• Anastasiia (7/5): - Новые достаточно чистые домики. Если приехать летом,то был бы еще и свой пляж. В санузлах очень неприятный запах. Сам дом весьма странной конструкции,на первом этаже кухня и санузел. А на втором спальное место с душевой! Но!!! На второй этаж надо переходить по лестнице которая находится на улице. Нам было очень не комфортно переходить туда в дождь. Да и вещи тащить туда-сюда. Как можно было придумать такое сооружение,непонятно. И конечно же очень шумно от дороги.

Al momento del check in (in linea con l'orario previsto dalla struttura) ci sono state consegnate le chiavi dell'appartamento da quella che supponiamo essere stata un'inserviente,che ci ha richiesto il pagamento immediato ed in contanti della somma dovuta (senza il rilascio di alcuna ricevuta a testimonianza). Nella stanza pagata 60USD non c'erano asciugamani e mancavano acqua corrente ed elettricità!!!! Dopo mille lamentele ed almeno un'ora dopo siamo riusciti ad avere il collegamento dell'acqua con la promessa che l'elettricità sarebbe stata attiva a partire dalle 18 (eravamo arrivati verso le 15!!!) Una struttura cara per il Kirghizistan che non offre nemmeno i servizi essenziali di un qualsiasi hotel!! Aggiungo che la struttura, completamente isolata,avrebbe dovuto offrire un servizio per la cena (ovviamente a pagamento) che,invece, ci hanno comunicato non essere in funzione....e l'orario e il luogo per la colazione (compresa nel prezzo)non ci sono mai stati indicati!!

• Vladimir (7/5): Nine place I would return to with my family - This is likely the only place of that level on the south side of the lake. Opened in 2024 this js a truly modern accommodation especially when comparing to the neighbourhood. The electricity issues. They need replacing the electricity converter for the site to prevent potential fire accidents in the future. Besides that, not all houses would have an equal lake view as some windows look into the neighbours walls.

Обслуживание и на рецепш, и в столовой отлич - Прекрасное место отдыха, здесь, в этом посёлке Тон отдыхают киргизы, снимают и эти коттеджи, и юрты га пляже, обычно на несколько дней. Мы были 12 дней - долгожители, можно сказать. Коттедж очень понравился, удобный, новый,,все есть и в доме , и на кухне. А вид с балкона на озеро , просто великолепен. В оплату был включён завтрак мы ещё брали ужин и этого ужина нам хватало и на обед следующего дня, просто там был суп, очень наваристый , основное блюдо , салат , фрукты....суп мы оставляли на обед, очень удобно, разогревали в микроволновке. И щавтрауи, и ужины нам понравились.Особенно хочется поблагодарить девушку на рецепшене, помогала нам организовывать поездки по прекрасным природным достопримечательностям, была она внимательна и отзывчива. На пляже полным ходом идёт благоустройство, через какое то время там будет ещё лучше. Есть променад, по нему мы гуляли вечерами. Так как много отдыхают семей, нет шума и музыки до ночи, в 11-12 вечера все утихает, все спят. Кому нужны дискотеки и бары - это на северное побережье. Вода чистая, берег песчаный. Короче, это место для тех, кто не любит суету, шум и можно окунуться в национальную атмосферу, мы , на протяжении всего отдыха были единственные изРоссии , которые там отдыхали на постоянной основе. Ну, так, немного про уборку, видимо она вообще не была предусмотрена или надо было просить. Нас это не напрягало, но бельишко и полотенца можно было б за 12 дней поменять . Думаю, если б попросили , все сделали, а так.... надеюсь, этот вопрос они решат, когга люди приезжают не на пару дней. Рядом проходит дорога, иногда от грузовиков( а там строят дороги) есть вибрация и шум, днем не напрягает, на ночь лучше беруши и на глаза маску, так как шторы просвечивают, но все это индивидуальное и не напрягало.

• Vishnu (9/5): A lovely spot by the lake with warm hospitality - The host and staff were great—very friendly and helpful. The location has a private access to the lake, which is perfect for short walks and swimming. A nice local breakfast was also provided. It was a bit difficult to carry the luggage to the top floor. The apartment shakes when big trucks pass by, and some renovation work is ongoing—I hope it improves accessibility soon.
• Cheyenne (6/5): Nice view but disappointing stay - First of we were greeted by the very welcoming and friendly receptionist and were in awe of the phenomenal location right by Issyk Kul. The cabin has a great view and the mattress was very comfortable, also the food can be vegetarian friendly, just needed to communicate it to the kitchen directly. Here is some feedback how to improve the experience of the guests: Cleanliness: -We arrived and both toilets (top and bottom) were dirty and did not flush -The description mentions a fully functioning TV, but the TV was not even plugged in and had no cables attached (so we couldn’t do it ourselves) -The towels we received were dirty -The cabins all still had crumbs inside -Inside the kitchen cabinet, the supplies and mugs were still wet and cutlery was still unwashed -There were dead flies on many countertops -We expected to have full kitchenware (as mentioned in description here on booking), but we had nothing to cook ourselves a meal -Basics were missing as: Sponge, Soap (Kitchen as well as bathroom), towel to dry dishes, no knives, plates don’t fit in microwave (which is the only tool to cook anything)
• Sabr (8/5): Very good - The accommodation is serene and perfectly tucked away from the crowded beaches, making it a peaceful escape. The facilities were modern and sufficient, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the full breakfast was 🌟 . I suggest more attention to detail in the cleaning process. While the room was generally tidy and neat, I noticed leftover items from previous guests. A bit more thoroughness would elevate the guest experience.

Friendly staff There is no clips/hooks for curtains at the balcony so you cannot see beautiful view without manually rolling curtains up.need to fix balcony door locker

• Criska4 (9/5): It was a lovely stay with Nest House! Thank you! We will surely come back to Kyrgyzstan! - My friends and I loved the rooms. They're spacious, new, and comfy. We stayed on December 24, winter, and ordered dinner for a simple Christmas celebration. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. However, we had some challenges communicating since they don't speak english. Thankfully, we had our tour guide with us, so we got some help. They also provided free accommodation for our tour guide, which was so kind of them. Awesome place! Great location and yummy food! We didn't have the heater on the 2nd floor. It was about -4 degrees! It was so cold!
