We Really like this apartment.Luxury, clean and cozy room with elegant interiors. 1)High quality with friendly price. 2)The owner is very friendly and nice. 3) Easy and quick check in/out. (Just informed our arrival time,the staff wait at the apartment lobby for us) 4) Metro station and trolley stop are near 5)Easy to access to the city center and each sightseeing spots. 6)There are supermarket, restaurants,cafes and bakery nearby 7)Quite and safe area. About 5-10min walk to the each main street. 8) Beautiful and well equipped kitchen (Microwave,oven, dishwasher, refrigerator... tablewate of course) 9) Warm-hearted welcome cookies, fresh yogurt and milk.
• YU (10/5): all good - It's very close to the subway. It only takes a 5-minute walk to get there. There is also a supermarket with a wide range of products nearby. It is only four metro stations away from the Milan central station and not far from the Milan Cathedral. The room is very clean, equipped with tableware, a washing machine and a dryer. The bed is also very comfortable. The landlord has thoughtfully prepared yogurt, mineral water and bread. The three days I stayed here felt just like being at home. I will choose to stay here again next time None
• Anna (10/5): Fantastycznie spędzony czas w pięknym miejscu. - Przepiękny ogród z wyjściem z kuchni i salonu, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament (w każdy niezbędny sprzęt dla krótkiego pobyt). Ale przede wszystkim: znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Czuliśmy się wyjątkowo dobrze ! No cóż, trudno by szukać. Bo wszystko nam się podobało. 😊

• Kharatin (10/5): - We stayed at this apartment in Milan and absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, with a modern renovation and stylish interior. The apartment is equipped with up-to-date appliances and has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, hospitable, and attentive — she even left us some yogurt, which was a lovely gesture. Everything was just perfect — we highly recommend this place!

• Attila (9/5): - The accommodation was clean, well equipped. The communication with the host was great. The location is good, there was always free parking in front of the house. The small front garden that belongs to the house is a good thing because you can relax in the evenings or have breakfast there. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and in the summer the apartment was stuffy and hot. Due to the lack of air conditioning you could only sleep with the terrace door open, which caused a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. The terrace door is very old and difficult to open and close, and I don't think it is really secure from a burglary perspective.
• Slavina (10/5): One amazing stay in Milan ☀️ - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Milan! The location is truly excellent — situated in a quiet and safe area, yet very well connected to the rest of the city. It’s not right in the busy tourist center, which we appreciated, but it’s still very close to all the main attractions. There are two metro stations nearby, along with numerous tram and bus stops, including night transport, making it incredibly easy to get around Milan. The apartment itself is very well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed — both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The host was also fantastic — very kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Milan!
• Bethany (10/5): Exceptional - My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay here. The apartment was lovely and so clean and we had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious with a lovely courtyard and so close to public transport. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Milan!
• Wumaier (10/5): Comfortable accommodation - Clean and comfortable accommodation with a small yard. Although we didn't enjoy sitting in the yard because it rained during the two days we stayed there, But it was great to watch the rain through the big glass door on rainy nights! The host also prepared water, yogurt and coffee for us , there were even three ice cream in the freezer ! It would be nice if disposable slippers were provided
• Petra (10/5): The flat is a gem :) Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable, very clean and has a lovely terrace. - The flat is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable, there are extra blankets available. The bathroom is very clean, there is a washing machine and a dryer as well. The living room is beautiful, comfortable, with a huge flat screen TV. And the terrace... that's a gem, we loved it. The building is quiet, well located, metro, bus and tram lines within 5 minutes walk, supermarket and pharmacy are in the next street. Check in and check out was fast and convenient, we received all necessary information, the landlord was always available and helpful. We were a little cold in the flat (in March), but I understand that the heating system is central, controlled by the building, and we had plenty of extra blankets.

The flat is modern, clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is on the ground floor so pram friendly! My kid also enjoyed running around as this is spacious. Just had a bit of issue on wifi as we cannot access right away but Luca is just a message away and solve it immediately. Definitely recommended! ❤️ Nothing at all
