- Richell (5/5): - It was quite Price
Not clean
- Shaw (1/5): Shithole!! - Price. Everything!!
Damn locomotive train fly's by almost every hour and rattle the whole place!!!
Extremely noisy part-time residents at Hotel yelling and screaming every evening at the Hotel parking lot, disturbing the peace for everyone!
Terrible part of town of town obviously!
- Mike (2/5): - Had to go buy cleaner to clean the floors and bathroom. The towel was black when we were done. Had to go buy towels due to theres being dirty not stained just not cleaned
- Lars (2/5): Only for the desperate. - The property turns out to be next to rail tracks. Major train noise in the middle of the night. Door had been through heck and had no extra security. Neighborhood was scary bad. No light by bed. TV was broadcast and reception was terrible. Most importantly, no AC in heatwave .
But the fridge was large and there was a kitchen range and sink. So for really cheap extended stay with earplugs, maybe.
- Keith (4/5): - I like the layout of the room. The fridge and the microwave worked. The bathroom seemed have been updated recently. There was a ceiling light that lit the whole room. However, some of the other bad reviews proved to be correct. There was a very bad smell in the room, which I attribute to a sewer vent outside that wasn’t capped properly. The towels were so dirty. I would not have used them on my dog. Bed linens were pretty dingy as well. There were two side tables, but no lamp by either one so you had to get up to turn off the lights before retiring. I think this could be a respectable property with some work.
- sarah (8/5): - It is a good motel to stay in if you want to pay zero deposit
- Justin (2/5): - Not kiol
- Sammy (8/5): Very good -
- Ryan (10/5): Beautiful Budget Inn - My girlfriend and I stayed here for our weekend retreat to beautiful Portland. We were kindly welcomed by the owner who checked us in and gave us our key. We conveniently parked directly in front of our room. We entered the room and were surprised to see a beautifully cleaned room with a comfortable bed and entire kitchenette to give us options to store food in the fridge and cook if we felt inclined. There is a lack of bathroom space and the room and furniture exemplify wear and tear with some odor. If you’re okay with the sound of the occasional train and are spending a majority of your time enjoying Portland and need a kind and welcoming environment to rest your head, this is the place!
- Jorge (2/5): Ghetto Motel - Will not recommend to anyone! Smells like homeless people live there! Terrible smell that gives you a headache plus trains goes through every 30-45 minutes! Scary to walk around!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Didn't have reservation. - Didn't have my reservation when I showed up and then proceeded to call me or text me to say they found it. I went to a motel 6.. very disappointing and still wondering if hotels.com will ever refund it.
- Sarah (8/5): Price is good for the extra amenities such as frid - It was good for me to stay in the motel and they offered to rent out rooms with entire kitchens but I was just in a room with a microwave and fridge and that alone covers All my main conditions needed met 4 me to stay in the room...
- Sarah (4/5): I was happy to see that I had a fridge and micro.. - At first I was happy to see i had a microwave and fridge i soon was just as let down by the way it worked witch was barely at all.....
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Built 5ft away from a very active railroad and staffed by people who hate you, the Budget is a fantastic place to take the family for a weekend getaway of hard drugs and questionable life choices.
5 stars, would stay again.
- Ron (8/5): Great Big "Comeback" - The property was very quiet and seemed very secured. There was no foot traffic outside and our doors face the parking lot and street. The last time I stayed here I was very disappointed in everything. This was like a different property. To be honest I didn't stay long enough to dislike any part of the property or staff.
- Kyle (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ron (5/5): Embarrassed for booking, budget, and me. - No cancellation fee. Very quiet. I needed the time to do some writing, meditating, and thinking about future plans, I was able to do that. Bad lighting, squinted a lot or used my flashlight. No counter space in bathroom, no towel rack. Towel fell in toilet. Curtains on kitchen and living room windows, wrong size, old and ripped also. No channels, basic only. No phone. 1 trash can, small in in living room.
- Ron (6/5): The Budget Inn, no The botched inn - I liked the solitude, I am going through some chaos in my life and I needed to think for a few days. I was able to do that. The property is not big, very lite traffic, quiet. Absolutely zero counter space in the bathroom, my towel landed in the toilet. There were like 6 channels total on the cable, Not nearly enough lighting in any room, dark and hard to see. The bed was a metal frame like a cot. The middle frame on the end and on both sides of the frame stuck out about 3-4 inches, I stubbed my toe at least 7 -8 times. No room phone, it's 2024. Wow!! Price over $100/day.
- Gustavo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elmore (7/5): Good -
- Strong (1/5): Horrible - Nothing. Bed covers were filthy and full of holes, bed frame was broken and sagged badly, oven door was falling off, no hot water in the shower, and the room stank.
- Tran (9/5): Superb -
- Emmet (1/5): Absolutely horrible. - There wasn’t much to like. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, there were burn holes in the sheets as well as long hairs in the bed. The towels had stains on them and the pillows were filthy. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Truly disturbing.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - How everybody stayed to them self The ants all over the kitchen
- Kymber (10/5): Exceptional - Everything NA
- Malama (1/5): Bad -
