• Robert (10/5): What a relaxing and chilled out place, in such a beautiful area - The attention to detail was amazing, there was everything you needed for a chill out stay, we were lucky with the weather, the cold dip bath was so refreshing then into the sauna was the pinnacle for me. The retreat was so peaceful which was surprising because how close it is to the main road, I probably had the best night sleep ever,, I’ll definitely be returning at some point this year again, thank you Heidi x I honestly got nothing to mention about the property, it was just perfect

We struggled with the bed we found it to have a dip in the middle that really affected our nights sleep. We kept rolling into one another - if this was sorted the property would be exceptional!

• Sophie (10/5): amazing - The garden retreat was literally in one word - amazing! The interior design was beautiful, Heidi you did a brill job at making the place cosy and lush. We had everything there for such a good price. Heidi the owner even gave us a tour to know where everything was and she was such a lovely person, she had such a great aura about her. We wish we could have stayed longer, there were no concerns or issues with the stay. Heidi even provided us with breakfast for the morning which was such a nice gesture. 100% would recommended. We will be back.

• David (8/5): Pretty and well equipped accommodation. - Love setting with more facilities than you could wish for. We visited on a Monday and a large number of pubs/restaurants were closed including a number of takeaways, we did however find an amazing restaurant in Laugharne called Browns Hotel.
• Ffion (10/5): Exceptional - What a relaxing place! We had the most lovely afternoon and evening at the Garden Retreat, and felt truly rested after our stay. The fully stocked fridge was such a nice touch, and the hot tub was fantastic! We will highly recommend the property to family and friends!

• Jason (10/5): Beautiful Lodge, and grounds, Made our stay so fun but also relaxing. Will stay longer next time! - Everything, from the size of the retreat to the decor inside the property. Was a beautifully presented lodge, and the facilities were tremendous. We wish we had booked a longer stay now! The host was lovely, and she thought of everything, wouldn't change anything she did in the lodge and the grounds. She even gave us a gift and made sure the fridge had the necessities for our stay. We had such a fun time especially with dracula, one of the resident cats! Can't wait to book again when the sauna is finished :-) Only request would have been to have some sort of curtain for privacy with the hot tub. Nothing

Heidi goes above and beyond and she should be very proud of what she has achieved here . I was scared I would dirty the oven, oven trays are needed and that’s about it!! lol Loved the fact there was butter jam eggs bread juice milk tea coffee and a gift - perfect! Liked the Alexa and smart tv! Even a coffee machine with pods. We literally couldn’t fault anything!

Bed was super comfortable, had the best night sleep. Our (not so little) puppy, Odin enjoyed having an explore around the garden. The hot tub was an excellent bonus, so relaxing! Odin was confused why he couldn’t join us in there haha! We will definitely be back again! Can’t recommend this place enough. Perfect night stay! The purpose built timber cabin is stunning, and even more impressive after finding out that the fantastic host Heidi actually built it herself … As a carpenter myself I can appreciate how impressive that is even for a seasoned professional carpenter… The garden is a relaxing modern sanctuary that is perfect for winding down at the end of the day or even first thing in the morning to enjoy your breakfast.. Having to leave at the end of the stay …

• Jen (10/5): Beautiful quite getaway - Really enjoyed our stay. It was just what we wanted. It was the first time we took our dog away with us and wanted somewhere that would suit us and the dog. Garden was stunningly spacious and secure so that we could let the dog out unsupervised. There was plenty of seating options in the garden if you wanted the sun or the shade. There was a hot tub and a cold bath outside, which was a great option if we decided to use them. The holiday let was beautiful. Really clean with the most wonderful smell for our entire stay. It was really tastefully done. We stayed for 3 nights. There was a fridge freezer which meant we could take our own food. The kitchen had all the things that you would need, with high end appliances. During our stay we visited Narberth which was a 15 minute drive and Tenby which was a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely recommend if you want a quite getaway. Thank you for our stay Heidi. There's nothing we didn't like. It was just what we were looking for.
• Joanne (10/5): Absolute gem of a property in easy reach of Pembrokeshire's finest areas. - We were met by a member of the hosts family, who handed over the keys, showed us around the property, and explained how the hot tub worked to my husband. Could not have been friendlier and the lovely touch of birthday banner and balloons to celebrate my husbands birthday was unexpected! The property itself is beautiful. It looks almost brand new and is decorated immaculately. We couldn't have asked for anything more, to be honest. Lovely sitting area, fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom... what more could anyone want? The hot tub area is shared, but there are screens to make it more private. There is also a sauna under construction, which will be a real bonus. The outdoor seating areas - there are three, plus a hammock - are all really thoughtfully laid out. There are 9 cats at the owners property, including a gaggle of kittens. They were inquisitive and didn't take much coaxing to join us during the evening when we sat out. Parking is off-road, and straightforward. Heidi had been in contact with me before arrival with really useful written directions. They also offer What3Words directions, if required. We can't wait to return to Garden Retreat Wales - an absolute gem! Having to come home!
• Amy (10/5): Peaceful very modern little house ❤️ - We loved everything about this retreat it was so cosy, modern loved the deco and how it’s as all planned out, it had everything you needed. Very cosy, the settee was the comfiest settee we’ve had and the bed was super soft this is a big plus as places we’ve stayed in are lovely but most of the time have a bad mattress or hard settee. So it was nice to sit and relax. The garden was fully enclosed for the dogs which was great and so peaceful could have sat out there all day. Wish we had booked for longer, didn’t want to leave. Lovely Host who couldn’t do enough, with little grifts and cakes on arrival which is a nice finishing touch. Will definitely be returning. Nothing to dislike here it’s perfect
• Ricky (10/5): Absolutely beautiful place to stay - I couldn’t fault the place at all, It was absolutely amazing. Chris & Heidi are fantastic hosts, The property was clean, quiet and relaxed. The evening looks beautiful with the outdoor lights too. The hot tub was ready to use, The bed is so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. There is a Theme Park 20.mins away, Very close to the beaches (15.mins) . Look forward to staying again There was nothing there I didn’t like, Everything was perfect from arrival to end.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, there were wonderful breakfast options, so many outdoor spaces to relax in and such a cosy and stylish interior. Easy parking on site. I loved the hot tub looking out into the garden and the ice bath too. There are beautiful castles and coast to explore locally, but you may not want to leave the retreat as it's like a magical world of beauty and tranquility. Nothing, it surpassed all expectations. We've never stayed anywhere so special and we are frequent travellers.
