• Sanders (9/5): A real and comfortable Rome apartment! - The host was amazing and communicated well. She went above and beyond. With the window open at night it was very comfortable. The shower was cold but it did feel good after a hot day walking Rome. I couldn’t figure out if the AC worked.

Qui non si tratta di un disguido, ma di una scelta precisa: TRATTENERE SOLDI CHE ANDREBBERO RESTITUITI. Un modo di operare inaccettabile. VERGOGNA! Plutôt propre dans l’ensemble La chambre minuscule, très bruyant car nous étions sur le palier de l’immeuble donc impossible de dormir avec les vas et viens des voisins. On venait pour le marathon de Rome et on a pas pu se reposer. Peu de pression dans la douche et donc peu d’eau chaude. C’était très petit, mon compagnon faisant 1m95 avait du mal à se mouvoir alors que sur les photos ça paraissait mieux. L’hôte a insisté pour qu’on paie la taxe de séjour en espèce alors qu’on en avait pas et qu’on voulait une trace …

• Laura (6/5): Una estancia ok, pero calidad/precio, es caro - Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la ubicación, una zona muy tranquila, bien comunicada con bus/tren y cerca de Santa María La Mayor y el Coliseo (a unos 10 minutos andado). También nos guardaron las maletas antes de la hora del check in y después de la hora del check out, pudiendo disfrutar mejor de la ciudad. Responden rápido vía booking si se tiene algún problema. El agua de la ducha no salía con mucha presión, tardaba en calentarse e incluso salía helada a ratos. Durante una estancia de seis días, solo hubo reposición de papel higiénico y toallas un día.

• Shiro (10/5): 最初戸惑ったけど環境は最高だった。 - まず環境としてテルミニ駅から直ぐ。近くにスーパーもあり最高。冷蔵庫や金庫が備わっていて、勿論エアコンもあったので夏や冬でも問題ないと思う。私は手をつけなかったけどクッキーや紅茶、コーヒーなども提供されていた。 まずインターホンのボタン3を押すように指示されていたいたがボタンに数字は無い！当てずっぽにボタン押して外扉を入っても、その後一体どこを訪ねればいいのか皆目見当がつかなかった。結局メールで今着いたと連絡すれば、スタッフが直ぐ来てくれるはず。結局どのボタンが正解なのか未だに分からない。他に気になったのは部屋の床に長い髪の毛が多少残っていた。

• LILIANA (10/5): SUPER RECOMENDABLE - La ubicación es fantástica, a unas 5 cuadras de la estación de Tren de Términi. Si bien no tiene desayuno, la dueña Gina provee de café, té y unas deliciosas galletitas. Todo de cortesía. Es un hospedaje muy cálido, Gina es muy amable, muy clara respecto a las condiciones y nos ayudó en todo lo que le solicitamos. Estuvimos 5 noches, no sólo muy cómodos sino muy a gusto. SUPER RECOMENDABLE. Sin lugar a dudas si vuelvo a Roma, allí estaremos. Nadaaaa, Todo perfecto!

• Anna (9/5): Great little place near S. Maria Maggiore! - The location near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore was wonderful - just up the block! Sylvia was a wonderful, attentive host, helping us with anything we asked including local food & restaurant recommendations. We were grateful for the air conditioning however it seemed to be working only sometimes and made a lot of clicking noises and turning off & on. The room felt quite a bit smaller than the pictures, but it totally worked for our needs.

• Susan (3/5): Would not stay again as I expect simple common courtesy. - Location Received multiple email requests to confirm arrival. Responded to the first two as internet was not always available. Upon arrival there was no one to greet us. Fortunately two women who live in the building allowed us in and contacted the owner of the accommodation. Upon her arrival I was asked to show my email responses after stating I had responded to those sent and she continued to state I had not responded. I was treated quite rudely. Additionally, “kitchen facilities” were a kettle,a table, and a small refrigerator. The towels were coarse as a rough sandpaper.
• Ryan (8/5): It’s not a luxury stay, but I wasn’t looking for that anyway. It was exactly what I needed. - Had everything we needed to see Rome, and it was in a great location. It’s a little more than a 10 minute walk from Termini. Staff was so kind: She even warned us about a public transportation strike while we were there, which helped us out a lot. And she was quite responsive whenever we needed something. I would stay here again. There wasn’t enough hot water one morning, but it might be because the people in the room next to us were showering at the same time. This was truly my only complaint. But for the price, I can overlook this mild inconvenience.
• 巧真 (10/5): 素晴らしいホスピタリティ - ホテルの場所が最初わからなかったので、チャットを送ったら前の通りまで出てきて案内してくれた。ホテルの場所はなかなかわからないところなので、とても助かった。 私たちは英語があまり話せないが、何回も説明してくれて助かった。また、アーリーチェックインもでき、チェックアウト後も荷物を預けられ、柔軟に対応してくれた。 そして、何よりチェックアウトの日にゼネストがあることを当日の朝に教えてくれた。ジーナが教えてくれなければ私たちはきっと次の旅行先に行けていなかった。とても感謝している。 総合して、オーナーの彼女のホスピタリティはとても素晴らしく、心地よい宿泊をすることができた。 他でも述べられているが、シャワールームの水圧が弱かったり扉が閉まらなかったり、コンセントが少なかったりはある。ただし、あまり気にならない程度ではあると思っている。

• Terrence (5/5): I was in a good location - The Location was ideal for visiting all of the sites in Rome, easily walkable or via metro which were not to far to get to either. The size of the shower cubicle was very small & there wasn't always hot water out of the shower, the screen doors didn't close properly so the floor would get wet. Coul'nt find a happy medium with the air con it was either told cold or you turn it off & the room would be very warm.

