierul pentru haine (dressing-ul) nu este funcțional, ușile nu se deschid-închid; patul are un sistem ciudat și salteaua fuge de la loc, iar pe lângă asta are niște sertare care nu se deschid, dar scârțâie foarte tare - vesela de bucătărie era murdară: căni cu cafea întărită pe fund, farfurii pline de grăsime - facilități menționate în anunț, dar lipsă în apartement: nu există cuptor cu microunde, iar aparatul de cafea este de fapt un mocca - căldura nu funcționează: a fost rece în apartament, oar când am sesizat acest lucru proprietarului ni s-a spus că încă nu s-a pornit încălzirea în Milano, dar avem la dispoziție o pătură în plus în dulap (murdară și urât morositoare). Am încercat să ne încălzim cu aparatul de aer condiționat, însă acesta scoate niște sunete insuportabile. - geamurile sunt într-o stare foarte proastă, ne-a fost frică să ne apropiem de ele, nici nu a fost loc de ideea de a le deschide, părea că nu le vom putea închide la loc - ne-am ales cu multe mușcături de țânțari (pereții sunt plini de țânțari striviți) Mare atenție: pozele prezentate peste tot pe internet sunt foarte amestecate; proprietarul are mai multe apartamente, iar pozele sunt amestecate.

The biggest issue was the extremely unpleasant smell in the hallway, which turned out to be coming from the gas pipes, indicating a gas leak. This posed a serious safety hazard and made the stay uncomfortable and unsafe. In addition, we did not feel that the apartment was properly maintained, and communication with the host was unsatisfactory given the seriousness of the situation. Moreover, he reassured me that everything was fine. I am attaching photos of the condition of the gas installations so you can judge for yourself. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant stay

• Jasmina (9/5): - Apartment was clean, everything was like in pictures. Near apartment is a metro station same as market who works 24/7 which is a big plus. Our bigest flaw is handling the keys. Our flight was late so we were in hurry to pick up keys because the woman was waiting for us for a while. We end up paying taxi just to get there and we were stressed. Apartment doesn’t have options for leaving luggage before or after check in-check out.

I had to wash the towers and put it on the bed as bedding cloth, that managed to escape from the flea bites.

Proprietario gentilissimo e garbato, anche la signora addetta alle pulizie, molto gentile. Camera profumatissima, pulita, e a 3 minuti dalla metropolitana. Zona servitissima di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente per la disponibilità del proprietario corredata da questo appartamentino molto carino. Nulla da dire. Unica pecca, se pecca può dirsi, un secondo piano rialzato senza ascensore, che potrebbe essere scomodo se si hanno tanti bagagli.. ma molto carino e silenzioso.
• Charlotte (9/5): Great location for visiting Milan - Less than 2 minute walk to the metro provides easy access to Milan. Parking is available and although it was street parking we didn't have any concerns about the safety of the vehicle. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed maximising the space. Kitchen and laundry equipment is within the apartment. The air conditioning was very effective. Drains smelt a funny but we did experience this in other places in Italy so not sure if it is a common issue. The lift wasn't working while we were there which wasn't a problem for us but it is up 70+ stairs.
• Roland (9/5): Eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft in guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, um alle Ziele in Mailand unkompliziert erreichen zu können. Metrostation nur 100 m entfernt. In der Umgebung genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Die Ankunft war etwas holprig, weil die Adresse nicht mit dem Eingang identisch ist. Dazu gesellten sich sprachliche Hindernisse - die allerdings durch Freundlichkeit ausgeglichen wurden. Wir hätten eine klarere Beschreibung der Umstände (Lift defekt/Eingang Via etc../freies Parken vor der Tür - trotz großer Schilder ) bevorzugt.
• Anja (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Mailand Trip - super Anbindung an U-Bahn - Super Lage, U-Bahn-Station nur 200 m entfernt. Wohnung hat eine gute Größe für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Dankbar für die Klimaanlage, da die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist und entsprechend warm. Auf der Etage wurde eine Wohnung kernsaniert, entsprechend lärmintensiv war der Montag Morgen. Zugang ins Haus ist nicht die angegebene Adresse, sondern um die Ecke.

