Bisanti (10/5): Un loft nel cuore di Catania - Struttura curata nei minimi particolari anche quelli che non ti aspetteresti, accogliente tecnologicamente avanzata e con ogni tipo di comfort in una posizione strategica a Catania, meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle! Si vede che la proprietaria impiega dedizione e passione in quello che offre.
Rosario (10/5): WOW EXPERIENCE - The property is at the very heart of the city well connected to all services useful to enjoy Catania even if for a short visit as we did. The kitchen facility was useful but not used as the property is near to shops and restaurants providing amazing food for a cheap price. Nothing special. Just avoid the most acclaimed shops Savia and Spinella in Catania. Enjoy small shops and businesses where surely you can find excellent services and products provided by friendly people.
Zahir (2/5): Terrible experience with one of those money-focused landlord. AVOID - The property was clean except the towels which had a spider in them. Check in was easy and location was good The most evil, money focused, deluded landlord. There was water drainage issue in the bathroom where water was flooding the bathroom which has a few steps causing a MAJOR slip hazard. The landlord’s response was “no body reported this issue before” and at some point she called me “liar!” As well as kicked us out of the property when I stood up for my rights. Unfortunately booking didn’t help and the landlord didn’t fix the issue. We had to leave the property and rented though Airbnb which was a total delight and rescue at the end. Following this experience I would never stay at this property even if the water issue was fixed and even if it was for free. Also I would never rent though bookings for the terrible way they dealt with this issue.
