• jose antonio (10/5): Estancia perfecta. Tres parejas de españoles - Utilizamos tres estudios ( éramos tres parejas de amigos españoles). Buena ubicación, muy céntrico. Parking cercano gratuito. Buen equipamiento doméstico, incluso un botiquín y el detalle de las cápsulas de café y el aceite. La ducha muy cómoda de usar. En general todo muy bien. Hemos viajado por toda europa y hablamos con conocimiento de causa.Las ventanas eléctricas y la domótica muy bien, buena cubertería y buenos electrodomésticos El ascensor a veces se atascaba entre plantas
• Marta (9/5): Great, comfortable apartment! - The apartment was spacious and had lots of natural light. The layout made for a very comfortable stay, and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and staples we needed. Checking in was very easy! The WiFi didn't work the week we were there. The host was responsive and tried to reboot the router remotely but it didn't fix the issue.

Bem equipado com máquina de lavar loiça, máquina de lavar roupa, forno, microondas, máquina de café , jarro elétrico, loiça. Para comodida térmica, dispunha de ar condicionado. Mobiliário existente bastante confortável e adequado á funcionalidade. Acredito que por cortesia, haviam disponíveis pastilhas para ambas as máquinas, detergente para lavar loiça manual e respetiva esponja, saquetas de chá, café e açúcar, alguns temperos, shampoo e gel de banho. Para além de tudo isto, um "miminho" de boas vindas diferente e especial 😊 Equipa sempre disponível e prestável. Nada a apontar

• Catherine (10/5): - Amazing location in the city center. Extremely clean and spacious - would definitely stay again! The walls were very thin so we could hear people whenever they were coming through the main entrance. With earplugs I was able to sleep though.
• Mathius (5/5): - L'emplacement central est parfait. Le logement est très propre. Parfaitement équipé. Il faut aimer le voyeurisme et le bruit. Il n'y a pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc soit vous vivez les volets fermés soit tout le monde partage votre quotidien! Notre fenêtre donnait sur 7 climatisations: impossible donc de dormir, même la fenêtre et le volet fermé.

• Pole68 (10/5): Appartamento ottimo per una vacanza di relax - Mi è piaciuto tutto. L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito, accessoriatissimo, perfino un pannello per controllare tapparelle elettriche, aria condizionata e luci. C'è lavatrice e lavastoviglie con detersivi già fornito, microonde, macchinetta della caffè con cialde. La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'inizio della zona pedonale e dal porto. Gli host gestiscono l'appartamento in modo esemplare. Credo che questo sia l'appartamento migliore in cuii è capitato di soggiornare. Il parcheggio non è un problema, nelle stradine attorno o nei parcheggi vicini. Consiglio un'auto piccola perché le strade sono spesso molto strette. Consigliatissimo 10+

• Chris (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Sao Miguel island - Comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities we needed. Very quiet location, ideally placed to explore Ponta Delgada on foot and the rest of the island with a hire car. The gin station is a nice touch :) As other reviewers have mentioned, the bathroom got quite steamed up - we left the radiator and extractor fan on for a bit longer, and this resolved the issue. We were usually able to park our hire car in the (very narrow) street outside the apartment, or luckily found a space in a free public car park (just a couple of minutes walk away), but I'm sure this could be tricky at busier times.

• Joshua (6/5): - Convenient location for restaurants, bars, and sights, as well as the free parking lot, all of which make walking or commuting very easy. The room felt “wet” all the time and so did everything in it, including our clothes, the bedding, towels, etc. if you showered, it was even worse- none of the towels were ever actually dry because they remained wet from having a shower. We couldn’t leave the windows open on account of rapid changes in weather. The mattress, as we didn’t realize until our last night, was actually upside down (springs were what we were sleeping on, not the pillow top). That made a lot more sense as to why we slept so poorly. Had we realized earlier, we’d had switched it ourselves.

• Anna (8/5): Sweet and efficient little studio. - Very efficiently designed space. Great little kitchen and fabulous shower. Nice to have a smart TV. Mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable. Staff could have stopped in upon check in to make sure we had all that we needed. We had to request a few things but they did respond via email. We were on the first floor and the traffic was too close and loud for us.

• Fermina (10/5): this island is a must see i would return❤️❤️ - We liked the location and how modern this accommodation was, plus the cleanliness The only issue we had was in parking as we had a car rental, i would advise others not to bother with car rentals if staying here, everything was within walking distance if you are able
• Juan Mauricio (7/5): - Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la ubicación Que a pesar de estar alojados 8 noches, no nos han cambiado las toallas, tampoco nos gusta el olor al entrar, nada más acceder al portal, huele mucho a humedad, creo que se puede poner un ambientador. La escoba que hay en la parte del portal, donde están los cubos para reciclare, parece de juguete, podían poner una escoba normal, no había un cubo con fregona para poder fregar el suelo de los baños. Creo que esto no es caro y mejoraría la estancia.
• Cátia (10/5): Não procures mais. Reserva este AL! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ - Tudo absolutamente perfeito. Viajamos imenso e ficamos em muitos hotéis e alojamentos... normalmente falta sempre alguma coisa. Este studio tem TUDO. Até coisas que nem sabíamos que precisávamos. Super completo e "smart" como diz o nome. Uma das melhores estadias de sempre. Recomendamos mesmo muito. Não se vão arrepender de ficar aqui. Há estacionamento gratuito a 1-2min a andar. Não há nada de mal a dizer. Tudo perfeito. Ficar num bom alojamento melhora uma viagem a 300% na minha opinião. Não procurem mais, reservem este!