• Sandra (4/5): - Els llits eren còmodes i els coixins també. L'apartament disposa de molts serveis que si viatges t'ho posen còmoda. L'apartament està situat a 2 min a una estació metro que això és positiu i per la zona on està a fora del centre el preu està bé. La Victoria que va ser la persona que ens va donar les claus molt atenta i servicial. S'han de pujar 70 esglaons. No ens vem fixar nosaltres en els comentaris que no hi havia ascensor. El bany feia mala olor i a dins feia molta calor. En la nostra estada l'aparell d'AC no va funcionar i les temperatures de les habitacions eren de 30 a 32 grau fet que no vam poder descansar gens durant la nit. És important saber també que s'ha de portar antifaç ja que a partir de les 6-7 del matí entra molta claror. Els armaris per guardar la roba de viatge alguns estan plens de llençols i tovalloles fet que dificulta poder-la ordenar.
• Aissata (10/5): Reposant - Le logement est vraiment spacieux, très propre et j'ai également apprécié la déco et il est vraiment à 5 min du métro ce qui est vraiment super. On peut donc rejoindre en une vingtaine de minutes les monuments et se balader un peu partout. Juste le fait qu'il soit au dernier étage mais ça se monte assez rapidement.

• Hui (7/5): good for budget trip and backpacker - the studio-typed space is great for 2 person. they have washing machine which is a plus for longer period traveler, it will be best if they provide detergent. The rooftop attic design is special. Veronica was attentive , although we can’t communicate but she tried her best to use translation app to communicate and help us with the luggage you have to climb 3 floors to the room. But the host will help you to bring luggage up. Some water leakage at the kitchen and there’s no floor mat for the bathroom
• Hassan (8/5): Very cosy and nice apartment with good location. Long stairs is the only issue. - The location was amazing with a couple of minutes walk from metro station M1. This metro station goes directly to the city center in a 15-20 minutes trip. The apartment itself was very cozy and had good views. It has air conditions (AC) installed which was really helpful as the temperature reached 30 C during our visit. The apartment include all the required facilities. Having two bedrooms provide the required privacy when traveling as a family. The stairs are very long. I had my mother in-law during my trip and it was really hard for her to go up and down the stairs each day. In addition, I had my child stroller but we just kept the stroller by the stairs in the ground floor as it would be extremely hard to carry it up and down the stairs each time we leave the apartment. The apartment location listed in Booking.com was not accurate as well. We went there but didn't find entrance to the apartment. Unfortunately, my mobile phone didn't work in Italy so I wasn't able to call the hosts directl and had to rely on Booking messaging. This leads us to wait around 30 minutes until we managed to meet the host and gets access to the apartment. The correct address for the building is Via Privata Pirano 7.

• Szczepan (9/5): Nothing more you need to enjoy your visit :) - All most convenient. The host had nothing against very late arrival, around midnight. Welcomed us, spoke and wrote good English (via messenger, sms), even brought our suitcase up the stars (!) The location of this apartment is incredible. 2 minutes walk to M1 metro line. Shops, cafes, all services close, even a Saturday local market. We had all what`s needed provided. Really hard to find anything to complain. Thank you.
• Diána (9/5): Perfect apartment for couples - The apartment was very cozy, comfortable and well equipped. There were extra blankets in the cupboard, a nice kitchen and a bathroom, with a washing maschine. Perfect if you want to stay for a longer period. The apartment is basically next to the metro station, very well located. The only negative aspect was getting the keys. We communicated a day in advance our arrival time and no one waited for us. I called, but I could not reach the host, and when someone called us back ~30 minutes later, once again we were asked when we would arrive - us already waiting there. We were dead tired and it started to rain, so we were very frustrated. Maybe it was just an unlucky day for them, and this was just an exception, but I would suggest to send reminders before check-in about the arrival time.

• Rafunzel (7/5): Nice play to stay for a couple of days - The location was nice - a minute away from the metro. It was warm and it was clean. There were quite a few appliances in the kitchen. For a several-day-stay I would say it's perfect. The place feels a bit worn off (probably from the many guests) and some of the appliances were broken (the hair dryer was fried). Being on the last floor is a bit of a challenge if you have to go several times a day.

