• Amie (10/5): Beautiful house - The house itself & decor was absolutely stunning, everywhere was spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, it was only less than a 5 minute walk into town where there were plenty of pubs, cafes, shops etc. And only a 15 minute drive to Saltburn beach. We couldn't fault it.

We especially liked the sunny, south-facing kitchen/diner especially as the weather was bright and sunny but too cold to sit outside. Very well equipped property with some lovely period features.

• Pam (10/5): Exceptional - this place was an absolute find and value for money was incredible. there were two reception rooms both very comfy and cosy and then a large extension on the back with a lovely kitchen and dining area. we didn't use it as we stayed in November but there was a huge garden out the back. the bedrooms were lovely and the bathroom was large with a walk in shower and a bath. Thanks rust me when I say whilst the pictures are lovely they do not do the place justice and we will definitely be back the stairs were steep but in this style of property was expected and there was a grab rail, just had to take in slow

Very well decorated,furnished and equipped Parking was a little tricky for our estate car but we were fine. Has a good sized drive, just a bit tight with cars parking opposite.
• Donna (10/5): A stunning house in a beautiful location, a short walk into town and drive into coastal area's. - The property is stunning and very clean, the garden was a good size for our dog to run around. The area is lovely, a few minutes walk into Guisborough and local shops, eateries and supermarkets. It's a short drive to various coastal towns and villages. I would recommend a visit to the beautiful seaside village of Staithes and Saltburn was also nice. Natasha was an excellent hostess and had left clear instructions in the property to aid our stay. I would say this is probably the best home we have stayed in and if it were mine, I wouldn't share it with anyone, let alone strangers! Nothing

The beds were comfy and the shower was amazing! The house is a lot bigger than we expected and Piper (the dog) loved the walks from the house! We will definitely be back to visit again! Nothing!

• Angela (10/5): Immaculate end terrace with parking in a historic part of Guisborough close to the Cleveland Way - The wood burner was excellent! The kitchen was very well equipped. Proximity to Guisborough Woods and the Cleveland Way is excellent for walkers. The refurbishment of this property is excellent. There has been a lot of investment by the owner. Wood burner in the back room was lovely! The large back garden was the reason we chose the property as we have a dog. Everything is new. Proximity to 2 local bakery, cafes and pubs is 5 mins walk. Yet still quiet. Belmangate is a pretty and historic part of Guisborough. Sofa in the back room was a bit uncomfortable. But there is another room and another TV!

The house had been finished to a very high standard. The garden was bigger than expected which our dog enjoyed. We felt that it was a home from home, and we will stay again as it was perfect for us. Guisborough has some lovely individual shops, we ate at the Cook's eatery & wine bar which was great, food was delicious & very friendly staff. Also had a takeaway from the Indian on the High Street, which is recommended too. Wonderful walks with the dog in Guisborough woods. Nothing.

• Dawsykone (3/5): Sweet place ,good walks ,poor vendor who misinformed by advertising as dog friendly would never book - We stayed one evening gor a wedding ,the place itself is in a good location ,very nice garden space , Used it in the morning for breakfast. Place was very dusty ,cobwebs onall light fittings ,Bathroom fan full of dirt and requires a deep clean. Was not informed that the vendor was not insured for breakages!!! Also vendor complained about the dog who was with me yet it was advertised as dog friendly. The bed had to be stripped as I found a type of bottle top under the sheet , it appeared that the cottage required a deep clean , obviously a quick turn around was the only thought on this vendor's mind.

There isn’t anything we disliked. Although as there is a washing machine it could benefit from a washing line ( maybe a retractable one would be good )