• Salinas (6/5): Uncomfortable! - The location was great. So first of all it was hard to deal with the host. I told her if my husband and I could leave our luggage and check in when were back because we had a whole day planned with activities and she said yes. However, she wanted us to be back by check in time when I specifically said we were going to get back late at night. I had not even seen the messages she had sent me in booking. So the messages said we were going to have to pay a certain amount if we checked in late. So since my husband and I got there late we had to pay. 🙁 After that I just felt super uncomfortable, I felt that every time we were in the room someone was listening. Additionally, the hot water lasted a minute every time I wanted to take a shower. Honestly, i just wanted to leave. This was suppose to be a great a experience since this trip was part of my honeymoon.
• Angie (8/5): We enjoyed our accommodation and would highly recommend it. - We liked the location. It's close to the Main Metro/Train/Restaurants/Cafe's, and sightseeing areas. The room was sufficient; it is quiet and comfortable. Coffee facilities and biscuits were supplied, very kind of the hostess. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Access is easy at any time of day or night. WiFi was great. Aircon was welcomed. The hot water was an issue, it fluctuates between hot and cold but it's not the worst. Most likely a gas geyser so it's expected. No smoking area outdoors within the facility, so you would have to stand in the street and smoke. If you book through Booking.com and have a problem, you have to send Booking.com an email to raise your problem. You cannot approach the hostess directly. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We loved this place! The beds are definitely on the firm side but the host, Gina, makes sure you have anything you need.

• Jack (4/5): Not a good experience, look elsewhere. - Good location, aircon worked well, host was nice. Room was disappointing, the booking.com photos made it look very nice and that it would be a hotel however it's a tiny airbnb built in a flat thats been split into a few tiny rooms with ensuites. The room was small, double bed was actually two singles pushed together, only window lead to the front door at and other flats in the building so had to be closed all the time making it feel like a prison room. The fridge was barely on when we got there, considering we had lots of food to store in 30c heat it's not smart to only turn the fridge on for clients right before they arrive, you need a cold fridge on arrival. The bathroom shower didn't work well. The shower head wouldnt stay in the right place due to a poor hinge and the water would frequently shift from hot to cold. As well as the shower door leaking water everywhere as it didn't close properly. Noise from other guests staying in the other rooms was very loud, our room right at the front door which is loud, as well as thin walls and doors. Would not stay again, even if price and locationa are reasonable.
• Judith (8/5): Unpretentious quiet, comfortable room for solo traveler on foot - Selected hotel for proximity to Roma Termini yet not on one of big busy streets closer to station. Comfortable, clean room with all I needed. Hostess helped me carry bags up the stairs. It suited my purposes well; not the area of Rome I’d choose for longer stay but perfect for anyone on foot in transition from train station. Very.close to cathedral.

Mattress is on the firm side - which some may like - I'd prefer a little softer. The tap in the bathroom sink produces water very slowly.

• Anna (10/5): Nice location, but overpriced for the quality. - We really enjoyed the location — it’s in a lovely area with charming cafés nearby and a beautiful church just around the corner. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to the historic center, which was super convenient! However, the bathroom definitely needs some renovation, and the view from our room was mostly of a stairwell, not the cozy courtyard we expected. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stay, but we felt the price was a bit too high for the quality offered.

We had big trouble a couple of days and had to ask for it. The towels dont get dried due to the location, consider replacing them the with dried ones more often. The top shelf of the place for the clothes was really dirty, we moved the blanket there and realized it had probably never been cleaned. A lot of dirt came off. The pillows had a lot of frayed material on the lining underneath the pillowcases, making them very uncomfortable. All the things mentioned before

Might be useful for people to know that there is nobody on site, so it is important to confirm time of arrival, so that you can be let in.

Furthermore, the water pressure goes really low when it's turned to the warmer side. The faucet in the sink does not work well but overall, it was a nice stay besides the water. :)

Difficult to find the actual room once inside the building; very poor customer service from the lady who attended to us. She was upset with us that we had not responded to her email, (however I had no Wi-Fi to receive her email). When I mentioned this to her, she didn’t even want to listen, she was rude from the very beginning. my husband and I were very tired when we finally arrived, she did not greet us in a welcoming attitude and her first response to the lack of communication was, “it’s not my problem”. I was appalled! I’ve not been treated like this with any of the B&Bs we stayed with during our two week trip. We could have selected another place to stay and had I had somewhere else to go, I would have! Very sad!