The man the gave me the keys was very patient. The house had amenities. The internet was great. There was no way to have windows open. No breeze. It felt a bit hard to sleep at night. I would suggest to have at least one working window that could stay open for a while. A very small bathroom door.

• Omar (9/5): This home is a must whenever you come to Milan - Lovely apartment, everything was perfect, especially kitchen, bath and beds. Generous host, responding on time about all things you might need. Metro station less than 100m away. Check-in and check-out smoothly made, thanks to Michele and Caterina. We wish we had stayed longer.

• Massimo (7/5): Good - Location superb. Close to metro, cafes and restaurants and shops. Lovely old building in a trendy area. Manager responsive to issues with toilet and shower. Third floor no lift but that was something we missed when choosing. Mosquito nets in all windows were broken so couldn't have windows open. The bed was very low and only about 30cm from the wall, making it difficult to get in and out of.
• Elizabeth1313 (7/5): Good - Apartments have quite good location near metro station and 24/7 grocery store. Host was flexible with check-in and wait for us until we come from the airport. Bed was squeaky and shaking
• Prokopiak (10/5): Actually, I didn’t expect it to be so good) - Everything was just nice- clean and cosy , with all necessary stuff, just 2 minutes walk to the metro station . A great apartment if you are going to stay for a couple of days.
• Kotryna (10/5): All in all, a wonderful stay - The host was super friendly, the location is perfect, easy access to the city centre and central train station. Very spacious apartment with a big bathroom. Altogether very clean and quiet accomodation Dish soap and a sponge would be nice to have. The bedding was without covers and it was a bit cold at night
• Vicki (9/5): Great apartment - Great location near the metro. Very comfortable. Michele was very helpful. Well appointed apartment with good facilities. There was no lift to the apartment, which was on the 3rd floor with many steps. It was OK when not carrying luggage but difficult with. Fortunately Michele helped us carry it upstairs.

• Batuhan (10/5): Exceptional - It is very close to the metro station and the neighborhood has lots of opportunities. We loved the house so much.
• Gabor (10/5): Good location for affordable price. - There was everything good. Close to M1 metro station. The closest italian style, chinese owned restaurant is quite good. Maybe a microwave oven would be adequate.

• Darja (9/5): Superb - Perfect for the price, quiet, well equipped, clean, metro station and cafes are just one step away. I would stay again There is no elevator, stairs are ok, but when it is 35C and you have heavy bags - may become a challenge. Bathroom door is not high (for my height 165cm is enough). I would reccomend to change old tea cups, other dishes are nice.
• Sabrina (8/5): Very pleasant, Michele very helpful - Very cosy and airco helpful with the warm The stairs to get to the apartment 😂 but the apartment itself there’s nothing bad to say about it
• Kar (10/5): Exceptional - The place is 1min from the Metro, which is super convenience. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out. He nicely introduced the room and facilities. The room and toilet is very clean and tidy. There is a washing laundry and a stove and oven, which allows you to cook. Very recommended.
• Lucija (9/5): My stay at casa gorla - The apartment is very niceand the metro station is close. I loved that they have an oven and a stove (and spices!!) because we were cooking everyday. Also i have curly hair, and the hair dryer with the difuser made me so happy. Thank you for everything. The apartment is a little bit far out of city centre. Also a little bit more dishes for cooking would be nice! Other than that everything was great

• Szabolcs (10/5): Relaxant si de calitate. - it is a quiet area, the apartment was very clean, it had all the facilities for a mini vacation in Milan, the metro was very close, as well as shops, bakeries and restaurants, a very nice and great place, with great pleasure and next time!
• Viktoria (10/5): Exceptional - If you understand that this is a rooftop apartment, then you should like it. The location is super, ideal: you can get to the central station by metro (one change, but convenient), and to the Duomo - a direct metro line. There are several small restaurants with delicious pizza and traditional dishes. A large supermarket is 10 minutes away.
• Kseniya (10/5): Great value for the money! If we go to Milan again, we know where we’ll stay’ - Everything was clean, the apartment was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay here!
• Daniela (10/5): Very good accommodation in a great location, just 2minutes from the metro. Nice and very clean 10/10 - The location is perfect, 2minutes from metro. The accommodation was super clean, nice and the kitchen was well equipped.
