• Francisco Javier (9/5): Bien el apartamento cerca de laTorre de Hércules - El apartamento está muy bien, cerca de la Torre de Hércules y del Aquarium, buenas camas. El mantenimiento del apartamento, poco a poco se deteriorará más el techo del baño, cierre de armarios, no acceso a la terraza. Las almohadas no están a la altura de los colchones.

• Beatriz Sofía (9/5): Volveríamos a ir al alojamiento - Lo amplio que es alojamiento, es muy cómodo para 5 personas. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, de fácil acceso sin coche. No se escucha ruido por la noche, se puede descansar bien. Dispone de lavadora, viene super bien para estancias largas. Se accede al alojamiento con un código, fue muy cómodo para nosotros al ser 5. Las vistas a la Torre de Hércules son increíbles. Según la información pone que dispone de sillón-cama pero es un sillón normal, aunque es amplio, lo que está estropeado. No nos dejaron mantas, ni ropa de cama para poder dormir en el sillón. Pero todo esto lo compensa el resto del alojamiento.
• RICARD (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación Las instalaciones antiguas y sin vistas ningunas. Techo con humedades. Una ducha no iba. Sofá muy antiguo y sucio. Televisiones muy antiguas. Patio interior sin uso y sucio. Falta de limpieza. Faltaban cubiertos en cocina. Las fotos y publicidad no se ajusta a la realidad.

• Gustavo (8/5): - El alojamiento estuvo estupendo La despersonalización. Cuando llegamos no pudimos entrar porque estaba la limpiadora. Y cuando nos fuimos 11:01 ya no funcionaba el código Si hubiera habido alguien en el lugar para recibirnos o despedirnos. Hubiera sido excelente. Parece que todavía creo el trato entre humanos es mejor que la mensajería.

• Érica Sandra (5/5): Piso frío y segunda noche sin calefacción - La ubicación Tuvimos que llamar por varias veces para arreglar el tema de la calefacción. Nos han dicho que en 30 minutos llegaría un técnico. Después de 1 hora y 30 minutos llega un chico "por ciento majo" y intentando quitar el agua de todos los radiadores. Después de mucho insistir empezó a calentarte los radiadores "por una noche" al día seguimos Tuvimos que contactar con el personal para mirar otra vez los radiadores, caldera, que hiciera algo para nosotros tener calefacción en el apartamento, estábamos en familia con dos niños y nos han dejado esperando un técnico para nada, o sea...sin poder salir "porque teníamos que estar en el apartamento y pasamos frío toda la noche" horrible!

• Paola (10/5): Buono ma non mi ha entusiasmato - Alloggio con due camere e due bagni! Molto comodo Non c’è un vero tavolo da pranzo. In cucina c’è un’isola alta con degli sgabelli alti. Scomodi anche per una colazione veloce😒
• Isabel (7/5): - Es un apartamento amplio, situado a un paseíto del centro enfrente de la Torre de Hércules Sábanas limpias y toallas de baño grandes y limpias. Tiene parking grande. Para aquellos que tienen perro hay un parque para él delante. Un poco alto el precio. Mejoraría con algunos detalles: El jabón y papel higiénico ha sido escaso para 5 personas y 6 noches. Ofrecen estropajo y balleta, añadir lavavajillas a mano estaría bien. Una funda para el sofá quita y pon por las mascotas, como decía otro viajero, no estaría de más. Alguna silla más. Revisar cubertería.

• Kiran (9/5): Clean, comfortable and welcoming to A Coruna - It is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Feels spacious and easy to get around. The location is superb. Everything is accessible. Walking distance from most places. We hired a car but I would recommend walking as it’s just beautiful. The views are stunning. The location of the flat is top. Home away from home. Definitely recommend. Shower did not work but would have been great if it did as would have saved us time in the morning prepping. Perhaps could have provided with more cleaning supplies like washing liquid.
• Richard (8/5): A wonderful apartment in an excellent location, but needs more instructions/maintenance. - First impressions of the apartment were wonderful. The rooms are spacious with modern and upmarket appliances, well-furnished and clean. Communication with the management company was efficient and effective. There were issues, however, of which the management company need to be aware. Check in is by code. We stated that we would arrive after 5pm. We actually tried the door code at 4.50pm and the door would not open. It is possible that the digital lock is on a timer which will only allow entry after 5pm; if so, this information would have been useful. The keys to the garage were to found in the apartment, but no information as to where. After an intensive search the keys were found in a wardrobe with no clues as to their whereabouts. Regarding the garage keys: we were informed that the large key would open the garage door from the outside, it didn’t, but would open the door from the inside. This led to a rather complicated entrance procedure to the garage. Many items in the apartment we could not get to work effectively, there were no instructions to be found for any appliance, apart from the washing machine which worked fine. The TV in the living room appeared to be through a streaming box only and, despite intensive investigation with the remotes, it was not possible to effectively control TV channels. The TV in the kitchen did not work effectively at all. The dishwasher was malfunctioning as it didn’t release the tablet during use. The iron failed to function effectively. The spa bath and spa shower we couldn’t get to work in spa mode. There was no hair dryer, but when contacted, the management company provided one. There were no cleaning products provided: no tea towel, no washing-up liquid. There were only two large wine classes and very tiny cups. There was a breakfast bar in the kitchen, taking up a lot of room, with only bar stools to sit on. There was no dining table with comfortable chairs despite being room for one in the large living room The management company need to organise an employee to live in the apartment for a few days to see how frustrating some aspects of it can be.
• Matthieu (5/5): Passable - Clean flat One of the two showers didn't work, huge stains on the carpet and lots of cigarette burns on the sofa. Plus the staff were not real, just a chatbot giving pre-written messages. I've asked for the shower to be fixed, they promised to come the next day, they never did.
• Albite (10/5): The property was very spacious for a family of 5. Very close to everything and the car garage a + - it was a little noisy outside for me because I sleep lightly but we would rent here again because the place was very nice.
